• Lidija_DD (10/5): Great location, wonderful staff - The B&B is located in one of the safest and nicest neighborhoods in Naples. Our room was spacious, clean and quiet - overlooking the courtyard. We checked in a few buildings down the street and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Great value.

• Verified traveler (6/5): - cosa salvo della struttura la gentilezza del personale al check in, la posizione ottima a pochi passi da piazza plebiscito, ma comodini straballanti, materassi che non ti permettono di riposare, abbiamo usato la seconda coperta dal armadio e non era pulita anzi piena di polvere, c'era il condizionatore ma non il telecomando, wifi senza molto segnale anzi quasi assente, e molto molto sporco ingresso scale in tutti i 4 giorni di soggiorno.

L'entrata del palazzo è molto sporca, che va in contrasto con la pulizia della camera. I piccoli termosifoni non riescono a riscaldare in maniera adeguata la stanza. Wifi debole e molti canali tv non si vedono, compreso rai1. Tutto sommato ci siamo trovati bene.
• Irene (4/5): Lo único bueno es la ubicacion - Lo único bueno del B&B es la ubicación. No hay nadie en ese lugar que indican, tenes que adivinar que es 2 casas más adelante. La cama incómoda, no tenían cambio para poder pagar el impuesto. Mucha escalera y con las maletas se hace bastante difícil. La calefacción no existía. Lo prendian 2 horas, de noche hacia frío y nos dijeron que usemos una manta. El desayuno fueron 2 botellas de agua y 2 panes muy feos. Solo para el primer día.
• JeanneC957 (6/5): Average accommodations but nice service - The front desk guy that helped us check in was very helpful and friendly. He was probably the best part of the stay. We had to check in at the hotel a couple buildings down. To get into the room there are so many doors. You even need a key to exit. Since we only had one set of keys we had to leave together. The room itself was clean but just average accommodations. We knew this upon booking but didn't have many options since it's quite busy in December with everyone wanting to see the Christmas festivities. It's just a place to stay really. Location is good if you want to shop but it's on the main shopping street an noisy at all hours. You can hear everything in the halls. Around 2 am the garbage trucks outside were quite loud and woke me up. I wasn't able to go back to sleep until 5 am so I heard cars, motorcycles, people screaming outside, etc. Then around 4 am I guess shop owners were dragging their garbage cans back in? Not sure but it was non-stop noise. We even kept the bathroom fan on for white noise but it didn't help. Bed is fine though my hubs complained it was 2 twin beds put together and he was sleeping on the crack. Other than that you really have everything you need and it's clean. I feel like we paid boutique price for budget accommodations.

El internet no funcionaba bien, solo una red tenía conexión y esa red no llegaba a nuestra habitación. El personal es muy amable y están atentos a darte recomendaciones locales, etc.

• Verified traveler (8/5): Great Location in Naples - The best part of this hotel is it is in a great location right in the middle of the action. The staff was super nice and friendly and the room was pretty large for a European room in the city. Only complaint was the bed was two win mattresses shoved together that would split apart during the night and I would end up sleeping in the crack.
• Natasha & Mike (8/5): Well priced room in excellent location - Hotel itself is in excellent location. In fact, after hearing a lot of stories about Naples , we were pleasantly surprised. We booked the room that had the separate bathroom. Room itself was a little quirky in it's layout (an internal bedroom inside a slightly larger apartment), but perfectly comfortable for a short stay. Separate bathroom was just across the hall. Luckily we were staying in the off season so the hotel was pretty empty and we didn't actually see anyone on those quick trips to the loo in the middle of the night. Our room was serviced, but our towels weren't changed (which was fine, as we just stayed two nights). Service by staff at the front desk was great, with excellent food recommendations and other recommendations of places to go in the area. As per other reviews, breakfast is not included.
• Terry (8/5): Great stay - Nishan was wonderful on check in. Great recommendations on dinner. Bed was a little hard but slept well. Small shower, by who cares, it worked. GREAT AREA TO STAY IN. Lots of sidewalk cafes.
• jacquelinebp93 (8/5): The right place to experience Napoli/Naples - We were graciously hosted by Martha (who has incredible strength and lovely personality to match) and Nishan (genuinely helpful and very knowledgable about Naples). The room itself was very comfortable though the wifi connection was only accessible in the reception area. Location wise, this was in the centre of Napoli. 4 minutes walk from the oldest Pizzeria in the world (Brandi) and an absolutely stunning cafe (Cafe Gambrinus). Though we have been throughly warned about the crime rates in Napoli, we felt really safe with the police always in sight in this part of town. I would only say that there should be a savoury option and more options for snacks given that "breakfast" is part of the brand. Other than that, everything was excellent. Will definitely come back and experience the magic of Naples.

The service the hotel employees provided was second to none from the cleaners to Nisham the concierge. Thankyou all for making our trip memorable and pleasurable.

The rooms are very clean and spacious, everything works as it is supposed to, the location is ideal and the room rates very reasonable. It is a great place to stay when visiting Naples.

The bedroom and the bathroom are will-appointed, tastefully colour coordinated and very clean. We had a memorable stay in Napoli. Thank you for everything Naty!

The rooms are basic but impeccably clean. A pair of slippers and a few bottles of water in the mini fridge would be the only things missing. Otherwise, a great hotel!
• jazzy (8/5): Right in the heart of the action - This b&b is on a nice pedestrian shopping street very close to the spanish quarter, metro, funicular and ferry terminal. While the street is busy during the day it's quiet at night. My room was very nice with a big comfy bed and 2 tvs. There is no aircon which could be a problem in summer but the doors open onto a quaint neopolitan balcony while still keeping the room private. Owner was very nice and helpful and tried hard to communicate in english. Highly recommended place to stay in crazy Naples.

• Nia (10/5): Great central B&B & wonderful owner - The B&B is located very centrally on Via Chiaia in Naples. The owner was very friendly and helpful. He made us feel very at home and was a great help with local information about the sights to see and great place to eat. You can also have a nice breakfast of croissants and juice etc in your room if you order the night before. The B&B is spotlessly clean, and we also had a small balcony looking over the street below. It is in the heart of Naples and is quite bustling, but the room itself is quiet at night. It is in a perfect location and is easy to walk to the different sights. You can also catch the tram to different places, and there are also buses. I couldn't have hoped for a better B&B. The room, owner, location and cleanliness were all above expectation and I would certainly return. Made our stay in Naples an absolutely pleasure. Would recommend to anyone! Thank you for your hospitality.

The desk is no manned at night and the hallway echoes, so it can be a little loud at night when other guests return. The staff are lovely, and provide a beautiful breakfast for a small 2.50 euro. It includes pastries from the the pastries from lovely store on the street. The location is great, in a safe street in a nice end of Napoli. For a cost effective hotel in a safe neighbourhood, this is just what you are looking for.
• Verified traveler (10/5): Excellent! - The B&B is on a pedestrian only area and conveniently located. It's close to the Borbonic Tunnels and the funicular transportation system. Luigi was nothing short of spectacular. He offered great tips on what to see, restaurants to eat at, ordered us a cab for a 3:30 am trip to the airport, etc. He truly made this establishment! Our room was spacious and clean with a small balcony overlooking the pedestrian walkway. It can get loud from all the people at night, but we found that when you close the balcony doors it seems to soundproof the room very well. If you want to be in the centre of things and have a great place to stay, do not hesitate to book this place. I would do it again in a heartbeat!

• Verified traveler (10/5): Great B&B in the heart of the city - We had a great experience staying in this B&B. We had no trouble finding it as it is conveniently located and marked properly. On arrival we were greeted by two very friendly people who, even though they didn't speak much English, made us feel welcome and the owner gave us helpful tips about the city! Our room was clean, air-conditioned, with the only downside being the stairs that you have to climb to get there!

The room was very clean and roomy with a balcony that opened above the street. The hotel has a wonderful location on a street wherein traffic is very limited. I would highly reccomend this B&B for its condition, lication, service and the made to order breakfast delivered to your room and on your schedule. There are no negatives about this property, if you stay here, you will be happy!
• giorgio (10/5): Lovely little hotel - It was only a one night accommodation, but it has been a great experience. It was like being in a little flat on your own, not in a hotel room.and the concierge Luigi was adorable and very helpful.
• Allison (10/5): Great place stay - I was welcomed by Luigi who bent over backwards to make me feel like at home. I truly felt treated as family. The hotel is very very clean, and is totally renovated. I was in a very nice room with a private bathroom and in a quiet place. Room was air conditioned and had a separate, small dining area with a small fridge available. I felt the hotel is very well located, close to shopping areas, restaurants and coffee shops and the port, which for me it came in handy because I was talking a ferry to Sardegna. The area seemed very safe. Overall I totally recommend this place and will definitely stay there again if I go back to Napoli.
