We had to wait for them plenty of time to open the door….. let us standing The lady was in building while we were ringing the bell at the door but apparently she didn’t hear that and started gaslighting me as i was fool and didnt know for to rin a fcnk bell!! Wifi didnt work, the bed was horrible, noisy building even at the night NOT RECOMMENDED!!!!

• Sodo (9/5): Furio Camillo: una valida struttura a Roma! - Ottima la posizione della casa nei pressi della metropolitana. Generose le dimensioni della stanza e del bagno esterno, dotati di ogni comfort. L'host è stato chiaro e cortese nelle indicazioni. Grazie dell'ospitalità e alla prossima!
• Mónika (8/5): - Könnyen megközelíthető, közel van a tömegközlekedéshez. Tiszta szoba, tiszta ágynemű, tiszta törülköző. Ár értékben megfelelő felszereltség. A tulajdonossal jó volt a kommunikáció. Minden a megbeszéltek szerint volt. Az ágy nekünk kényelmetlen, mi másfajta ágybetéten alszunk. Nem tetszett a közös takaró, mi jobban preferáljuk a külön-külön takarót. Az ajtó szigeteletlen, áthallatszott a szomszéd szobából a tv.

• Marina (9/5): Отличное местоположение, хорошо за эту цену - Очень просторная комната, чисто, чистая постель. У нас была ванная через коридор (не внутри комнаты), но я знала заранее. И она была только для нас. Кондиционер работал. Есть шкаф и вешалки, зеркала, много розеток. Расположение прекрасное - пять минут до метро, там же супермаркет, несколько кофеен, точка с пиццой и тд. Мощный фен. А вот шампунь-бальзам, тапочки берите свои. Очень-очень-очень не хватало чайника…. За это девять баллов.

• Giovanni (7/5): Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo - Staff molto cordiale e simpatico. Rapporto qualità prezzo eccezionale. Posizione comoda alla stazione della metropolitana che lo collega a tutte le attrazioni della città. Letti non troppo comodi e stanza non troppo accogliente. Per quello che dovevamo fare era però più che sufficiente.

• SimSalabim86 (6/5): Breve soggiorno di qualche giorno a Roma per visitare la città. - Stanza molto grande e accogliente. Riscaldamento sufficientemente efficace. Posizione ottima vicino alla fermata della metro. Pulizia abbastanza accurata. Ho avuto qualche difficoltà a mettermi in contatto con la struttura al momento del mio arrivo. Le porte sono vecchie e non garantivano massima privacy e silenzio. Lo scarico del water è gestito da un aspiratore che non lavora sufficientemente bene per cui spesso è stato necessario tirare lo sciaquone molte volte affinché tutto scendesse. L'acqua calda non fluiva costante ma dopo la segnalazione al gestore è stato risolto il problema.

• JAQUELINE (9/5): - A localização é excelente, é um bairro menos turístico mas bem estruturado com acesso fácil ao metrô e ônibus que conectavam rapidamente aos locais turísticos, tinha próximo cafeterias e mercado. Horário de Check in não é flexível, é só até às 21h, isso dificulta um pouco. O nosso vôo atrasou e não conseguimos chegar no horário previsto, chegamos 21:30h mas o dono nos atendeu e recebeu fora do horário, mas se tivesse atrasado mais, não sei como teria sido.

• The guest 7 (7/5): - The accommodation is close to metro, cheap restaurants are nearby. Big and clean room. A little outdated, feel depressed.
• Mike (1/5): - Pretty much a clean bed was the only good thing. Barely any hot water. It kept alternating between hot and cold, and you are lucky if you had hot water for 30 secs so prepare to take ice cold showers. The host literally writes to you day of and not earlier, giving you instructions to tell him your check in time 5 hours earlier, otherwise you might end up waiting for him 1-4 hours. I gave him my check in time as per his instructions, and I still had to wait in front of the locked door for 30 minutes with my bags, time I would have loved to spend exploring Rome. After finally responding late to my messages and missed calls on Whatsapp (he said its his preferred contact method), he finally said "oh you have to ring the door bell". He never gave that info in any of his previous instructions, wasting my time. He did not even say sorry but brushed me off when I mentioned that. Also the walls are super thin so you will be hearing other people in the rooms. Finally, there was initially no towels in the room. I mentioned that once I left to explore, and then his assistant went in the room to put the towels under my backpacks, trying to gaslight me as if they were there all along and that I just didnt see them (I checked everywhere and they were not there). No idea how this property has good reviews, but dont make the mistake I did in booking it.

Facilidade no check-in pois deixaram a chave no lock box A comunicação com local é muito boa eles respondem e facilitaram o check-in pois chegamos tarde : Escadas até a acomodação , dois lances pra quem viaja com malas pesadas como eu estava com duas senhoras foi muito ruim. O chuveiro estava com apoio quebrado tínhamos que segurar e tomar banho ao mesmo tempo box também não estava muito limpo

• Munkhzul (10/5): Furnitures might look not that fancy and modern, but still this place is more than enough. Clean, comfortable, staffs we - Staffs were very kind and friendly. We requested for early check in and they let us in without any additional charge. Even though location was not that close to the center of the city, it was actually very convenient and quiet place to take good rest for the next day. A metro line and a bus station is in walking distance, so it is a great opportunity to stroll around the local market area of the city. Also even though staff lady doesn’t speak English, we understand each other easily, she was helping us a lot for some kitchen stuffs. Air conditioning was working so well with no extra charge.

Good connection to the city center thanks to the near metro station It's not that easy to find the entrance at the beginning. It can be improved. Also, streets in this area are not as clean and pretty as in the city center, but it is not the fault of the hotel

The area is not touristy, located in quiet street. shops and restaurants and metro are very close. cold shower, at arrival the bell was not answered. only on the day of arrival I received a message about making appointment for arrival. There's no elevator so if you're caring luggage you're gonna have to use the stairs

• Ricardo (10/5): Nice place in Rome. The Vatican of - Nice place to stay in Rome. A very good localization, near to Metro Station (at the moment of our visit was under works, but no big problem). They help us all the time, and we can make the check-in before time. This is a great option to visit Rome for a few days...!!! It's a 10/10...!!!
