- Susana (10/5): Excelente - Nuestra estancia fue excelente. Éramos un grupo de cinco amigas alojadas en la habitación familiar, que resultó ser muy amplia y espaciosa. Todo está muy bien pensado: cada una tiene su propio espacio para dejar sus pertenencias y, además, el baño está dividido, lo que permite aprovecharlo mucho mejor. La limpieza fue impecable y el ambiente muy tranquilo, con mucho silencio y calma, ideal para descansar. El personal también fue muy acogedor y amable en todo momento. Sin duda, volveremos.

- Enrique (9/5): Hotel Familiar, perfecto para unas jornadas de esquí - Hotel familiar, con los servicios perfectos para las necesidades de un viaje de esquí. El personal en especial muy atento. La ubicación si vas a coger el huevo a encamp esta muy bien. Para volver no tienes cola, por lo que recomendado 100% para una experiencia en la nieve. Muy facil aparcar.

- Alexander (9/5): Hotel de muy buena calidad, con servicios excelentes y personas muy amables. - El desayuno digno de un 5*, buena variedad y gran calidad tanto de zumos, quesos, embutidos, bizcocho, fruta etc. Para cafés hay una nespresso profesional y una máquina de capucino disponibles, muy bueno el cafe. También una selección muy amplia de tés e infusiones. La bollería es de muy alta calidad y los croissantes espectaculares. También hay selección de panes, yogures, cereales, etc. La habitación es amplia, teníamos una para 4 con una cama litera de madera grande para los niños. Tiene también un pequeño escritorio y un baño muy amplio y nuevo. Los colchones muy buenos, se descansa muy bien. El control de temperatura funciona perfectamente. Bien insonorizado entre habitaciones. Solo le encontramos dos pegas: Por un lado la puerta entre habitación y baño es de cristal y no se deja cerrar, no insonoriza y los ruiditos de baño se escuchan en toda la habitación como si no hubiera puerta. Y por otro la habitación NO tiene armario, solo colgadores para chaquetas, por lo que estuvimos toda la semana abriendo y cerrando maletas por el suelo.

Salados, dulces, lácteos, cereales, frutas .. abundantes Wifi perfecta. Guarda esquís. Tiene un restaurante muy próximo y un bar enfrente, pero no hay servicio de restauración en el propio hotel.
