• MarianneDahl (4/5): Not What We Expected - Unfortunately, our stay was quite disappointing. The photos looked much nicer than the reality — our room felt cold and lacked charm. The check-in time was 15:00, but check-out was already at 10:00, which felt rushed. They offered a breakfast deal at a nearby restaurant, but it turned out to be the same as what you could just buy there yourself, so it didn’t feel like any added value.

My three-star rating is primarily due to the room itself, which feels quite small for $600 a night, and the bathroom is especially tiny. That said, perhaps this is simply the price of being in the center of Rome during the summer season. On the plus side, the room is well-stocked with breakfast essentials, and the air conditioning works perfectly.

Room was comfortable and clean, with a private garden terrace and mini bar. Staff were excellent, so helpful and attentive. Nothing, we honestly couldn’t fault our stay.

• A6341QZrobinb (10/5): Perfect Hotel! - This was an adorable hotel. Although small, the room was clean, beautiful, and perfect for our needs. Our room even had a small outside private patio which was an unexpected bonus! What made our stay even more enjoyable was the incredible service we received from the front desk and porters. No matter who we spoke to, we were treated with smiles and kindness. Finally, the hotel was in an ideal location, very close to the Spanish steps, a half mile or so from Piazza de Popolo and the Trevi Fountain, and absolutely surrounded by delicious restaurants and gelato! I would highly recommend this hotel and will definitely consider staying here again should we return to Rome!

• Marcus (3/5): Condotti Palace Review - The location was perfect for walking. We did not like: 1. Paying at the end of the stay 2. Walls on the inside of the hotel were paper thin, we heard everything around us 3. Cleaners start at 8:00 AM, and were very loud 4. Checkout being 10:00 AM is way too early, no time for relaxing or more exploring, everything felt very rushed and not worth the price, in general.

Almost everything was perfect until our last night...the guests above our room were so noisy, we could hear their steps until almost 2am😩 we didn't have enough sleep. The Hotel Staff did speak to them but it took an hour for the noise to settle down. Anyway, apart from this incident our stay was almost perfect!

• Ko (10/5): Would stay again! Highly recommended! - This place was a really great place! Great location! Minutes to Spagna station (5 minute walk). GREAT shopping from local boutiques to high end shopping like Chanel, Pucci, D&G, etc. And fabulous restaurants under the hotel. Watch out for Romeo gelato which is underneath the hotel. They are a scam! Read the Google reviews before going. There are other gelato places next door that are MUCH better. Also the worker at the souvenir shop across was super nice to my mom! The temperature control didn’t work. I had to sleep with my doors open, but at night there were times when it got noisy.

• Menka (8/5): 1 Room, 2 suites booked. 6 Days. Fair Review. - Hotel is divided into two sites that are opposite each other. In the Reception side we had a room that was adequate for one, a little squeeze for two. With street view there was enough street noise to disturb. Opposite this building is the second site where we had two suites - one for two people and one bed, the other for three people - one double bed and one sofa bed. The normal bed was very comfortable and extra pillows were delivered. The sofa bed was truly too hard. Sleep was undisturbed and the room was very comfortable. Shower pressure was adequate. Temperature was difficult to control - it was rather hot without the windows open. Pros: Excellent Location. Excellent restaurant "34" right next o the hotel (we will fly back again just to go there). Other restaurants in the area are "fair" , the one on the opposite corner should be avoided at all costs. Reception staff friendly, helpful Clean rooms Checkout available til 12:00 Compensation given for internet not working for the 6 days of our stay. Cons Some rooms not so comfortable, others very comfortable. Internet + TV/Netflix in our suite 333 did not work for 6 days inspite of promises every day that it would be fixed...only when checking out did anyone bother to actually come.
