• Chelsea (7/5): Location location location. - As described. Staff was great! The location is everything! It could not be beat. The walls are thin, so you could hear every little thing - it’s not their fault another guest was inconsiderate and talking on the phone on speaker at 3am each night. The space is not fancy, but has what you need to be comfortable! We slept and showered there so didn’t need anything more. Again, the location alone made this place a great option Small, no frills, you have to pay for WiFi, and could hear everything anyone else did.

• Candice (10/5): Emplacement parfait - J’ai passé un excellent séjour dans cet appartement à Rome ! Je recommande les yeux fermés. L’emplacement est tout simplement incroyable : juste en face du Colissé et tout accessible à pied. Franchement, on ne peut pas trouver mieux pour visiter Rome et profiter pleinement de l’ambiance de la ville. L’appartement était propre, confortable et très agréable pour quelques jours sur place. Tout était parfait du début à la fin.

Спочатку було важко потрапити в номер, так як нікого не було на місці, але після дзвінка власнику - нас зустріла дівчина і провела до нашого номеру. Близько 15-20 хвилин пішки до фонтану Треві, Пантеону та інших пам'яток. Потрібно бути готовим до того, що це не 5 зірок готель. Проте, переночувати/прийняти душ цілком підходить. На декілька днів в Римі - те, що треба.

Jammer dat de foto’s van het binnenplaatsje erg leuk zijn, maar niet de werkelijkheid. Nu gevuld met oude fietsen, vuilcontainers en straatvuil.

• Bruna Ribeiro Lopes (1/5): - Localização Buongiorno, vorrei segnalare un'esperienza molto spiacevole durante il soggiorno di mia madre e mia zia presso la vostra struttura. Al momento della prenotazione tramite Booking, è stato indicato che gli ospiti avevano diritto a uno sconto del 10% presso il ristorante situato di fronte, che appartiene allo stesso proprietario della struttura. Tuttavia, quando si sono recate al ristorante e hanno chiesto di usufruire dello sconto, il proprietario si è comportato in modo estremamente scortese e irrispettoso. Ha rifiutato di applicare lo sconto, sostenendo che non fosse valido perché avevano utilizzato dei tovaglioli e si erano sedute al tavolo. Oltre al mancato rispetto dell’offerta pubblicizzata, il comportamento del proprietario è stato inaccettabile e ha causato grande disagio. Chiediamo gentilmente un chiarimento in merito a quanto accaduto e una soluzione adeguata. Cordiali saluti.

Établissement insalubre, pommeau de douche moisi, portes de douches cassées, traces d'excréments dans les toilettes, les draps de lit complètement tâchés, une odeur épouvantable dans le lieu qui sert de hall d'accueil. Après avoir déclaré un litige auprès de Booking pour insalubrité, le gérant de l'établissement s'est permis de nous insulter par messages et a envoyé une femme de ménage dans notre chambre pendant notre absence qui a touché à toutes nos affaires ! C'est la réservation la plus scandaleuse que j'ai effectué jusqu'ici, nous avons dû réserver dans un autre hôtel pour la dernière nuit tellement nous nous sentions en insécurité ! C'est une honte !

• luana (1/5): Esperienza terrificante - Niente Struttura pessima, ci è stata assegnata una stanza più simile ad un ripostiglio che ad una camera. Arredamento fatiscente, due letti con materassi completamente sformati, muri sporchi, doccia non funzionante, non c'era carta igienica, shampoo o saponette.. Al ns arrivo hanno preteso la tassa di soggiorno in contanti e senza ricevuta pari a 84 euro e siccome ho dato 85 l'euro in più non ci è stato restituito. L'unica finestra era spalancata e senza tende e nonostante questo la stanza era pregna di un fetore di fogna che proveniva dal bagno e rendeva l'area totalmente irrespirabile. Abbiamo subito contattato l'host che una volta arrivato ci ha aggredito verbalmente, urlando e inveendo e dandoci dei pazzi. Abbiamo lasciato la stanza dopo un ora dall'arrivo. Abbiamo segnalato a booking l'accaduto. A seguito della segnalazione l'host ha emesso ricevuta per la tassa di soggiorno restituendoci 84 euro e non 85 euro. Si è rifiutato di restituirci i soldi anticipati, trattenendosi l'intera somma del soggiorno. Durante le telefonate con booking l'host continuava a insultarci via chat. Ho inviato sia queste che le foto della pseudo stanza a booking e sono in attesa che faccia qualcosa. Consiglio diffidate assolutamente da questa struttura .

Nos encantó que llegamos a la habitación y a parte de haberla limpiado,no ordenaron todo. Incluso los cargadores y la ropa que teníamos dentro del armario. Fue muy agradable el encontrarte la habitación así. Por lo que mil gracias. También había muchos sitios donde comer alrededor.Recomiendo una pequeña trattoria que hay justo en frente, muy rico todo "La Fraschetta der panino" nos atendieron genial, y recomiendo la Focaccia de porchetta. No tenía ascensor y es un 3° .

• maldonado torres (8/5): - La ubicación es perfecta, está limpio y el recepcionista muy amable, es importante poner la hora de llegada para que nos atiendan en persona, puesto que es una casa, no están todo el día allí si no avisas no hay nadie. En general, súper bien , muy recomendable. Es un tercero sin ascensor, para subir las maletas es algo incómodo.

• GYURI (10/5): - 위치가 생각보다도 더 좋았습니다. 2분 정도만 걸으면 바로 콜로세움이 보이는 정도로 가까웠어요 그 반대쪽으로 나가면 트리야누스 시장 뒷편으로 연결되는 정말 가까운 위치였습니다. 테르미니역에서 택시를 탔더니 10유로 정도가 나온 거리였습니다. 오너분은 정말 친절하시고 좋았습니다 엘리베이터가 없어서 캐리어 옮기는 것을 걱정했는데 정말 너무나도 친절하시게도 옮기는 걸 도와주셨어요 정말 감사합니다 복도 냉장고 및 테이블에는 와이파이나 자전거 대여와 조식서비스 등에 대한 내용들이 자세히 적혀있었습니다 제가 배정받은 방의 침대는 정말 폭신했어요 덕분에 잠을 잘 잘 수 있었습니다 수건에서 식초 냄새가 났습니다만 저는 환경오염 방지를 위해 섬유유연제 대신 식초를 사용하는 것이 좋은 대안이란 걸 알기 때문에 좋았습니다. 다만 다른 게스트분들이 오해하실 수도 있을까봐 작성했습니다. 열쇠 사용을 별로 안해본 사람 입장에서는 열쇠가 어려웠습니다. 첫 외출 전에 문을 열고 잠그는 방법에 대해 탐색하는 시간이 필요했습니다(1바퀴를 돌리면 문이 잠기고 거기서 1바퀴를 더 돌리면 잠금과 걸쇠가 모두 열리는 방식으로 열 수 있었습니다) 그래도 문에 힌트를 적어두신 덕분에 금방 알 수 있었습니다만 저희처럼 열쇠를 거의 사용 안해보신 분이 계실까봐 적어두었습니다. 마지막 체크아웃 때 열쇠 반납을 해야하는데 체크인카운터로 가는 건물 문이 잠겨있었습니다. 결국 방 안에 열쇠를 두고 나왔는데 미리 체크아웃 방법에 대해 체크인하실 때 여쭤보시는 걸 추천드립니다 전용 사워실이었는데 샤워부스가 저에겐 괜찮았지만 아마 키가 큰 남성분에게는 조금 작으실 것 같습니다

• Esclangon (1/5): Scam!!! - This place is a complete scam. They accepted our late check-in charging us (a very high) fee, which we accepted. We had exchange with the hotel by WhatsApp during the day of our arrival, where they explained we could arrive late and just ring the bell. When we arrived, no one ever answered. They left us hanging on the street at 1 am with all of our luggages. The person we were in contact with by WhatsApp ceased to answer messages and phone calls, same with the messages through the booking app. It was very poorly managed by booking too, who finally announced us at 2am, after one hour of trying and calling and explaining the situation, that they had suddenly ceased all commercial activity with this so-called « guest house » and that now our booking was cancelled. We were left on the street without a place to sleep nor any accommodations for the rest of the trip whatsoever (you can imagine how complicated it is to find anything remotely affordable and available in a place like Rome at this point). We now see that it was untrue and that this place is still available to book on booking.com without any consequences. The property is a scam, they never opened us the door and never received us in their « hotel ». We had to find an emergency place to stay at 2am in the morning and for the rest of our trip without any excuse nor any explanation whatsoever. They simply completely stopped answering us even though we were in contact by WhatsApp before. P

Tienes que esperar a ver a la señora de la limpieza para poder decirles algo, pero solo habla italiano. Además, no hay mostrador de recepción: Te atienden en el pasillo. No es un hotel: Es un edificio de vecinos en el que alquilan habitaciones. En el mismo edificio hay 2 empresas que alquilan habitaciones. La habitación tiene humedad, la ventana es de madera y no cierra bien. Vistas a un patio interior: Adjunto fotos de las vistas desde la ventana. La nevera es compartida con el resto de habitaciones.

Al entrar en la habitación había un olor muy fuerte proveniente de las cañerías del baño. La limpieza, se veían algunas telarañas en la habitación.
• Jana (5/5): - Location. You can also see the Colosseum from the street. I also have to disagree about the elevator — it is small and not new, but that’s part of the charm of old buildings. Right next to the building there is a square with a very beautiful basilica and a fountain, and also the best pizza in Rome (in our opinion). Hygiene. They didn’t change our towels even once during our stay. Also, the bedside tables on both sides of the bed were dusty for four days. The shower cabin is small, but not nearly as dramatically small as some reviews here suggest. At night we personally didn’t hear any noise. However, it can feel a bit unsettling — one night a homeless person was sleeping in front of the building.

Oda çok küçük evet ama otel personeli bize wife ücretsiz verdi. Turist vergisi kişi başı günlük olarak 7 Euro çok fazla bence. Orada sıcak su var yorumlarda olmadığı yazıyordu yalan otel personeli ilgili. Oda günlük olarak toplanıyor. Oda genel olarak çok küçük. Ama bizim ihtiyaçlarımızı karşıladı. Duş ve oda çok küçük. Yatak rahat değil.

• Zoi (5/5): - It is located in the centre so you can walk to almost everywhere and the women that were cleaning couldn’t speak English but they were really kind . In the bathroom there was a hairdryer. So I took a bath and when I tried to dry my hair I realised that the hair dryer wasn’t working. I called the host and they told me that they will call me back to inform me what to do( they never did) . So when I called them again and told them that I need a hairdryer they told me that they can do nothing about that. Meanwhile they informed me that they knew that the hairdryer was broken but they did not manage to fix it.

• Lefebvre (8/5): Bon rapport qualité/prix et emplacement pratique - Très bon rapport qualité/prix et super emplacement ! Le chambre double n'est pas très grande mais ça suffit amplement pour une semaine et il y a pas mal de rangements. Le ménage et le lit sont faits tous les jours et les serviettes de bains sont changées tous les 3 jours. La présence d'un tapis de bain serait chouette ! Le micro-ondes et le frigo présents dans la partie commune sont bien pratiques. L'immeuble dans lequel se situe la chambre est propre et très calme (on avait vue sur la cour). On entend le bruit de la chasse d'eau de la chambre d'à côté mais ce n'est pas bien gênant. En effet il y a un peu d'attente au moment du check-in mais c'est normal puisque ce n'est pas un hôtel. Les deux membres du personnel avec lesquels nous avons échangé sont très gentils :)

• Ester (6/5): - La ubicación. El check-in fue caótico, la persona que debía recibirnos se había ido por lo que debimos esperar dos horas hasta que alguien nos recibiera. La habitación era chica y el acolchado estaba sucio.

• Pablo (5/5): Bien ubicado, pero muy sucio - La ubicación a menos de 10 minutos del coliseo era excepcional El ascensor se caía en pedazos. El sitio es muy ruidoso por las noches. el baño estaba infestado de cucarachas, y un olor a podrido salía todo el tiempo de las rejillas, la puerta del baño no cerraba, por lo que el olor estaba en todos lados. No hay televisor, secador de pelo, ni siquiera había shampoo.

• Mariann (8/5): Jó áron jó helyen - Az ajtón kilépve egyik irányba a Colosseum volt az utca végén, másik irányba pedig a Forum Romanum. Kicsi volt, de alvásra pont megfelelt. Ilyen árért bőven jó volt, az elhelyezkedést is figyelembe véve Második nap nem volt elég a meleg víz, pont akkor kezdett el melegíteni a bojler, amikor végeztünk a készülődéssel, szóval csak túl korán keltünk. A fürdőszobából kellemetlen szag jött, de alváshoz ez se volt zavaró
• Norman (10/5): Ismerős és kellemes, mintha egy hosszú nap után hazaértünk volna. - Kényelmes volt nagyon az ágy, az ablakból a kilátás nagyon hangulatos volt. És ami a legfontosabb minden ami szükséges a közelben volt, boltok éttermek, tömegközlekedés. A Colosseum hihetetlen közel volt, többet láthattuk ezáltal mint néhány római. Az ablakok nem zártak megfelelően emiatt kissé hideg volt, és az internet kapcsolat ami a 4-es szobába már alig elérhető volt.

• Darío Pablo (7/5): No volveria - La ubicacion La habitación muy desprolija, falta de mantenimiento, paredes descuidadas. A parte no puede ser que no contará con un televisor minimamente. La limpieza bastante austera. Instalaciones muy descuidadas.
