• Nigel (10/5): Perfect and very comfortable. - Superb staff attitude: I had to leave a day early to cope with a family emergency. They kindly halved the bill, but were not at all obliged to do so.
• Rune (7/5): Nice hotel and staff. Questionable fire escape arrangements. - The room was clean, modern and well equipped. Great hospitality and welcoming staff. The only thing I question is the lack of alternative fire escapes. In case of a fire the only (emergency) exit from the room is the stair you came up, which is a very narrow stair going from ground floor all the way to the upper rooms. That being said, I got the impression the hotel took fire protection serious - lots of fire extinguishers, detectors and signs in stairwell and room, and a 24hrs manned reception. The lack of an alternative fire escape is probably due to the design of these old houses more than anything else. But I am still surprised such an arrangement is allowed because the only escape from 3rd floor in case of a fire below is a jump out the window and hope someone catching you at street level.

• atsuko (10/5): ロンドンに来る際に常宿にしたいホテルです。 - ヒースロー空港からエリザベス・ラインで一本のパディントン駅から徒歩8分位にあります。　駅周辺の喧騒と一変した静かで瀟洒な住宅街にあり立地は最高です。　またレセプションやクリーニング担当の皆さんも大変感じが良く気持ち良く滞在出来ました。　お部屋は、ダブルベッドとシングルベッド備え付けの最上階の3人用部屋をいただきました。　大変静かで朝は小鳥の囀りさえ聞こえます。　部屋のキッチネットには、湯沸かし器や電子レンジ、冷蔵庫が備え付けてあり、大変助かりました。 エレベーターが2階までしかない為、最上階へは途中から一段と幅の狭くなっている階段をスーツケースを抱え登っていかなくてはいけません。　お年寄りや大きな荷物がある旅行者にはこのフロアはお勧めしません。

• Maqboola (4/5): It is not 4 stars hotel much less - The location The hotel location is safe, beautiful, and very close to the train station, which was very convenient. However, my experience at reception was disappointing. One older receptionist was not friendly and insisted on giving me either a basement room with a tiny window or a room after several flights of stairs with a long walk and a window covered with metal bars, which did not feel suitable or similar to the room shown on Booking.com. Another staff member tried to help, but he was interrupted. The only solution offered was to pay an extra £150 per night for an upgraded room. The situation was very upsetting, and if the payment had not already been fully charged, I would have left the hotel.

It was my sisters birthday and they had hung a poster and a badge which was a lovely touch! The location was class. Thanks for everything!

Wifi was not stable in the lower ground room I had. It would be nice not to have the one-use toiletries and more to a more sustainable refillable version. Reception area is a bit dowdy and does not reflect the quality of the rooms.

Malheureusement la chambre est très mal insonorisée et était située au sous-sol, on entendait tout ce qu’il se passait au-dessus de nous + le moindre bruit de porte de notre étage. Nous avons été constamment réveillés par tout type de bruits. Dommage, sinon ç’aurait été parfait mais là ça a un peu gâché notre séjour.

• Lou (9/5): Excellent séjour, je recommande cet hôtel - L’hôtel est super bien situé dans un quartier calme est très charmant. J’étais au tout dernier étage et ma chambre était niquel. Je recommande cet hôtel si vous souhaitez séjourné à Londres. C’est un léger détail mais qui dépend seulement de vos voisins de chambres. J’ai effectué 2 séjours dans l’hôtel. Le premier était très bruyant car mes voisins claquaient beaucoup les portes et parlaient fort mais le deuxième était très calme.

• David (10/5): Outstanding room, highly recommend. - The room was spacious, spotless and very practical. Absolutely perfect for a family of 4. The beds were super comfy and the king size bed was huge. Loved the kitchenette which made it easy to have breakfast in the morning in the apartment before heading out. The balcony was also a lovely bonus. As we had gorgeous weather throughout our stay we enjoyed a morning coffee on the balcony with a lovely view onto a little park. The proximity of Kensington gardens was fabulous too. Overall this was the perfect place for us for a short visit to London and we'll definitely book there again. Nothing not to like!

Reception staff very nice..especially Alex who made me tea before leaving the hotel :) I was on the very top floor. I didn't have much luggage so it was relatively fine. Even though there is a lift, one small part needed stair use. For someone carrying big suitcase it might be an inconvenience as the stairs are quite narrow.

• Daniel72 (8/5): Hotel in ruhiger Lage und doch Zentral. - Das Hotel lag in einer ruhigen Strasse direkt an einem kleinen Park. Ein kleiner Fussmarch, dann ist man direkt in Paddington oder Bayswater, wo Restaurant & Cafés sind. Die Zimmer liegen sehr auf unterschiedlichen Level. Man muss mit schweren Koffer teilweise die steile Treppe hochtragen. Ein Horror! Der Fahrstuhl hält teilweise nur an bestimmten Etagen.
