• Wable (6/5): Chambre propre et agréable mais qui manque d'équipements et de confort - J'ai aimé le self checkin pratique et rapide. Dans l'ensemble la chambre était propre et une armoire permettait de ranger ses vêtements. Une table et un fer à repasser étaient présents dans le couloir en libre service :) Le confort du lit, notamment les oreillers trop plats. Il m'a manqué des équipements dans la salle de bain (rien pour accrocher ses affaires). La lumière du couloir constamment allumée même la nuit (le jour en dessous de la porte laissait passer la lumière). La distance de la rathausplatz est de 15 bonnes minutes à pied et non 10 comme annoncée.

• Balázs (10/5): Remek árérték arány - Tiszta, kényelmes, modern, jól felszerelt szálláshely. Bécs központjában helyezkedik el, így minden könnyen elérhető. Imádtuk, biztosan visszatérünk!

Comodo alloggio per brevi pernottamenti adattandosi a qualche aspetto (per evitare di riposare in ambiente umido sconsigliata doccia serale.

Power connectors available where needed, A/C can be controlled, and a desk that could really handle a laptop standing on it and doing some basic work A/C was on when entering the room, so it was too cold. Could not switch of the ventilation, which was a bit noisy. Bed not too comfortable, but this depends on what you prefer

Odada mini buzdolabı, kahve makinesi, kettle bulunmakta. Havlu sayısı yeterli, ortak alandan da dilerseniz alabiliyorsunuz. Ortak alanda ütü ve günlük tazelenen meyve de bulunmakta. Check in yaptığımızda bizim için bıraktıkları Manner gofretler de hoştu. Oda genel olarak çok büyük değil ama gayet yeterli. Konum Rathaus ve Votiv kilisesine yürüyerek yakın ancak diğer yerler için toplu taşıma kullanmak gerekebiliyor. Yakınlardaki duraklardan kolaylıkla binebilirsiniz. Olumsuz olarak söyleyeceğim birkaç şey var. Oda genel anlamda temizdi ancak nevresim takımları çok temiz durmuyordu. Odada duş ve tuvalet ayrı bölümler olarak yapılmış. Duştan çıktığınız anda odada oluyorsunuz. Bu biraz garipti. Hem duşta hem tuvalette kendi eşyalarınızı koyabileceğiniz hiçbir yer yok. Ufak bir raf olabilirdi en azından. Son gün eşyalarımızı ikinci kattaki kilitli dolaplara bıraktık. Qr kodu okutup ödemeyi yaptığımızda dolap kendiliğinden açıldı. Sonrasında da kolayca alabildik. Diğer oteller bu hizmeti ücretsiz verirken buranın 3 saat için 7 euro alması biraz fazla geldi. Fiyat daha uygun olabilirdi.

• Luis (10/5): - La habitación no es muy grande pero es suficiente para una pareja y una estancia media. Te dan todas la indicaciones de manera precisa para el check in. Te limpian la habitación todos los días lo que es de agradecer. Te llenan una botellita de agua para que tengas todos los días y tenían un obsequio dulce el día que llegamos. Tenían manzanas en la recepción, que se agradece y es un gran detalle. El barrio es genial, tiene sitios para comer y para desayunar o Brunch cercanos. Esta cerca de la universidad por lo que era un barrio tranquilo y seguro. No nos hizo falta coger transporte publico para ir al centro porque estaba apenas a 20 minutos de paseo tranquilo. Hay supermercados cerca. Esta bien insonorizado y las camas son cómodas. Repetiría sin duda en el mismo hotel. Un acierto la elección del hotel. El servicio de limpieza muy atento. Puedes dejar el equipaje en una habitación gratuitamente tras el chek out o en uno lockers para mas seguridad pero esto con un coste y reservándolos por internet. No nos hizo falta pero me pareció un servicio interesante y bueno

• Lorena (6/5): - La habitación es limpia y está bien ubicada. Cerca del lugar se encuentra la estación de buses. Que a penas llegas te dicen que solo puedes dejar tu maleta en un locker que cuesta 11 euros, locker que nunca funciona y te hace perder dinero. Por otro lado, después del check out ya no te responden el teléfono, por lo que si dejaste equipaje, recogerlo se vuelve casi imposible. Su televisión no es Smart, así que no puedes usarlo, salvo para ver canales de noticias.

Also it was a bit cumbersome to get an invoice after checkout via chat. But people on the phone support were very helpful in both cases.

• YULIIA (10/5): - Чудовий номер 207, все є, заміна рушників, прибирання кожного дня, є праска на етажі, міні холодильник, фен, кавоварка таблетки кожного дня поповнювалась, чайник. Мені дуже сподобалось, перший раз по заселенню самостійно. Вид з вікна на дорогу де їздив трамвай, але мені це не зашкодило. Зручне велике ліжко, wi-fi чудово працював, є ліфт

Ich hatte das Pech, dass mein Check-in-Code nicht funktionierte und die angegebene Notfall-Nummer des Hotels nicht besetzt war. Personal war keins vorhanden, ich bin erst am Abend (ca. 21 Uhr) angekommen. Über die Hotline von Booking gelang mit Hilfe zweier Anrufe der Check-in dann doch (beim 2. Anruf gelangte ich an einen sehr netten, kompetenten Mitarbeiter, der auch gut Deutsch konnte) – aber erst ca. eine halbe Stunde später.

• Agosti (9/5): Ideal para unos dias en Viena - Fui a pasar unos dias por viena, y la verdad que me gustó mucho este alojamiento, el check in fue sencillo de realizar, la cama es comoda y la presión del agua en la ducha era buena. Me gustó mucho el detalle de tener cafetera en la habitación. Y la limpieza del lugar la verdad que fue buena en mi experiencia. Parece alejado pero hay mucha conexión con el transporte publico, y el barrio parecia tranquilo. Me resulto extraño que se usara el mismo código para todo, el código de mi habitación era el mismo que el código de la puerta principal de ingreso y esto me daba un poco de inseguridad. Tal vez fue solo mi experiencia, pero estaria bueno que los sean diferentes números.

• Karin (8/5): - Sie ist praktisch eingerichtet, mit Kaffeemaschine und Wasserkocher sowie einem kleinen Kühlschrank. Sie ist auch gut gelegen. Der Sessel ist nicht sehr bequem und es wäre gut, wenn er an den Beinen Filze hätte. Es war mir etwas zu kalt. Die Haustür achliesst nicht mehr ganz.

Kicsi kompakt szoba, szép berendezéssel. Vékonyak a falak, hallatszik, ha valaki jar a folyosón,de nem zavart senki sem minket.

• Monika (8/5): Diesmal war die Unterkunft nicht optimal! - Die Lage der Unterkunft ist sehr gut. Wir haben schon öfters hier übernachtet und es war jedesmal alles OK. Leider hatten wir diesmal ein Zimmer das winzig klein war (108). Es gibt keinen Stauraum wo man das Gepäck unterbringen kann, ein winziges Waschbecken befindet sich in einer kleinen Niesche im Zimmer ohne Möglichkeit irgendetwas ablegen zu können zB: eine Cremedose…ohne Haken um ein Handtuch aufhängen zu können. Die Dusche und das WC sind separat aber leider auch ohne einer Möglichkeit etwas abzustellen oder aufzuhängen. Also ziemlich unpraktisch.

• Beatriz (9/5): Si volviera a Viena, repetiría. - Zona bien ubicada. No es pleno centro histórico pero en la misma calle del hotel se encuentran varias paradas de medios de transporte. Muy bien comunicado, a escasos 10/15 min de todo el centro histórico. Zona muy tranquila y segura con supermercados cercanos para poder comprar. Personal de limpieza muy amable y atento. Habitación amplia, muy limpia. Equipada con todo lo necesario. Dispone de secador, gel, acondicionador de pelo, loción corporal. Cafetera con cafés, tés… Nos encantó. Sin duda lo recomendaría.

• Siria (10/5): super consigliato - tutto era molto nuovo e moderno, c’è anche il servizio pulizia. Gli abbiamo detto di controllare il telecomando e quando siamo tornati era sistemato ed inoltre avevamo finito l’acqua e ce l’hanno rimessa nuovamente. Tutte le fermate sono a due minuti a piedi. suggerirei di fare una porta scorrevole tra il bagno (doccia e lavandino) e la camera.

• Pamela (10/5): Consigliatissimo! - Struttura moderna, ben tenuta e pulita. In camera a disposizione una bottiglia d’acqua, macchinetta per caffè espresso, bollitore e un frigo. Vicina alle fermate dei tram per spostamento con i mezzi e una mezz’ora a piedi per il centro.
