Emplacement central avec à proximité restauration et commerce. La salle pour le petit déjeuner est conviviale tout comme le personnel. Améliorer l'isolation phonique extérieure et intérieur, notre chambre donnait sur la salle du petit déjeuner et dès 6h30 nous entendions le personnel effectuer la mise en place pour les clients qui venaient se restaurer dès 7h30. Les œufs et le bacon étaient tièdes.

• MILKA (8/5): Meravigliosa Venezia - Ottima posizione, vicino alla fermata del vaporetto Rialto Mercato. Colazione basica, staff disponibile e cordiale. Il bagno della nostra camera davvero grande e spazioso. Non veniva passata l’aspirapolvere durante le pulizie e per la mia allergia alla polvere non è stato il massimo. Inoltre, non potevamo aprire la finestra in camera perché c’era il mobile scrivania davanti che rendeva impossibile l’operazione. Il prezzo di €3.50 per una bottiglietta d’acqua San Benedetto, mi è sembrato davvero esagerato. Per ultimo mi hanno servito dei prodotti senza glutine, ma al terzo giorno le fette biscottate erano finite e ho dovuto optare per altro.

• Alessandra (9/5): Al centro di Venezia - Hotel storico, molto bello e posizionato benissimo (a 5 minuti dal ponte di rialto e a 10 da piazza San Marco, nonché a 3 minuti dalla fermata San Stae dove prendere il vaporetto per piazzale Roma o l’alilaguna per l’aeroporto). La colazione si fa in una sala bellissima: è contenuta ma giusta, i prodotti sono freschi e buoni. Staff gentilissimo, soprattutto il ragazzo alla reception. Camera pulita e dotata di ogni comfort. L’unica cosa è che il letto non era molto comodo, né il materasso né i cuscini, soprattutto per una come me che soffre di cervicale.

• liesje0 (2/5): These people are not afraid to scam you – they ruined the arrival of my engagement weekend - We booked a private water taxi through the hotel as a surprise. What we got: 20 minutes in a car + 10 minutes on a boat that didn’t even take us to the hotel. This cost €170. For comparison: a real private water taxi from the airport to the city center costs ~€150 and is actually direct. We raised this with the hotel — they took zero responsibility. Completely misleading and a terrible start to a special weekend. Be careful booking anything through them. Never again.

• bertoli (6/5): Preis Leistung stimmt nicht - Die Lage ist wirklich perfekt. Auch sehr ruhig abends. Das Personal war sehr sehr freundlich. Das Essen beim Frühstücksbuffet war gut und das Zimmer sauber. Die Zimmer sind sehr sehr klein (11qm). Wir sind mit Rucksack gereist, das war okay. Wenn man mit Koffer reist, weiß ich allerdings nicht, wo man diesen unterbringen sollte. Die wenigen Kleiderhaken können von normal großen Menschen außerdem nicht erreicht werden Das Bett war eher unbequem (und wohl auch schon älter) und die Kaffeemaschine im Zimmer hat nicht funktioniert. Der Kaffee am Frühstücksbuffet war wirklich unterirdisch. Einige Italienier sind runter zur nächsten Bar und haben dort ihren Kaffee getrunken. Für den hohen Preis hatten wir uns mehr erwartet.

Personel był raczej obojętny, a moje prośby o zmianę pokoju, mimo że byłam bardzo zmęczona i prosiłam o ciszę, zostały zignorowane. Mieszkałam na parterze i w pokoju było słychać dosłownie wszystko – każde otwarcie drzwi, rozmowy personelu, gości, a nawet każde stukanie. Śniadania były bardzo słabe – jajecznica była zimna i niesmaczna, wędliny wątpliwej jakości. Poza rogalikami właściwie nie dało się nic zjeść. Niestety, nie polecam tego miejsca. I recently stayed at this hotel, and unfortunately, I have to express my strong dissatisfaction. The staff were generally indifferent and unhelpful. Despite my requests, as I was extremely tired and asked for a quiet room, nothing was done. I was placed on the ground floor, and the room was extremely noisy – every door opening, every guest coming in, every staff conversation was audible, both on the phone and in person. The breakfast was also very poor – the scrambled eggs were cold and tasteless, and the cold cuts were questionable. Besides the croissants, there was really nothing worth eating. Sadly, I do not recommend this place.

• Maria Isabel (8/5): Agradable - Había una gran variedad en el desayuno y el salón era bonito y agradable. El personal de recepción era muy amable y simpático. Nos intentaron resolver todas las dudas que teníamos y nos informaban. Esta muy cerca del Mercado y Puente Rialto. El colchón de la habitación nos pareció incómodo.

• LAPEYRE (9/5): Chambre Romantique - La chambre et sa décoration, conforme aux attentes. Très beau lustre au dessus du lit et belle mosaïque. L'eau n'était pas toujours très chaude... Absence de poubelle dans la chambre (uniquement dans la salle de bain) et absence de prises au niveau du lit.

Peccato non aver beccato la camera affrescata che avevamo visto nelle foto di booking. Ci sarebbe piaciuta molto. Unica cosa negativa ma è personale... Letto davvero molto molto duro. Suggerirei di inserire un topper in memory per dare maggiore comfort.

• Oksana (10/5): Других комнат не видела но Fireplace требует ремонта и зеркало нужно регулярно протирать,было грязное,это видно не воору - Расположение отличное,близко и к ж/д и автовокзалу и к центру и всем достопримечательностям Комната не соответствовала указаной на фото,санузел просторный,а сама комната маленькая и интерьер не очень,вид из окна был в стену.Комната Fireplace-не бронируйте Завтрак нормальный
