• khazneh (10/5): فندق ميثالي - إقامتي في هذا الفندق كانت من أجمل التجارب التي مررت بها. منذ لحظة وصولنا شعرنا بحفاوة الاستقبال والاهتمام الكبير، حيث تم التعامل مع أمتعتنا بكل احترافية وتم شرح تفاصيل الغرفة والخدمات بطريقة راقية. طاقم العمل كان في غاية الذوق والاحترام، ومتواجد دائمًا لتلبية أي طلب بسرعة كبيرة. وأخص بالشكر الموظف يحيى، الذي كان مثالًا للأدب وحسن التعامل، حيث قدم لنا خدمة مميزة واهتمامًا واضحًا جعل إقامتنا أكثر راحة وتميزًا، وكان تعامله الراقي من الأمور التي تركت انطباعًا جميلًا لدينا. الغرفة كانت نظيفة جدًا ومرتبة بعناية، والأثاث أنيق ومريح، خاصة السرير الذي وفر لنا راحة ممتازة أثناء النوم. كل شيء داخل الغرفة كان متكاملًا، من التكييف الممتاز إلى الثلاجة والمشروبات الساخنة والمياه المتوفرة بشكل يومي. من الأشياء الجميلة أيضًا المطعم، حيث الأجواء مميزة جدًا والطعام متنوع ويمكن لكل شخص اختيار ما يناسبه، بالإضافة إلى المشروبات والحلويات. الخدمة بشكل عام كانت ممتازة، وأي شيء نحتاجه كان يصل بسرعة دون تأخير. أكثر ما ميز المكان بالنسبة لي هو الشعور بالراحة والاهتمام بالتفاصيل الصغيرة التي تجعل الإقامة مختلفة فعلًا. بصراحة، هذا من أفضل الفنادق التي أقمت فيها، وأوصي به بشدة، وسأكرر التجربة مرة أخرى بكل تأكيد إذا أتيحت لي لا شيء

• BENHIZIA (10/5): Séjour parfait ! - J’ai récemment séjourné dans cet hôtel et l’expérience a été très agréable. Le personnel était accueillant, professionnel et toujours prêt à aider. La chambre était propre, confortable et bien équipée, avec un nettoyage quotidien. L’emplacement est également un vrai point fort, proche de tout. Tout était parfait !

We were warmly welcomed with a complimentary fruit platter upon arrival, and the room was restocked daily with free items, which was a thoughtful touch. Housekeeping maintained excellent standards, cleaning the room thoroughly every day. The location is outstanding, with easy access to the main street as well as nearby metro and tram stations, making it very convenient for getting around. The breakfast was varied and delicious, offering a great selection each morning. The staff were exceptionally friendly, professional, and always ready to assist. I would especially like to thank Kawthar and Yazan for their kindness and support throughout my stay. Overall, I am very grateful for such a pleasant experience. I will definitely return to this hotel when I visit Turkey again. لقد قضيت إقامة رائعة لمدة 11 يومًا في هذا الفندق. كان كل شيء مثاليًا، واستمتعت حقًا بتجربتي. تم استقبالنا بحرارة مع طبق فواكه مجاني عند الوصول، كما كان يتم تزويد الغرفة يوميًا بمستلزمات مجانية، وكانت هذه لفتة جميلة للغاية. حافظت خدمة تنظيف الغرف على مستوى ممتاز من النظافة، حيث كان يتم تنظيف الغرفة بعناية كل يوم. موقع الفندق مميز جدًا، مع سهولة الوصول إلى الشارع الرئيسي، بالإضافة إلى قربه من محطات المترو والترام، مما يجعل التنقل في غاية السهولة. كان الإفطار متنوعًا ولذيذًا، مع مجموعة رائعة من الخيارات كل صباح. كما كان طاقم العمل ودودًا للغاية، محترفًا، ودائم الاستعداد للمساعدة. أود أن أتقدم بشكر خاص لكل من كوثر ويزن على لطفهما ودعمهما طوال فترة إقامتي. بشكل عام، أنا ممتنة جدًا لهذه التجربة الرائعة، وسأعود بالتأكيد إلى هذا الفندق عند زيارتي لتركيا مرة أخرى.

• Anastasiya (3/5): Old hotel with cigarette-smelling rooms in a good location - Good location, close to Havaist airport shuttle end station, close to tram station Shisha bar without windows downstairs - the same space is used for breakfast. Cigarette smell everywhere (including the rooms!). The hotel does not have non-smoking rooms - all rooms have ashtrays inside. Staff at the reception does not speak english. Breakfast is the same every day (with very few options in terms of fruit and vegetables).

Takeaways all over the area serbing foods from different parts of the world. The room was a good size and very clean. Kettle in the room with tea and coffee sachets - for those like myself who like a cup of hot drink first thing in the morning. Cigarette smoking a big no no. I mean why would you subject your guests to nasty smells. This is 2025 please stop.

• Anas (10/5): - Das Hotel ist sehr sauber und gepflegt. Die Lage ist ausgezeichnet – ganz in der Nähe von der Straßenbahn, U-Bahn und den Busstationen. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und respektvoll, und der Besitzer des Hotels ist eine sehr nette und hilfsbereite Person. Jeden Tag wurde uns etwas zu trinken angeboten – eine wirklich schöne Geste der Gastfreundschaft. Das Frühstück war lecker und liebevoll zubereitet. Ich war mit meiner Familie dort, und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Insgesamt ein hervorragendes Hotel – ich kann es absolut weiterempfehlen

• Bhombal (3/5): - The location was great — about a 15-minute tram ride to the Blue Mosque (Sultanahmet), which was convenient. The service was disappointing, and the rooms were not well maintained. The breakfast was mediocre, with items no longer available well before the end of serving time. There was also no staff available to assist guests or service the rooms. Overall, the experience did not feel worth the money.

• Brit (9/5): Perfektes Hotel für einen Kurztrip nach Istanbul - Die Lage des Hotels ist perfekt, um mit den Öffentlichen ins Zentrum zu fahren. Frühstück war sehr gut und abwechslungsreich, die Zimmer wurden täglich gereinigt, obwohl es gar nicht nötig war, Badezimmerartikel ( Handtücher, Vorkeger, Seifen, Shampoo,…) wurden täglich erneuert, die Betten waren äußerst bequem und wir haben trotz zentraler Lage sehr gut geschlafen. Insbesondere der Juniorchef Taha war super sympathisch, hat uns sehr verwöhnt und hat dafür gesorgt, dass wir uns total wohl gefühlt haben. Weiter so 👍🏼 Vielen Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Leider darf in Istanbul überall geraucht werden. Für Nichtraucher ist dies gewöhnungsbedürftig.

The hotel’s location is excellent, close to great restaurants and lovely markets. Breakfast was delicious and varied, and the rooms were modern, clean, and comfortably arranged. What made the experience even more special was the staff’s attitude, especially Mr. Yahya, who was the epitome of cooperation and professionalism, always ready to help with a smile. I would also like to thank the hotel owner for his kindness and genuine care for our comfort, even beyond what is usually expected. In short, it was a truly special stay that I highly recommend, and I look forward to repeating the experience in the future. 🌟

• Adnan (9/5): Value for money, the best location, cafe and housekeeping staff amazed me - I must admire that cleaning/housekeeping lady did really do her job everyday to make sure room is clean and change stuff as and when required without even asking or pointing at any thing. Additionally it’s a great location as many restaurants available just in the front or nearby the hotel, even the hotel cafe (Bern Cafe) is amazing, and the hotel is barely 3 minutes walking distance from Yusufpasa tram station and the main road either sides. Front desk staff also helped me accommodate for the early checkin. Everything was good. Felt like room was a little smaller than what I’d exit, though the room was good with a French style balcony.

• Muna (8/5): للعوائل و الأطفال لم اجدها مناسبة كتيرا و لكن بشكل عام كنت راضية عن اختياري و لم أندم و ربما أعوداليه مرة اخري - الموظفون ودودون لطفاء و مرحبين و المكان كان نظيف و قدموا لنا طبق فواكه جميل للترحيب و كان الماء متوفر لديهم في اي وقت و عاملة النظافة تأتي كل يوم الغرف ضيقة لا تناسب فترة طويلة اكتر من تلاتة ايام و المنطقة متوفر بها كل شي حيوية لكنها غير هادئة و الموسيقي تبقي حتي منتصف الليل

• Jovita_star (8/5): Excellent Location to Explore Sultanhmet - The location was excellent, just a couple of meters away from the Yusufpasa tram station and a 10-minute walk from the Arksaray metro and airport bus stop. It's a really good choice for travellers who want to explore the Sultanhmet area but don't want to fork out too much for pricey hotels. There were lots of local restaurants around the hotel that were highly affordable and served good food. The buffet breakfast was decent and mostly offered Turkish food with a few Western options. There were very few toiletries available. We brought our own toothbrushes and toothpaste, but it would've been an issue if we hadn't. There wasn't a shower rack to put the soap and shampoo, so we ended up having to place them on the ground, which was quite unhygienic. A couple of items were broken in the room, but they weren't essential.

• Ana (10/5): Exceptional - We were in Istanbul on a group tour at the Bern Hotel. It is a great place to stay in Istanbul. The location is very good, convenient for visiting all the interesting places. The hotel has a very good kitchen, where you can eat meals at a budget price. The receptionist – Kauser – is a great host. The hotel staff, Eka, Lia, Ia, Mzia, Sait, showed great attention to us. Many thanks to them. I would be happy to come here again.

• Evgeniya (5/5): It is ok for one night in case of long transit via Istanbul but I would not recommend it for longer stays. - Relatively clean, close to Havaist bus stop, not far from the main tourist attractions. There is a kettle and tea preparation kit. Big bed. Elevator. The room was for smokers - everything smelled cigarettes, this can be very unpleasant in case you do not smoke. Air conditioner refused to be turned-off and continued working - really irritating. The bathroom is very small. Walls are very thin which allows you to hear all the noises in the corridor and in neighbouring rooms. Hotel is located in the middle of kind of a street market in the evenings.
• Biljana (10/5): Centrally located and comfortable - We enjoyed our stay at hotel. Welcome by staff members was great with fruit plate and plenty of free water in room on daily basis. Our room on the 4th floor was big and quiet, there were enough fresh towels, refrigerator and safe were useful. Breakfast was good so we do recommend hotel.
