Πολύ καλή περιοχή, ήσυχη και ασφαλής αλλά ταυτόχρονα και μεσα στο κέντρο. Το πρωινό περιποιημένο με καφέ, χυμό, κρουασάν, ψωμι ζεστό, και μαρμελάδες, νουτελα και τυρι Φιλαδέλφεια. Καθημερινή καθαριότητα και πολύ εξυπηρετικοί όλοι. Την ημέρα της αναχώρησης μας έδωσαν κλειδί της εξώπορτα ώστε να αφήσουμε τις αποσκευές μας και να μην τις κουβαλάμε όλο το πρωί από τις 10.00 έως τις 14.00 που θα φεύγαμε. 175 ευρώ βεβαίως η βραδιά-μαζί με τον δημοτικό φορο- δεν είναι και λίγα...

Piazza del Popolo is in a 4 min walking distance! It was a bit colder. However, during the night, the heating was working very well and was pretty comfortable. The shower took a bit too long to get the warm water! Also the drainage didn’t work properly: water was accumulating during showers.

Маленький уютный отельчик, чистенький и новый. В номере чайник, холодильник, отличное отопление. Мы были в ноябре, для дождливой погоды - крепкие красивые зонтики. Приятный сюрприз - завтраки без дополнительной оплаты, и в номер. Рядом с отелем супермаркет, кафе и ресторанчики. Пешком до Ватикана по чудесной платановой набережной минут 25 спокойным шагом. Рядом вилла Боргезе, Пьяцца дель Попполо. К Коллизею и Термини - очень просто на метро. Персонал доброжелательный и очень внимательный. В следующий раз другой вариант искать не будем, здесь отличное сочетание цены и качества. Не было такого. Разве что дождей могло быть поменьше, но это претензии не к отелю. Ноябрь... Зато тепло и мало туристов в городе.

• Marie (7/5): - 部屋が広く長期滞在には快適でした 朝食は希望時間に部屋に持ってきてくれます スタッフの方の対応も非常に丁寧で安心できます 主要な観光地までは歩いて20-30分、最寄りの駅は歩いて5分以内でつきます。 おすすめのお店等をスタッフの方が紹介してくれるのは助かりましたが、紹介された中のTrattoria Ai Villiniというお店に行きましたが常連や地元客専用のようで、非常にひどい扱いをうけました。(多めに請求されたりなど) また部屋は低い階の道路側に面していて、夜中にバイクの音や車の音が多少うるさく、過敏な人は起きてしまう可能性があります。また他の部屋やフロントと非常に近いので、他の部屋のチェックアウトが早朝だったこともあり、朝に起きてしまうこともありました。

• Verified traveler (4/5): Chambre très bruyante malgré, service moyen - L'accueil était correcte mais contrairement aux annonces la personne ne souhaitait pas échanger en Français. La chambre par contre est très très mal insonorisée: si vous cherchez la quiétude dans la chambre vous risquez d'être déçu que ce soit par rapport à l'intérieur ou l'extérieur. La chambre étant sur le couloir, je pense à peine 1mètre sépare le bureau de la chambre: chaque entrée d'une personne de l'extérieur vers le bureau, chaque sonnette, chaque discussion s'entendait trop: c'est comme si les murs n'existaient pas. Par rapport à l'extérieur, pareil: les fenêtres sont en simple vitrage: tout les bruits de la rue s'entendaient: passants, les voitures , les chantiers. Le petit déjeuner: il fallait insister pour avoir un sachet de thé. La chambre était bien propre. La qualité du lit, la douche : étaient dans un état moyen. Heureusement que le personnel de ménage était professionnel et serviable. La localisation est vraiment satisfaisante: métro à proximité.

We walked to most places and there is a metro line right around the corner. The staff were great and very attentive. I requested soya milk for my morning coffee and they provided this the next day. • Rickee (9/5): Great option - Lovely place. The staff were extremely helpful and even opened up early to accomodate our request for an early check in. The spa bath was great. More breakfast options like cereal or eggs on toast would definitely be welcome.
• Ema (7/5): Overall pleasant, but a bit noisy - The room looks like the pictures, the beds are comfortable and the location is great. The hair dryer has an accessory for curly hair. The coffee you get with the breakfast isn't that great, especially the Americano. The espresso is okish, but I didn't enjoy it. You can hear everything from outside and other rooms. You might get startled because of that. The noise can wake you up at night. The main entrance door can be a bit tricky to open, make sure to check how to open it in advance or ask the host. The overall cleanliness was great, but the hair dryer could use a bit of cleaning, I avoided using it because of that. It's also tricky to use the AC for heating, it took a bit of effort to make it work as it would sometimes not start even though we used the same settings as when it did work or the ones recommended by the host.

We thought there’s no breakfast included so it was nice surprise when we got there and were asked what coffee’s we preferred for breakfast; coffee, juice, toasts and a cornetto each nothing major but very grateful for considering it was not part of the booking. The room we stayed in, the shower drain is blocked so found it a bit stressful when the water would rise when showering.

The location was perfect for exploring the city, many popular attractions within walking distance, nice restaurants and metro station near by. The room was very spacious and clean. Staff were helpful. Breakfast was nice but limited selection, it is fine for a short stay but if staying for longer would have got bored.
• Collettec (9/5): Great room in a great location - Very easy to find, about 3 mins walk from the metro. Location is ideal for walking Rome. Room was a great size, mini fridge was ideal for storing snacks. Bed was comfortable and room cleaned daily. Bathroom was a great size and the bath was so helpful after a day of walking. Unfortunately the jets didn't work but it didn't impact our stay. Noise from the road was as expected, it's an old building with beautiful huge windows and shutters. You could hear the occasional chat of passers by and a few cars. The noise was minimal. Breakfast was great, including the most delicious sweet cornettos. This was delivered to our room at the requested time. Earliest breakfast was at 7:45 on the day of departure. All the team were helpful and courteous. Shower water leaks off the side of the screen corner a bit so a towel is needed to soak it up on the floor.

The location was fantastic for visiting the beautiful city of Rome. Veronica and her staff were so lovely and helpful. Hopefully we get back to Rome again and if so I would definitely stay here again.

• Piyush (9/5): Great Stay, Highly Recommended... - Nice, cozy B&B near Piazza del Popolo. Very nice and spacious room and comfortable bed, and bathroom actually had a jacuzzi tub which was great. They provide a nice daily breakfast served in your room, and keep the place very clean. I hope to stay again the next time I am in Rome. The keys to get in and out of the building, suite, and room were a little complicated. And it's a B&B, so no staff onsite except during the morning for daily breakfast and suite/room cleaning. This was not really a problem per se--but perhaps a bit cumbersome having to deal with all those keys/locks when am generally just used to dealing with one keycard. Not a big deal, and other than this it was a great stay...
