• Gabibbe (9/5): Due giorni con la famiglia a Napoli - Camere grandi e pulite, posizione eccezionale per muoversi in città, a pochi minuti dal centro. Il quartiere Chiaia molto tranquillo e con negozi bellissimi. Vicinanza con la Metro. Disponibilità dell'host per deposito bagagli prima del check in e sopo il check out. Consigliatissimo. Tutto bene.

• Olga (9/5): Отличное расположение, теплая комната, но есть вопросики - Отопление! Наконец-то я нашла место в Италии, где толковое отопление! Вау! Тепло очень, и в комнате, и в ванной. Знаю, что есть такие же мерзнущие как я, так вот, здесь не просто кондиционер с теплым воздухом, а реальная чугунная батарея, очень горячая. Плюс расположение очаровательное. Кажется, вы не найдете больше такого экономичного жилья в районе Кьяйя. Двуспальная кровать — это две кровати, объединенные одной простыней. Благо, матрасы хорошие, поэтому не сильный минус. В комнату 1 почти не попадает дневной свет, поэтому всегда должен быть включен верхний свет и постоянное проветривание. Ну и чтобы комфортно оставаться в этой комнате, вы должны иметь очень крепкий сон: постоянно что-то стучит и переключается, зажигается водонагреватель соседей, окна выходят на лестничную площадку, слышно всех поднимающихся. Ночь выходит очень шумной. Я пару раз пробуждалась от какого-то нового звука.

• Zeppoloni (5/5): - La camera risultava pulita e calda Purtroppo da quando sono arrivata c’è stato un terribile rumore esterno di un fischio che è durato fino al giorno seguente e soprattutto anche la notte. Sempre di notte,oltre al fischio esterno incessante, il rumore del mini frigo o non ho capito bene cosa staccava ed attaccava con suoni meccanici . Ho spento anche il condizionatore pensando fosse quello ma non cessava. Purtroppo una stanza molto rumorosa. Inoltre non allagare il bagno dopo la doccia è impossibile con la vetrata di riparo che ha.

• Anne-Sophie (9/5): Très bon séjour - Bel emplacement en plein cœur du quartier de Chiaia. Dans un immeuble résidentiel et calme… décoration de la chambre et de la salle de bains de bon goût. Hôte réactive et aimable, qui m’a permis d’arriver plus tôt que prévu. Chambre un peu sombre. Check-in en autonomie complète et accès aux chambres uniquement par codes, pas très pratique au debut.
• Nagy (9/5): Jó volt. - Frekventált elhelyezkedés és könnyen megközelíthető mind a repülötér, kikötő, taxi. Szuperül éreztük magunkat. Rugalmas volt a tulajdonos, mert előbb elfoglalhattuk a szállást, mivel sokkal korábban érkehtúnk.

• Maria (3/5): Good - Nice location We stayed in room 1, the room has a strong smell of cigarette and we are not smoker persons, so this was disgusting every time we arrive to the room or stayed inside. No sure if was coming from neighbors but smell like someone was smoking inside the room, it was terrible. Also I have asked for an extra blanket to the owner throughout WhatsApp but never answer, I have to use one of my partner’s jacket to cover me.

Chambre assez sombre, les photos donnent l’impression d’une maison charmante assez petite et c’est un très grand immeuble. J’ai eu un torticolis à cause de l’oreiller, penser à en demander deux dès votre arrivée si vous êtes un peu fragile comme moi. Bruyant pour un quartier si calme (les voisins du dessus devait refaire leur appartement, la Clim de la boutique d’en dessous faisait un vrai boucan et les autres touristes faisaient comme s’ils étaient seuls dans les parties communes).

A região é ótima, me pareceu que um pouco fora de ordas de turistas, o que nos levava a restaurantes mais frequentados pelos locais e coisas do tipo. Foi tudo muito legal.

• Petra (9/5): Superb location, very kind and helpful host. - Location was safe, calm and amazing. Close to Lungomare promenade (10 minutes walk) and Via Chiaia (4 minutes walk). Apartment had everything one needs for a short stay - towels, hair dryer, clean bedding and floors and bathroom. Very smart opening system. The host Alessia was super helpful and responsive and organized for us transfer for reasonable not touristic prices. We will gladly return again. Fridge did not work in the room, but the one in the common kitchen was available instead.

• Katarina (9/5): Superb - Location I appreciated extremely, after considering historic center, I was extremely happy for Chiaia, it was clean, safe nice area with nice restaurants and coffees within 10minutes walk. L2 and L6 (beatiful new metro station Chiaia) both 10 minutes walk. Room n3 was spacious and simple, but we only slept there. New pristine clean sets of towels. Good windows and shutters. We chose family room, since I traveled with my father and we wanted to have a little distance when sleeping. It was very good value for family room in nice area. The long codes for 2 doors were a bit of struggle, but that's only tiny issue. Be aware you always need your phone charged for application, which opens the building door from outside. I don't recommend the breakfast 1 pastry 1 coffee or small glass of juice for 4 eur (within 5 minutes walk you can get better pastry or large choice of coffees and drinks). But if you feel lazy, it is just down the stairs and it's was comfy. I would recommend the owner buy cushions for the metallic chairs in the room, it was very cold to sit on them.

• Edward (7/5): Comfortable budget rooms with pleasant atmosphere in an excellent quiet but central location. - My room was quiet and comfortable with an antique style which differentiated it from other hotels locally. The self check-in and -out processes made the process convenient. And the location was excellent. The main issue was the door codes which were extremely long and the keypads very fiddly. After several wrong attempts you are then locked out for several minutes until the system resets. Having to repeat this on the hotel door and again for the room was tiresome (especially when carrying objects).

But the bathroom door gets stuck and the shower is open so the bathroom gets flodded easily. Also we found a cockroach and some eyelashes pieces in the bathroom.

Breakfast options good (but if you’re travelling beware that they don’t always open early) small fridge also very useful and. Air con worked well. Staff helpful and friendly and gave loads of hints and tips about Naples. We arrived after a 2am start ready for a rest but the room was not ready at 13:30 - bit disappointed as I had communicated our arrival time. I think the shower head and riser needs looking at - it kept falling down. The bathroom and shower were clean but shower walls could be cleaner (small point)

The reception lady and cleaning lady were so helpful, polite and nice people. The Italian breakfast”collazione” it is offered at coffe bar Estate, the owner was so nice with us.

• Zoe (10/5): Great value B&B in a lovely neighbourhood - The B&B was in a great location in the area of Chiaia, with lots of great cafes and shops within a very short walking distance. The host (Martina) was very communicative in arranging our arrival and they gave us lots of great recommendations for places to try around the city. The room itself was super spacious and cleaned to a very high standard, and the lady in charge of cleaning was very sweet and accommodating. The breakfast at both nearby cafes was great too. Grazie mille!

Fantastic! - A great location, a bit of a walk from many of Naples' main attractions, but worth it for the quiet streets and relaxed attitude of the neighbourhood. We also had a mix-up with our payment, and the staff were very helpful and accommodating in sorting it out. A wonderful stay! The double bed was two singles pressed together which sagged a bit in the middle. We only spent one night but if we'd spent more I can imagine it becoming more uncomfortable.

• Maria (9/5): Amazing location & stay in Naples! - - The B&B is located in a nice area a few minutes walk from shops, bars & restaurants. - The room was clean, tidy and had a great air conditioner - We had great assistance from the reception lady, she gave nice tips on where to eat or visit around Napoli that were worth trying out! The building where the B&B is located seemed to be undergoing interior renovations. There didn't appear to be any noise or disruption at the moment.

Naples was so hot, we actually liked anything with a good bed and a good functional Air Conditioner, which we have found here. We got a big room, basic decorated but really big room with 2 good single beds for the kids and 1 good double bed for me and my husband. Quiet location, you have to walk a bit from the main street- the only way is up- but I am only mentioning this just to be aware, no issues with us at all. there is a caffee shop at the entrance and a small shop from where you can get fruits, every day things, water, just 100m from this property. We ccame to Naples to taste the Naple culture and all that and this property is an old building, tipical Italian style, which we liked. Located in a selected area, civilised and close to walk accross the Sea where are all terrasses. We had a very nice walk in the evening. We had to leave at 7.10 am and we could not have breakfast or at least a coffee arranged for us at that time in the morning. Breakfast was included, so this was a pity. We managed, but being with kids is difficult to manage in a city you dont know what to expect. This is why we always take accomodation with breakfast included.

• Zaffcat (9/5): A wonderful vacation - The location is excellent, quiet, situated probably in the most select area - Chiaia, with easy access in all directions, walking or by bus/metro. The host is very nice and helped us with a lot of useful information. Very good Italian breakfast at Gran Caffè Cimmino. The TV didn't work (but we weren't particularly interested) and it would have been useful to have access to a washing machine (when you travel low cost you have quite a bit of space in your luggage).

Highly recommend - Good location and neighborhood (very safe and beautiful), close to the Piazza Amedeo metro station, great options for breakfast. Air conditioning perfect for the hot summer nights, very clear and tidy. staff very friendly and helpful. Didn't restock the bathroom amenities like shampoo, shower gel and cream.

The room and the bathroom was quite small, the room was poorly soundproof, you could hear everything from the street or the other rooms, also when all windows were closed. Probably disadvantages of an old building.

• Pk (5/5): Kind cleaning lady. Good location. Clean room. Zero hospitality, professionalism. No breakfast. - I liked the room, the comfortable bed, and the bathroom was also clean. Overall top rates for cleanliness and location which is in Chiaia. No staff was present to check me in or take my emergency calls. No health & safety measures in place given not every guest visiting is Italian or speaks Italian. For me, it felt like gross negligence, not having a contact person or a process that could assure a guest there were options to reach someone responsible in case of an emergency. I found a poor harassed cleaning lady, cleaning the flat when I landed. The check in rules on my Booking.com page mentioned I could check in any time after midnight on the day of booking. I even tried calling the contact number shared to check if I could come in at 10am which was the usual check in time at other B&Bs. So imagine my surprise when I landed at 10am, and found a cleaning lady (who I really felt sorry for) who couldn't speak English and who shouldn't have been made responsible for welcoming or settling guests in, basically cleaning the B&B and profusely apologising for the delay in having it ready. It was not at all her fault! She was forced to hold fort because the actual owners/administrators/managers were missing in action. I deposited my bag, licked the cupboard, and stepped out assuring her she shouldn't worry & could take her time and that I would return slowly so she didn't feel pressured from me as well. No marks for hospitality or professionalism from the absent staff. There was no so called breakfast, given it advertises as a Bed&Breakfadt and that was part of the offer when doing the booking. Just a voucher to claim a coffee and croissant from a mediocre bar near the property or another further away which couldn't get to but may be that would have been the better option. The coffee & croissant were an apology - given this is Italy and you almost can't imagine receiving a bad coffee or croissant. I think if you don't mind the inconveniences mentioned above, it's a good, clean ro in a fantastic upmarket locality. And that is a bonus in Naples.

I appreciated the location in the Chiaia district conveniently located not far from the Piazza Amedeo station and close to cultural locations such as the Palazzo deile Arti and Villa Pignatelli. Although I didn't have time for breakfast, I appreciated that guests receive a voucher to have breakfast in nearby bar
