• Giovanna Vianney (10/5): Gran lugar en el centro de Londres - Excelente ubicación, fue muy fácil llegar y moverse por la ciudad. La habitación fue cómoda, amplia y muy limpia. Aunque el elevador no servía, el encargado nos ayudó con la maleta y siempre fue muy atento y amable. Sin duda volveríamos a elegirlo. El elevador no funcionaba y nuestra habitación estaba en un segundo piso. La numeración de las habitaciones es rara y al principio nos confundió un poco.
• Steven (7/5): Met expectations. Good location. Very small but comfortable room. - Good location. Very close to the underground and the surrounding area was great with good restaurants/shops/pubs. Regent Park is close and a very nice place to spend time. Room was incredibly tiny but I guess to be expected. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom/shower adequate.

• carey (4/5): A cupboard with no view - Bed was comfortable No coffee, room was the size of a small cupboard, shower was a dribble at best, poorly fitted mixer taps in shower, over all very tired. Obviously highly priced based on location alone!

• Keith (6/5): Adequate for one night but it would have been difficult for longer - the room was clean but the furnishings etc were old and tired. The bath had mould growing around it and the taps to the basin didn't work properly.

• Hanne (10/5): Great location for a good price, very comfortable stay - The location was perfect for the purpose of our stay which is why we booked it in the first place. Everything else was a postivie add-on. The breakfast was nice, personell nice and helpful and the beds are very comfortable. Also the area was surprisingly quiet for being so central. We had a great stay all in all, nothing to complain about.

• Philip (9/5): Was ideal for an overnight stop. I had surgery the next day at UCHL Westmorland Street which was just a short walk - It had all the amenities you might expect, including a fridge, tea and coffee, TV. We had a wheel chair and although the room was not wheelchair accessible, we could fold it up and staff helped us bring it up the 3steps into the hotel and help us take it down in the morning. The only disadvantage was we couldn’t open a window for some fresh air.

Vinduet kunne ikke lukke den ene aften. Personalet var venlige og forsøgte at reparere det men uden held, så vi måtte sove med åbent vindue. Det var en kold nat.

Very difficult to climb two floors which really is 4th floor,]. Hotel does not have AC and room felt like oven and could not sit inside the room. Even reception place does not have fan or AC. Extremely poor facilities hotel.

Air conditioning unit worked for about a minute and then started pumping hot air out of the intake tube.

• Kelly (4/5): Disappointing - Location was convenient, tea making facilities, fridge and hairdryer Hot, stuffy room, not very clean (dark hair everywhere) Air con put more hot air than cold in the room. Room below floor level on the road side with steps leading past room and the sash window had not been secured (which I didn’t realise until after showering) I therefore did not feel entirely safe. Not an ideal room for a solo female traveller. Overall very disappointed

• Tracey (5/5): It was adequate for my needs, but the room was tiny and chilly The radiator wouldn’t work, but there was an electric rad - The location was perfect for visiting my husband in the hospital. It was spotlessly clean. The mattress was very comfortable and there was plenty of hot water. It did not have its own entrance and reception. I was not told I needed to book into another hotel. I needed to use my key card to get into it and there was no outside light. Once inside it was a narrow hallway and flight of stairs. I was right at the top. That would’ve been fine if I’d been taken to the door or I’d been told previously where I needed to go to book in.

Le petit déjeuner était en dessous de tout ! Très peu de choix, aucune pâtisserie, plus rien sur les présentoirs à 9h45… Vraiment décevant…
