• Joachim (10/5): Toller Aufenthalt sehr zu empfehlen - Sehr freundlicher Vermieter, hat alles super geklappt , hat auch sofort geantwortet. Frühstück konnte man selbst machen, es gab Toast, Wurst, Käse und Marmelade und immer Kuchen. Der Kaffee war fantastisch, wir kommen auf alle Fälle wieder, Danke für die tolle Zeit

En la planta baja tienenuna pequeña cocina con todo lo necesario por si prefieres comprar comida lista y comer ahí. Es un lugar muy acogedor. Volveremos.

• PANAGIOTIS (9/5): - Ένα πολύ ζεστό και φιλικό δωμάτιο σε μια ήσυχη γειτονιά, σε πολύ βολικό σημείο, 10 λεπτά με τα πόδια από την πλατεία του Αγίου Μάρκου και 5 λεπτά από τη κοντινότερη προβλήτα. Άφθονη ζέστη, αυτο-σερβιριζόμενο πρωινό και καφές διαθέσιμα όλη τη μέρα, καθημερινή καθαριότητα, εξαιρετική σχέση ποιότητας-τιμής. Στα θετικά ο ευγενικότατος ιδιοκτήτης που μας εξυπηρέτησε σε ό,τι του ζητήσαμε. Ευχαριστούμε πολύ. Θα το σύστηνα ευχαρίστως. Είναι ένα απλό δωμάτιο χωρίς υπερβολές και πολυτέλειες. Αν χρειάζεστε αυτό, είναι ό,τι πρέπει.

• Elisabeth (8/5): - La propreté et le suivi très professionnel du propriétaire des lieux. Nous avons préféré prendre notre petit déjeuner à l'extérieur bien qu'il ne manquait de rien sur place . C'était donc un choix personnel.
• Alexandria (6/5): Many items need to be replaced/repaired, best thing going for it is the location/quiet neighborhood - The location is great and there is plenty of storage for clothing in the main rooms, although no storage/limited counter space in the bathroom because it's so small. Noise is less than I expected for an older building, you can hear conversations in the street outside as well as noise from the staircase and adjoining rooms but they were tolerable. The room was cleaned daily and the breakfast room was refilled in the evenings. It's in a quiet local neighborhood away from the tourists and close to the water buses/fairly close to the airport Alilaguna stop. Room needs a lot of TLC. While the room/lodging was very clean, the room itself was clearly old and had seen better days. The heater was not working well and to compensate, they have a lot of extra blankets you can use. The bathroom is small and the shower while functional was in a state of minor disrepair (drain grate was ajar, sliding shower door handle comes off, the low flow toilet flush button was not working, tiles on wall splitting from the wall, towel warmer wasn't working etc.). The mattress was also sagging in the middle, but fortunately it didn't affect my back/sleep since I was busy for most of the day. The internet is also not great. Even though I was close to the router, the signal was so weak that my tablet was unable to pick it up even when forced with manual network entry. I had to rely on my own phone network for wifi half of the time. The breakfast is also pretty bare-bones which consisted of a coffee machine and a small assortment of prepackaged sliced meats, cheeses and grocery store packaged breads/pastries. While the variety is alright by comparison to other similar B&B's, the quality left much to be desired. You're left to your own devices and the lack of labeled light switches, for example in the Dining Room, had me searching and toggling every switch on the ground floor to find it. While Nicola the host was available and responsive via messaging when I checked in, my questions/issues became too numerous and occurred during late hours/early hours of the day where I ended up deciding against reaching out to avoid bothering him. The propery is rated very highly on more than one site but I believe this mostly has to do with the hospitality of the host himself who was unfortunately unable to be there in person during my stay.
• Bea (10/5): Ár-érték arányban kiváló - A legjobb helyen van, csendes, de közel a központhoz, akár gyalog is elérhető minden 15-30 alatt. A reggeli önkiszolgáló, nagyon kényelmes, nem kell alkalmazkodni valamilyen időintervallumhoz. Nagyon rugalmas, segítőkész a tulajdonos. Jó lett volna, ha van friss és teljes kiörlésű péksütemény, zöldség vagy gyümölcs a reggelihez.
• Tom Vitasse (8/5): Logement simple et agréable à l'écart de la cohue de l'hypercentre de Venise. - Le B&B est situé dans un quartier très calme, ce qui est appréciable vu le peu d'isolation phonique des bâtiments en Italie. Il est très bien tenu et très propre, et le personnel est très sympathique. Les vieux matelas à ressorts mériteraient d'être changés, et un peu plus de pression d'eau dans la douche serait appréciable.

• Dariusz (8/5): Czterodniowy turystyczny pobyt, fajny i udany. Jeszcze tu wrócimy. - Ogólnie obiekt był czysty. Na korytarzu było widać że był po remoncie. Schodu z marmuru. Mały aneks kuchenny na parterze dla ogółu gości. Tam zawsze było coś na śniadanie. Pokoje czyste. Spokojna i cicha okolica, blisko "nabrzeża słowiańskiego" i stacji Marco Polo-S. Zaccaria. Kabina prysznicowa do wymiany. Brakowało jednej ze ścianek szklanych kabiny prysznicowej i zamiast tego była przyczepiona folia. Brudne rdzawe zacieki na zewnątrz kabiny na brodziku. W środku kabiny na ścianie w kątach czarne plamy jakby z pleśni. Ogólnie bardzo mała łazienka, ale to nie był problem. Problemem była czystość kabiny prysznicowej - tego brakowało!

Local tranquilo, bom custo benefício, limpeza diária da suíte, boa ducha, café da manhã básico, há uns 10-15 min caminhando até a praça S. Marcos. Anfitrião super atencioso. Tem vários restaurantes perto. O ar condicionado não estava em temperatura que proporcionasse conforto térmico. Acordei todas as noites suando e não conseguimos reduzir a temperatura porque é uma central de ar. A internet não funciona bem na suíte, tive que ir para a recepção com o computador para poder usar lá embaixo. De resto tudo ok!

Ca. 10 Minuten zu den Haltestellen der Wasserbusse. Es war ruhig da etwas abseits. Frühstück ok, machte man sich selbst und räumt man auch wieder selber ab. Gute Kaffeemaschine vorhanden. Bekamen Handtücher um zum Strand nach Lido zum schwimmen zu gehen. 😘 Es war immer sauber. Unser Vermieter gab uns Info über alles wichtige. Sehr freundlich obwohl wir nur mit WhatsApp in Verbindung standen. Das Badezimmer sehr klein und beengt. Bis warmes Wasser kam dauerte lange.

Fiquei hospedada com minha amiga, aproveitamos o ótimo café da manhã com os utensílios de cozinha disponibilizados, além de ter um piano na sala e algums livros interessantes. Para quem quer ir à Bienal de Veneza, como era nosso caso, é uma opção excelente perto de Arsenale e Giardini. O local é confortável e prático. Muito bom, recomendo! 🤗 Nada.

L’appartement est calme, il n’est pas dans le quartier le plus touristique, mais proche, à 15 minutes à pied du centre. Le petit déjeuner est basique, sous vide.

Nicola wasn't able to meet us in person, but she gave us so much helpful information over whatsapp, including how to get to and from the B&B and recommendations of where to visit, eat and drink. The room was also very spacious. We weren't particularly fussed on the breakfast, but we don't eat much breakfast anyway.

There was no one on the premises to receive me any of the days though Nicola was available through whatsapp. The room was within what I expected, though I have to say it was poorly iluminated (small windows opening to a narrow courtyard) and the facilities were old, even if everything functioned properly (warm water in the shower, minifridge, etc).

Il nous a conseillé les modes de transport à utiliser à Venise ainsi que les lieux à visiter et les restaurants . Le logement est spacieux et au calme. Nous recommandons vivement ce logement. La disponibilità senza limite di orario ci ha permesso anche un piccolo brek al rientro la sera tardi. Complimenti sig. Nicola per disponibilità nel consigliare come muoversi con i vaporetti e per i luoghi dove cenare e/o da visitare. Complimeni. Lo consigliamo certamente. Non so cosa scrivere su: "cosa non ti è piaciuto ?" Forse solo che il bagno anche se ben fornito e soprattutto pulitissimo, era un po piccolo.
