• Frank (10/5): Zentral und freundlich - Perfekte Lage: Ruhig, aber am Schnittpunkt mehrerer U-Bahn, Bus- und Tramlinien. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten um die Ecke, mehrere Restaurants und Bars. Das Viertel macht einen sicheren Eindruck. Das Personal ist aufmerksam und freundlich, vor allem der Service im Frühstücksraum. Die Reinigungskräfte sind sehr gewissenhaft, und es gibt gratis Kaffee, Tee, Croissants und Schokogebäck. Die Rezeption ist mehrsprachig. Sehr gutes Frühstück. Ein Wasserkocher im Zimmer wäre gut, außerdem irgendeine Art von Ablagemöglichkeit für Kleidung. Es gibt kein Fach, kein Board, keinen Schrank.
• Michal (10/5): - Cestovali jsme dva dospělí a dvouletý syn. Velmi jsme ocenili uspořádání pokoje a úložné prostory. Koupelna byla také velmi dobře uspořádaná. Skvělá byla blízkost stanice metra linky 1, kterou jsme se pohodlně dostali do centra. Velké díky patří i personálu. Při naší další cestě bychom se zde opět rádi ubytovali.

• Ulrike (9/5): Ein Kleinod… Ich freue mich auf mein 3. Mal🍀 - Ich war zum 2. Mal im Piapia und ich liebe es. Die Lage ist super, das Team super nett und die Zimmer und Frühstück herrlich. Dieses Mal habe ich die General Managerin Ouzena kennengelernt 🫶eine tolle Frau! Obwohl ich schon um 11 da war, durfte ich einchecken und bekam sogar ein Upgrade von Ouzena. Ich konnte meinen Kurztrip nach Paris dank Hotel Piapia und Ouzena voll genießen. Merci beaucoup y au revoir🫶 Alles perfekt

Pas forcément négatif mais dommage : pas de miroir dans la chambre; uniquement dans la salle de bain par contre pas de prise dans la salle de bain.

• Isabelle (10/5): Vraiment bien ! - L'hôtel est très joli, les chambres sont équipées,.la salle de bain et les produits de bain sont top, le personnel sympathique, enfin, j'ai tout aimé !
• Remi (9/5): Accueil chaleureux, petites attentions appréciées et emplacement idéal pour découvrir Paris. - Un accueil chaleureux, avec de petites attentions simples qui font vraiment plaisir. Un lieu familial, à quelques mètres du métro, idéal pour arpenter Paris efficacement le temps d’un long week-end. L’établissement est confortable et offre un excellent rapport qualité-prix. Je recommande pleinement cet hôtel et aurai grand plaisir à y revenir lors de prochaines escapades. La vue sur rue m’a semblé un peu bruyante, même si cela reste très personnel et que l’hôtel est situé dans une rue calme. Concernant le petit-déjeuner, il pourrait être intéressant de proposer une alternative végétarienne au jambon.

Thanks for helping me extend my stay by 3 days. One person at the hotel was upset that I booked the room on line. Even though I asked them if I could extend my stay when I checked in. They told me maybe. I also was annoyed that I arrived at 9:30 am in 5/7/2026 and was told I couldn't get a room til 3:00pm. As I sat in the lobby waiting 3 couples arrive at 12:30 pm and were given rooms immediately. When I asked the front desk why they were given a room without waiting I got a curt sharp answer that "their rooms were prepared " but not mine. Seems to me that since I arrived first my room should have been prepared first. It all worked out but the optics of the situation were bad. The room was too small. I had to leave the room when the cleaning team arrived. The room could not accommodate 2 people at once.

La literie a enfin était renouvelée alors bravo Le stationnement hors de prix devant l’hôtel… j’avais un Tucson hybrid de location pour un stationnement de 14 h à 20h —> 150€…. Résultat parking indigo à 900 m pour 34€/j

They told me they're fully booked and can't change my room. -When you shower, the whole bathroom get wet, because it doesn't have any kind of shower curtain or cabin. -At breakfast I found a hair strand in the yogurt bowl and told the lady there, instead of changing it, she mixed it to hide the hair.
• Felix (8/5): Das Hotel hat voll unseren Erwartungen entsprochen - Frühstück hatten wir nur am ersten Tag und das sehr gut inkl. Frühstückspeck und Rührei sowie frisches Obst und Erdbeeren. Wir hatte Zimmer 205 welches das Fenster zum Innenhof hat :-)
• Christoph M. (6/5): - Staff was very friendly, the room was clean. We were given a room that had an intense smell of paint. Even after opening the windows for a few hours, the smell didn’t disappear. The room was, in my view, uninhabitable. We asked for a new room. While the staff apologized for the issue and offered us a new room, they had to downgrade us because there was no other room available in our category. They did not reimburse us for the price difference. The new room was extremely tiny, and I’m not sure if it was supposed to be for two people. You couldn’t really open the luggage, you couldn’t fully close the bathroom door, and when I was standing in front of the sink, my left shoulder was touching the shower and my right shoulder the wall. Breakfast had very limited options.

• Karine (6/5): - L'endroit est calme. L'hotel est propre, le personnel accueillant, la décoration très récente et fonctionnelle. La literie n'est vraiment pas bonne. Le matelas était beaucoup trop mou et les oreillers trop volumineux et durs comme du béton. J'ai très mal dormi et suis repartie avec des douleurs lombaires et cervicales et le bras droit engourdi toute la journée... Avec 4 oreillers disponibles par lit, il serait judicieux de proposer différentes densités et épaisseurs. La climatisation ne devait pas fonctionner car j'ai eu 20 degrés toute la nuit donc trop chaud.

La literie était très confortable et le petit déjeuner est varié (fruits, yaourts, sucré, salé). Petit bémol pour l’isolation mais cela vient aussi du comportement de certains clients qui se pensent seuls..

• Morgane (8/5): hotel très cosy - Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cet hôtel. L’établissement est très cosy, élégant et surtout extrêmement propre. On sent qu’il y a une vraie volonté de moderniser les lieux et d’améliorer constamment l’hôtel, avec des travaux en cours qui montrent qu’ils y mettent du cœur et de l’investissement (la légère odeur de peinture en était d’ailleurs la preuve). Le personnel a été particulièrement gentil et attentionné. Un grand merci notamment au jeune homme à l’accueil qui a vraiment tout fait pour nous aider au mieux. Je sortais de l’hôpital et le premier lit était malheureusement trop petit pour ma situation, mais il a cherché des solutions avec beaucoup de bienveillance et nous avons finalement pu reprendre une chambre suplémentaire plus adaptée. Un hôtel agréable, humain et soigné, dans lequel on se sent bien. Si je devais relever un point négatif, ce serait surtout la taille de la chambre première gamme, qui est vraiment très petite. Le lit était également très étroit, au point que cela nous a obligés à reprendre une autre chambre car ce n’était pas possible dans ma situation. La pièce est assez exiguë et on se demande rapidement où poser ses valises. J’ai aussi trouvé que l’isolation pouvait être améliorée. Ma chambre donnait sur la rue et j’entendais beaucoup les bruits extérieurs, ainsi que les passages dans le couloir. Après, cela vient aussi malheureusement du comportement de certains clients qui oublient parfois qu’ils ne sont pas seuls dans un hôtel. Comme ma chambre semblait faire partie des plus anciennes, une meilleure isolation phonique serait sans doute un vrai plus.

• Piotr (10/5): Spędziliśmy w Paryżu 4 noce i będziemy bardzo miło wspominac pobyt w Pia Pia. - Codziennie bardzo dokładnie posprzątany pokój. Było mega przyjemnie wracac po całodziennym spacerowaniu do czystej pościeli. Hotel też jest bardzo cichy, a okna bardzo szczelne. Chyba jedynie brak VOD typu Netflix, Prime itp. Na telewizorze była wyłączona możliwośc używania tych aplikacji, więc polecam wziąc kabel HDMI (jeśli ktoś chce korzystac z telewizora w pokoju jako monitora do laptopa) albo zabrac ze sobą ChromeCast.
• Kuehl (8/5): - Bis auf die 2 unten angeführten Punkte sehr schöner Aufenthalt. Wir würden wieder kommen. Kein Schrankplatz bzw Schrank nur zum hängen von Mänteln/Jacken. Ansonsten keine Möglichkeit Dinge oder Kleidung zu verstauen. Dusche in der Badewanne ohne Duschalterung für Brause, so dass man keine 2. Hand frei hatte um seife Sus dem spender zu erhalten. Damit sehr umständliches/nerviges Duschen.

Gratis Kaffee finde ich mega👌 Die Nähe zu der Metrostation Linie 1 ist super👍 Vielen Dank wir kommen bestimmt wieder einmal😊 Das einzige was ich bemängeln würde ist, dass es keine Türe ins Bad gibt💁‍♀️ aber das ist jammern auf hohem Niveau!

We loved that there was access to coffee, water and croissants downstairs. Super clean and in a quiet area which helped the kids sleep. That we could not change the aircon temperature in our room. It was quite hot in the rooms

He was the best!! - It was a beautiful hotel, the room was very nice, comfortable bed, nice bathroom, liked the design as well and the hotel was very pretty in general - clean as well. The reception guy that we met the first day was super nice. He was very kind and helpful he helped us find good spots around the area for dinner and coffee, he was very polite as well and he also offered us free breakfast for one day. Even though we didn’t book the room with breakfast. That was very kind of him and it really made us happy. That’s the only reason that we would visit this hotel again. He was also very helpful with giving us directions with the metro etc and that left us a really good impression of him!! Congratulations!!! The most important think that we didn’t like it was the attitude of the woman in the reception. Even though her colleague offered us free breakfast for a day because he was just being polite, when we told her that, she was rude and made it seem like we were lying…We asked her to call her colleague who didn’t work that day and she was making rude expressions and giving us attitude like “you’re not able to do that” and “who said you’re allowed to do that, that’s so weird” and “idk who told u that”. When u work at a hotel u need to make the clients feel welcomed and that wasn’t the case at all. When we explained that the other reception guy told us that,and we wouldn’t lie about it, she was rude and kinda ironically speaking to us and made us feel really bad because we would never lie about sth like that. It really made us feel uncomfortable because we were polite to her. Other than that, the sink was kinda clogged so we couldn’t use it much, and there is no small fridge in the room so we couldn’t keep any cold water or anything that needs fridge in the room.
