• Verified traveler (2/5): Beware!! - I booked this place to be close to Termini Station for a one night stay. When I arrived, a man brought me to another building around the corner and stated that they had 2 different units. The name on the unit was completely different (it stated 'Roma da noi'). Then the room I was given was completely different than what is shown in the pictures on the website. I questioned the man about the unit as this is not what I booked from online. He stated that this unit was newer and not to believe the pictures online as they were not accurate for all the units. This man did not handle any of the bookings, he was simply the reception person. The unit was dirty, hot, muggy and definitely not new!! I contacted Hotel.com immediately as I did not feel comfortable staying in the unit that was falsely advertised. I do not recommend staying in this place.
• ugo (6/5): - BOH! nessuna recensione, visto che non ho soggiornato al VHR Termini. sono stato trasferito in un altro B&B. abbastanza triste, stanza senza finestre. camera con letto matrimoniale più una letto a castello. in bagno lo "strettissimo" necessario per doccia. fortunatamente era una sola notte,comunque, pur non sapendo come sarebbe stato il VHR Termini (forse migliore?) la prossima prenotazione con Hotels.com , non prenderò in considerazione questo B&B. Unica nota positiva: molto silenzio.
• Cristiano (8/5): Pulito, silenzioso e in posizione strategica - Collocato in uno dei palazzi storici tipici di Roma e tipicamente un po' fatiscenti, la camera e' invece in ottimo stato, tenuta bene e con arredamento moderno. La posizione e' strategica, essendo a pochi passi dalla Stazione Termini e sulla via per raggiungere in 10 minuti luoghi come l'Universita' La Sapienza, tanto per dirne una. Ha il non banale pregio di coniugare una posizione centralissima con un'insolito silenzio, grazie anche e soprattutto al fatto che la camera da' su un cortile interno. Per chi ama una bella visuale dalla finestra non e' consigliabile, ma per chi invece -come me- apprezza la tranquillita', questo e' senz'altro consigliabile. Il personale e' cordiale e lo standard di pulizia e' certamente rispettato. Il lavabo e' uno dei piu' piccoli che io abbia mai visto, al punto che dovevo praticamente aderire con la faccia al muro per far si' che l'acqua non cadesse al di fuori dello stesso. In compenso il box doccia e' piu' che dignitoso. Considerando le tariffe, mi pare un ottimo compromesso.

• pedro (10/5): Zona turistica con buen accesoba transporte public - Habitacion comoda con baño en la misma habitacion, hay una pequeño office para las habitaciones con una nevera pequeña un microondas, para poder desayunar. Nuestra habitacion daba a la calle, la calefaccion fucionaba a la perfeccion y la habitacion la limpiaban cada dia.

• Mari (4/5): sem ventilação - São apenas alguns quartos dentro de um andar num prédio no centro de Roma. De fato a localização ajuda e o atendente foi muito simpático. Mas o quarto não tem ventilação nenhuma. O chuveiro fica num Box estreito dentro do quarto.

Verder niet echt een plek om lekker te zitten: donker, raam op nauwe binnenplaats met inkijk van verschillende kanten, hele nacht geluid van airco's die uitkomen op de binnenplaats, vrijdagavond luiddruchtige bewoners. Dus als uitvalsbasis oke, maar neem oordoppen mee als je wilt slapen. Verder gewoon netjes en schoon, fijn dat er een eigen douchegelegenheid is en de mogelijkheid gebruik te maken van een keukentje.

Bagno piccolo ma pulito e attrezzato di ogni servizio ben funzionante. La pulizia è stata sempre soddisfacente e la stanza è molto tranquilla, vicinissima alla stazione ma lontana dai rumori. Posizione eccellente per accedere ai mezzi sia di superficie che sotterranei. Eccellente anche per chi, come noi, ama spostarsi a piedi. Consiglio vivamente

• EUNJOO (2/5): - 체크인 당일날 오버부킹으로 같은 계열에 다른 호텔로 보내버리고, 더 좋은 조건이다 말하지만 지불한 금액에 상응하는 호텔이었는지 모르겠다. 알려준 호텔이름과 실제 이름이 달라서 그 건물 앞에서 얼마나 서성였는지.. 암튼 로마 도착한 첫날 너무나 불편하고 불쾌!!

Ci sono 5 o 6 camere da letto e una cucina che si può utilizzare per preparare la colazione o (volendo) per cucinare. La stanza era molto pulita, anche gli arredi erano nuovi. Molto gentile il ragazzo della reception. Ci tornerò presto per un soggiorno lìpiù lungo
• claudia (4/5): - Es un B&B q es lo q buscábamos , pero la verdad q fue una desepcion, xq él precio x noche de este hotel fue muy alto, y este es un tema con Hoteles.com. cuando llegue al edificio donde estaban las habitaciones no es muy bueno, todo despuntado, la habitación es buena limpia pero el entorno no. El tema es q si hubiese pagado 60 euros por la noche todavía pero pague el doble , Y No Lo Vale. Estando en la habitación lo busque en otros buscadores y estaba esta misma habitación más barata. Fue una desepcion también ver q este buscador no es fiable, la próxima vez voy a buscar en varios buscadores antes de tomar una decisión.

• SUYONG (8/5): - 테르미니 역에서 가까워서 좋았습니다. 하지만 여성분들만 다니기에는 약간 외진 분위기일 수 있습니다. 숙소 자체는 원룸같은 분위기였습니다. 다행히 단독 화장실에 욕실이었지만 수압이 좀 많이 약했네요.. 조식은 없었지만 전날 테르미니역의 마트에서 장보고 와서 간단히 아침을 해먹을 수 있는 부분도 나쁘지는 않았습니다.
• Jose Ricardo (6/5): Descoberta pelas vias históricas de Roma - O empresário conseguiu instalar quartos habitáveis reaproveitando instalações antigas do entorno da estação central de Roma. São distribuídos em prédios diferentes da redondeza. A dificuldade é isso aí: encontrar o seu alojamento. Chegando cansado, puchando malas, te mandam para um outro prédio a dez minutos de onde você tinha pensado que já estava pronto o quarto. Bem, o pessoal me foi simpático e me deu um agrado,uma suíte, bonitinha que me fez calar a boca. Ao final valeu o custo x benefício.
• jh (2/5): 밤에 엄청 걸어다녔음 - 밤 9시쯤 테르미니역에 내려서 지도 봐가며 겨우 찾아갔더니 입구도 눈에 띄지않고 대문은 잠겨있고 벨도 응답없고 다행히 누가 들어가길래 따라 들어갈수 있었음. 들어갔더니 아무도 없고 다른호텔로 오라는 쪽지만 덩그러니.. 그마저도 11시까지만 있겠다고 적어놔서 어두운 골목길 겨우겨우 찾아감 그래서 받은 방은 괜찮았으나 다시는 가고 싶지않음
• paul (4/5): not a good experience - stayed for 2 nights from 6 August 2015. air con not working, cold showers no hot water wifi not very good If you are think of going do not rely on air can or wifi. They may have fixed the hot water. It was 35c in Rome and the air con was definitely needed .
• Pål (2/5): Värdelöst hotell - boka INTE här !!!! - Hotellet låg i ett mycket smutsigt och otrevligt område. Rummen (2st) var små, smutsiga (inte städade ordentligt) och AC fungerade inte. Vid klagomål så vidtog hotellet Ingen åtgärd då vi bytte hotell och fick inte tillbaka några pengar.

• Clint (8/5): Perfect for a couple of days in Rome - Great hotel for a short stay. Just around the corner from Termini station but difficult to find and lift only goes halfway to the hotel. Not a 24 hour reception but has a great shared kitchen space which is great if you are staying with a group of people as we were.
• Family Traveler (4/5): Not even a hotel but an inn apart turned in rooms - Bad in short words, from the beginning. It is anything but not a family hotel facility. Even it is marked as a second class albergo (less than a hotel) by Roman authorities. It has a good location but for a little more you can get a better hotel around. Probably for backpackers, but it will be too expensive for them. In fact, it is better run away from Rome, maybe other places more secure and without so many scammers...

• Verified traveler (6/5): ideal for a quick stop-over - condition of room, particularly the shower room wasn't very good, immediate surrounding area a bit unpleasant, but probably no more so than any other city, especially for country folk like myself. convenient location for train station and the colosseum. staff were very friendly and welcoming, and it did represent value for money.
• jon.canada (6/5): Close to station but missing reception - WRH Termini is a very small operation. There are 5 or 6 rooms, two of which connect. We had the connecting rooms. The rooms are tight but comfy. Bathrooms are also tight but clean and functional. A highlight for me was the fact that there were 2 bathrooms across the 2 rooms. What is a major drawback is the absence of a 24-hour reception service. With only one key, what if you lose it and need to enter after hours? I was worried but never lost my key, thank goodness. Shared kitchen was handy. Elevator only goes between floors, stairways take you up or down the rest of the way to your floor. That means lugging heavy suitcases.
• Cyrus (8/5): Functional Room near Roma Termini - The hotel is very close to Roma Termini and is great for those who utilize public transportation. The hotel itself is actuallly just 2 units inside of a larger mix-use building. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The room was modernized and functional, but I believe more could be done to improve the overall usability of the room by adding more furniture such as a desk, a closet door, etc. Expect a great location, great staff, but barebones room.
• Verified traveler (10/5): Lovely room & ideal location in Rome - Our room at WRH Termini was lovely and the staff very friendly & helpful. There was a common kitchen with a coffee-making machine as well as the usual facilities. The location was ideal for us, 200m walk from Rome Termini train station.
• PBC (8/5): Great Hotel - Great Hotel in very good location near Roma Termini. Fantastic rooms , very clean and modern. Area appears rough at first but really OK. Very close to all attractions. Will stay again.
• Ankur (10/5): Great location, all that I needed - Great location. Its not a fancy hotel, but has all the things that we needed. Has a fridge, free coffee, microwave (will help you a lot if you buy some food and eat at the room). The best thing - Very close to Roma Termini. You'll realize its importance if you have to drag your bags from the train to a far off place. Radin - at the desk was very helpful, and really made us feel at home. I'd definitely recommend this place.
• Summer (10/5): Great for independent travelers - As a solo traveler, this hotel suited my needs perfectly. Everything, from the service of the staff to the bright and cheerful decoration of the rooms, was above my expectations. The desk clerk was very welcoming and went out of his way to provide good service. The internet service was reliable (I used an Ethernet cable rather than the wireless) and the room was comfortable. There was no breakfast provided but there is a small kitchen area with coffee, dishes, cabinets, and refrigerator space for the use of guests--a nice touch for those who wish to save money by making their own meals. The front desk is not always staffed but guests are given keys to the building to come and go as they please. I enjoy this freedom, but it may not be ideal for first-time visitors to Rome who would like someone always available to answer questions. The location is ideal for those who want easy access to Termini, and the area has many inexpensive cafes, pizzerias, and restaurants.
• Ewelina (10/5): Great place - I stayed in WRH few weeks ago and I must say it was lovely. Very clean, great location(2min from Termini). Personel (Radhi if I got it wright) was very nice, very helpful. Delicious complementary morning coffee :D I will definitely recommend that place for single and couple stay.
• Emma (8/5): WRH Termini - Great Location and Staff - WRH Termini is the perfect location and was extremely easy to get to termini for a great price. The rooms were very comfortable with A/C, perfect for the summer. We didn't have any breakfast there, so I can't say anything about that, but the kitchen area has an espresso maker and fridge to keep any food. The staff was extremely helpful when we didn't get in on time, but they still checked us in after hours and were very accomadating. I stay in Rome a lot, and I definitely recommend the hotel for the price, location and helpful staff.
• Halcyon (8/5): Good place to overnight - My MiL were on our way back from a cruise vacation. We decided to stay an extra night in Rome before flying home. We wanted to be near the train station as that is where the ship bus lets passengers off. The WRH Termini is not really a "hotel" in the American sense of the term. It is an old apartment that has been transformed into a "hotel" - each of the rooms has a lock and a private bathroom with shower. There are other apartments in the building where people really live. When you arrive, you have to ring the bell at the bottom of the stairs in order to be let in. And you will need to arrange check-in with the staff as there is not always someone there. Also, as this is an older building, the elevator only stops on every half floor. You will have to either carry your luggage up a half-flight or down a half-flight. That was the main inconvenience we found. However, the rooms were very comfortable and clean. And certainly just fine for a one night stay. The area around the train station isn't really very nice. If I were planning a vacation in Rome, I wouldn't choose this area. But it was convenient to the metro station inside the Termini train terminal. The best part of the hotel is the staff. We were welcomed by Daniel upon check in. He gave us good restaurant suggestions and spoke almost perfect English. Overall, this is a nice hotel for a short stay. I would not hesitate to recommend it to friends and would even go back if I was only in the city a short while.

They had a laptop with internet in the room, also AC without extra charge, a cute little kitchen outside to make coffee and tea, there is a fridge you can use. Very nice, very good price, I highly recommend this place,if I go back to rome I will stay there.
• Star (10/5): Great Location, free use of computer and internet in room - Pros: quiet building, not too many guests so you get special attention, great location (only a few blocks from Metro station and Terevision bus station), lots of food places near by (everything was open during the Christmas), COMPUTER AND FREE INTERNET PROVIDED, comfy room, they hold luggage after check-out, there is a community kitchen Cons: the walls are a little thin, there are only 6 rooms so there is not 24/7 front desk staff Tips: The hotel is easy to find but it is on the 3rd floor of the building so look closely and use the intercom to call the front desk so they can buzz you in. They are not there 24/7 so make sure to let them know in advance when you will be arriving. All the major sights are within a 30 min. walk so make sure you have good walking shoes!
