Es gibt keine Terrasse, die gehört zu Zimmer 6. Wir haben aufgrund der schönen Terrasse gebucht…. und wurden in die Irre geführt. Personal grüßt, wenn überhaupt, erst nach dem Gast.

ct (9/5): Clean rooms with kitchenette and access to washer. Nice and helpful staff. - Clean rooms in an area away from the chaos of Naples. Access to washing machine. Near the port so great for heading to the islands. Easy walk to restaurants on the Lungomare. Take the Alibus from the airport to Beverello port , then walk or take a metro from Municipio to Chiaia (line has limited hours) and walk to hotel. Traffic noise till late at night but that might be a given in most places in Naples. Again no fault of the property but sidewalks in Naples are pretty rough on roller bag wheels. This applies pretty much to anywhere in Naples so a taxi ride or a short walk from Metro is highly preferred.

Ho soggiornato per 1 settimana, purtroppo nello sporco,ho comunicato che non avevo neppure una scopa e una cassetta,hanno detto che sarebbero venute loro a pulire,non si è visto nessuno.Ho fatto presente che il coperchio del WC,si muoveva ma nessuno se ne è preso cura. I letti molto scomodi,il divano letto con una buca😢

Daniela byla velmi ochotna a milá! Společná matrace na manželské posteli, ale na druhou stranu nebyl důlek uprostřed, záleží na preferenci 🙂

Liz (10/5): Excellent, would thoroughly recommend - Lovely, charming aparthotel. We had a great 3 night stay. Really clean throughout, very handy kitchenette, nice bathroom & shower and room a good size for 4 (including two young teenagers). The balcony with a view to Vesuvius was lovely to have too. Friendly and helpful host made check in and out really easy. The location is excellent just next to the promenade and an easy walk to Chiaia or Piazza Plebiscito (10 or 15 mins either direction). After an afternoon in the busy centro storico, the relative calm of Santa Lucia was quite welcome! Nice restaurants and supermarkets located 5 mins round the corner. Taxi rank very close by was also useful. Would most definitely stay again.

Francesco (8/5): Una settimana a Napoli - Ottima posizione, stanze dotate di piccola cucina ben equipaggiata, ottima comunicazione con l'host. Le stanze andrebbero riammodernate. Mancavano delle prese elettriche facilmente raggiungibili.
Margherita (9/5): - La struttura è ben arredata e la posizione è ottima. Dispone di tutto l’occorrente per un soggiorno confortevole. La terrazza, nelle giornate di sole, è uno spazio incredibilmente piacevole, un vero gioiellino! L’unica piccola pecca che segnalerei è l’impianto della doccia, è pressoché impossibile da regolare e alterna, pur senza che venga girata la manopola del miscelatore, acqua bollente ad acqua molto fredda.

Ludovica (10/5): La signora Daniela è stata di una disponibilità e gentilezza unica. Siamo davvero rimaste contentissime - Eravamo in 4 e abbiamo soggiornato una notte. È stato un soggiorno favoloso, ci è dispiaciuto rimanere solo una notte. Per non parlare della vista spettacolare. Lo consiglieremo e ci torneremo sicuramente

francesca (6/5): Carino ma.. - La zona è il punto di forza della struttura, praticamente su lungomare caracciolo ma senza la calca a i prezzi degli hotel circostanti. Anche avere un ottimo parcheggio al civico a fianco è veramente utile e comodo. carino l'appartamento ma un pò malandato nella tenuta dell'arredamento. Abbiamo trovato anche un pò di polvere nella zona letto. La cosa peggiore, però, è la totale mancanza di insonorizzazione. Non tanto della strada che, con le finestre, attutiva parecchio quanto con l'appartamento a fianco. Sembrava di avere i vicini dentro la nostra stanza e purtroppo, soprattutto di notte, non potendo fare affidamento sul buon senso altrui , siamo stati molto disturbati dagli schiamazzi fino alle 4 di mattina. Gran peccato.

Cecilia (7/5): - Buona posizione, vicina a Piazza del Plebiscito e a due passi dal mare. Lo studio era un po' datato, ma comodo e ben organizzato, con tutto il necessario. Siamo stati solo tre notti, ma sarebbe comodo anche per soggiorni più lunghi. C'era una bottiglia di vino campano come regalo di benvenuto, che è stato un pensiero carino Sarebbe comodo un posto dove lasciare i bagagli dopo il check out.

Federico (5/5): - Appartamento molto pulito, posizione centrale dietro castel dell ovo , personale professionale e attento. La Struttura e’ un po’ datata, il bagno è privo di riscaldamento, manca una mensola nella doccia , il wi fi funziona solo a tratti praticamente impossibile connettersi alla rete dall’ appartamento.
ChromeRBJ (7/5): Соответствует цене - уютно и красиво, хоть и с малым дискомфортом в определенных местах. - В апартаментах, насколько это возможно, разумно использовано пространство, удивила маленькая кухня в шкафу. Интерьер уютный и красивый, а проживание в нём комфортное. Были все нужные для проживания принадлежности: фен, набор гигиены, утюг и гладильная доска. Квартира отапливалась и температура внутри была очень комфортной. Расположение прямо рядом с центром + рядом с морем. Добрая хозяйка презентовала к нашему приезду бутылку вина! спасибо! Очень плохая звукоизоляция, в соседней квартире всю ночь кричал ребёнок и было ощущение, что мы в одном помещении. Шум был и с улицы. В некоторых местах очень грязно: в ванной комнате, особенно после смыва унитаза, сильно воняло канализацией, холодильником мы вообще решили не пользоваться, из-за вони внутри, а прямо в подоконнике первой комнаты рылись маленькие жучки, из-за грязи внутри окна. Обогрев воды работал странно, во время душа горячая вода могла на несколько секунд стать холодной.

sumiclizia (10/5): - Pulizia perfetta, accoglienza, spazi ottimi per 3 persone (due adulti e una ragazzina). Non molto insonorizzato rispetto alla strada e all'unità esterna della pompa di calore che è molto rumorosa.
