• Pietro (1/5): Terribile - Nulla L'host maleducato, siamo entrati in stanza, abbiamo dato un'occhiata in giro ed era SPORCHISSIMA, indegna neanche fossimo a Baghdad durante la Peste. Polvere ovunque, cassetti con capelli, pavimento lercio, doccia nera tanto lo schifo che c'era, una bettola per mignotte praticamente, etc... quando abbiamo chiamato l'host per lamentarci, ci ha urlato dietro, ci ha dato dei maleducati e ci ha cacciati, mi ha chiesto di fare la cancellazione e mi ha restituito la somma pagata ma ci siamo trovati alle 17:00 a Roma senza un'alloggio dove andare. Anche se abbiamo contattato l'assistenza Booking alla fine ce la siamo visti da soli e per fortuna abbiamo trovato un alloggio alle 20:00.

Minden nagyon közel, séta távolságra minden étterem, vatikán, a főbb nevezetességek is metróval nagyon könnyen megközelíthető. Minden zseniális! Jacopo, a szállásadó is rendkívül segítőkész volt, nagyon kedves és figyelmes! NINCS ILYEN!

• MARIA (8/5): Un lugar para repetir. - Ubicación muy buena. Comunicación con Jacopo excelente. Facilidades para almacenar maletas antes y después del check-in. Habitación espaciosa. Camas cómodas.
• Cinzia (8/5): Ottima struttura a due passi dal Vaticano - Posizione ottima, a due passi dal Vaticano e dalla stazione metro Ottaviano, in una zona residenziale ordinata e tranquilla. La stanza si trova in un palazzo signorile ben tenuto e l'host è molto gentile e disponibile. La stanza è silenziosa e di notte non vola una mosca nel quartiere. Unica pecca (sopportabile): il bagno. Ricavato nella stanza in un secondo tempo, è piccolo e piuttosto umido (non avendo finestra né impianti di aspirazione). La doccia è 60x60, quindi non comodissima per gli ospiti più corpulenti. Non c'è il bidet (il che va bene per turisti stranieri). Basterebbe una ventola per migliorare la situazione.

• Mary (10/5): - We loved the location and the facility. As most things in Rome it was a bit old and lacked electrical outlets. But that should not deter you from staying here. Jacapo was very kind and showed us everything before he left us the first night. The rooms were tidied each day. There were morning treats and coffee available as was the kitchen at the end of the hall. 10 minute to the Vatican. It was a great place to rest our heads at the end of our busy days. Parking was 2 blocks away and 30 € a day and that manager was also very kind. Zigs 3 doors to the left is a great restaurant. Staff wonderful. The neighborhood was a bit busy during the day but quiet at night. We did stay Mon thru Thurs. Shower was a bit tight but has a hand held shower head which helped.

• Melissa (4/5): Decepcionante - A pesar de que Nunca volvería, puedo decir que tanto el dueño y el de limpieza eran muy amables. NO LO RECOMIENDO Mi experiencia fue muy negativa por varios motivos: 1. El baño está fuera de la habitación. Para usarlo hay que cruzar un pasillo público y utilizar la misma llave del cuarto para abrirlo, ya que no tiene picaporte. Esto implica dejar la habitación sin seguro o incomodar a la otra persona. 2. La llave es antigua y difícil de usar; puede tomar varios minutos abrir. 3. La ducha es extremadamente incómoda: no tiene cortina y la base está mal diseñada, obligando a sostenerla con una mano constantemente, lo que dificulta incluso lavarse el cabello. 4. El agua caliente se termina a los pocos minutos. Además, la secadora solo tira aire tibio, por lo que no seca adecuadamente. 5. El “desayuno incluido” es muy limitado: una cápsula de café, una tostada, una pequeña muestra de jalea y chocolate, un croissant y una galleta. 6. El ascensor no es práctico si viajas con maletas. 7. El acceso es complicado: varias llaves que no funcionaron correctamente. Nunca nos dieron el código de entrada, lo obtuvimos gracias a otro huésped. 8. No hay microondas. Aunque hay cocina y lavadora, aparentemente no están disponibles para uso turístico (tuve que pedir permiso para usarlas). 9. Además del pago realizado, tuvimos que pagar €50 adicionales por impuestos de ciudad que no estaban claramente informados. En resumen, ha sido de las peores experiencias que he tenido en alojamientos. Definitivamente NO LO RECOMIENDO.

• Debie (7/5): ok. - The owner met us and guided us. We requested early check-in and change it eventually and he was very accommodating. There were light breakfast ready for grabs in the room. The accommodation has everything you needed. There were multiple keys you have to use to get into the room so I think it was really safe. It is near the Vatican and there were lots of shops around the area but it is not noisy inside the room when you close the window. Comfortable bed. Warm room. The location was not specific because it is inside the whole building but the owner waited for us and help us with our luggage. We noticed that hot water doesn't run for too long. You will be showering in cold water after 5 mins of using the hot water. The owner said they had check it and everything was fine but the next day, we tried using the shower again, same thing happens. Maybe hot water will only run for a specific amount of time then it will be cold water again. It is difficult especially when it is in winter time.

• Calabrese (5/5): Comodo per posizione, ma solo sufficiente in accessori e servizi - Posizione eccellente vicino al Vaticano alla metro ai punti di interesse Posizione eccellente e molto vantaggiosa, La struttura è di minima sufficienza, ci hanno dotato di un bagno strettissimo, senza un piano di appoggio per gli oggetti, non era fornito di portaspazzolini, siamo stati costretti a usare una tazza da te per riporre spazzolini e dentifrici, mancava una luce per la specchiera, solo una luce fioca sul soffitto, nel corredo del tovagliato da bagno, mancavano gli asciugamani per il viso, solo asciugamani per il dopo doccia, i cuscini erano sottili e molli, poco presentabili, comprese le federe che erano pulite, ma di pessima qualità, i materassi troppo molli e infossati per poter riposare, il televisore al plasma emanava più fruscii dell'audio normale, la colazione forniva brioschine da supermercato confezionate o bucaneve, nessuna possibilità per un cappuccino, ma solo te'. Dico io , ma con poco si poteva migliorare la vivibilità di quella stanza, bastava comprare 2 materassi nuovi con 2 cuscini di discreta qualità per poter assicurare un riposo dignitoso per chi viaggia e va a raggiungere Roma, il televisore magari comprato in un discount, ma che almeno si potesse ascoltare, un arredo bagno più confortevole con soluzioni per piccoli spazi, per non parlare delle ciabattine che mancavano, o altro.

El agua caliente era insuficiente y además hacía frío en el baño. Recomiendo informarse de si van a tener el baño en la habitación o por el contrario va a estar al exterior.

Le calme Ce n’est pas un hôtel mais 3 chambres dans un appartement. J’avais une sdb et des toilettes privatives mais n’étaient pas dans ma chambre. Je devais sortir et traverser un couloir pour accéder aux sanitaires…pas du tout confortable. Le petit dej se résume en une corbeille avec des biscottes , croissant industriel et confiture, Nutella, une capsule de Nespresso à utiliser dans une cuisine commune. (Voir photo)

Air con was good & tea & coffee making facilities were good. No where on any outside street door or internal doors did it say Sweetdreams Inn!! Very difficult to find! Having a separate bathroom across the corridor, albeit private. Shower was hand held with no curtain in bath & no bath plug! Breakfast was poor.

Apartament codziennie sprzątany. Kuchnia dobrze wyposażona. Codzienie w pokoju było zapewnione typowo włoskie śniadanie. Do stacji metra Ottaviano bardzo blisko. Polecam!

• Fabrizio (6/5): Pleasant - The location is perfect and the reception was friendly. There are sweets available in the room. You can make your own coffee and use the kitchen. But we also have to be honest: the hygiene leaves much to be desired and the room could use an overhaul. Furthermore, you can also hear the neighbors talking to each other which is not soothing.
