Room was clean except the carpet had a lot of stains. We only had a sheet on our bed. We could have used a blanket to sleep under. We ended up wearing socks, pants and sweatshirts to stay warm.

El ruido de la calle, debajo de cama había pelusas que creo que vivía gente allí y que el jabón de la ducha el primer día ni había. Para subir a las habitaciones siempre había escaleras o un ascensor que tardaba mucho.

• Gerry (8/5): Central located for all tourist attractions great base to come home to at the end of a busy day. - The hotel staff especially the receptionist Edouardo were always willing to go the extra mile. We were upgraded to a better room. The cleanliness was great with room serviced daily. I was especially touched when they gifted me a birthday bottle of Prosecco, a nice touch. Room had a fridge and large screen TV. Shower separate from the toilet area. The building has character with a viewing area of the Trevi fountain which is naturally busy as tourists can pay for a drink and nibbles and access to the viewing area. Centrally located 16 minutes stroll to forum and colloseum. 10 minutes to the pantheon and Spanish Steps close by. There was a peculiar set up with lift which stopped on the half floors for each of the three floors starting half floor up. Quirky but we got used to it. There is no breakfast served but the street outside is awash with restaurants, gelato sellers, pastry sellers and snack bars. Check prices as hot drinks are not included in breakfasts so costs add up but expect that near to major attractions in Rome. Check nearby back streets for more sensibly priced restaurants.

A special thanks to Roxana who assisted us so well, even when we had to make changes to our booking due to a delayed flight. We chose to get engaged at the Trevi Fountain and this hotel was really convenient. Roxana was so friendly and helpful. She made us feel so special by making sure we had a great room. I would recommend this hotel for anyone planning to have a special stay.
• ANJUGOELA (10/5): Heart of Rome! - I stayed 4 nights at this property, and had an overall good experience. Pros: - Location: Right next to Trevi Fountain, and walking distance from all major sights (except maybe the Vatican) - Convenient: Lots of bars, cafes, and restaurants around the hotel, open till late during the season - Lively: It is very lively till late. A great place to hang out - Hotel: We had a comfortable and fairly spacious room (given its location) on the first floor. The person at the reception was very polite and helpful. They did give us drinking water in the room, which I truly appreciate, along with a coffee machine. They provided us with an iron and ironing board on request. Cons: - Noisy: The Trevi Fountain gets busy from early morning till late night, and it tends to get quite noisy (but we did not really mind it) - Hotel: If you are on the first floor you need to climb a short flight of steps. There is no elevator. To reach the elevator you need to climb a bit. Not a problem for us, but, if you have accessibility issues, it may not work for you. They did help us take our baggage up. Also, though the room was decent, the bathroom was really tiny. - View: Though next to Trevi, the rooms do not have a view of the Trevi Fountain Would love to return to this property

The bo day didn’t work and it literally wasn’t like the picture the view of the room and the fountain there was no deadbolt or a lock to the door. The bathroom fan was obnoxiously loud and I wouldn’t stay there again, but the staff was very friendly.

• Michelle (5/5): It was Okay. We needed a room and they had one. - It’s right in the middle of everything. Had rooms available last minute as another place didn’t give us the room we reserved. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Tiny shower with almost no hot water. I literally couldn’t turn around. First and second day the water was at least warm enough to get in (back and forth warm to ice cold). On the third day it never got warm enough to think about getting in.

• Yvonne (10/5): Exceptional service and stay - Perfect location, excellent staff. Very safe and friendly. Beautiful room. Considering the noise for outside the room was incredible quite. The Shower was a bit small for me. But water pressure was amazing and could have done with a seat because of my knee replacement. Taxi couldn’t get down the street because of small alley roads, restaurants dining outside and parking was incredibly concerning.

The family room had a separate area for each bed which was good and everything was comfortable and nicely decorated. There are lots of nearby restaurants but it was quiet at night. It was relatively expensive for a room only without breakfast or any other hotel facilities included. We didn’t get the chance to visit the rooftop bar as we had the kids with us. I would not recommend getting a taxi to the door as area is very pedestrianised and busy with people but instead ask to be dropped off nearby. There are some stairs up to the elevator but all good after that.

• Halil İbrahim (10/5): Einfach nur GENIAL - Die Lage ist einfach nur genial. Man kann zu Fuss überall hingehen. Frühstück haben wir nicht gebucht, aber es war generell sehr sauber. Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Empfehlenswert! Bin mit meinem Auto hin, jedoch gibt es keine Parkplätze. In der nähe haben wir einen Parkplatz gefunden, aber für 24 std musste man mehr als 80€ zahlen.

The room was bigger than expected and was everything we needed (also we were out all day so we did not really use the room). The staff were so helpful and it was great being able to leave our bags at the hotel for a few hours on our check-out day before we headed to the airport. We would definitely stay again on our next visit! -

• Gaia (10/5): Un soggiorno che rifarei senza esitazione! - Ho soggiornato in questo hotel a Roma ed è stata un’esperienza semplicemente fantastica! La posizione è davvero impagabile: si trova praticamente davanti alla Fontana di Trevi (dal rooftop si riesce addirittura a vederla), il che significa poter uscire e trovarsi immediatamente immersi nella magia del centro storico. La mattina presto e la sera tardi, quando la piazza è più tranquilla, l’atmosfera è davvero emozionante e unica. Le camere sono eleganti, curate nei minimi dettagli. Il letto era comodissimo e l’insonorizzazione sorprendentemente efficace, considerando la posizione così centrale. Il personale è stato impeccabile: sempre sorridente, disponibile e pronto a offrire consigli preziosi su ristoranti e attrazioni nei dintorni (un saluto speciale a Mauro, davvero gentilissimo!). Un soggiorno che rifarei senza esitazione!

Su ubicación cercana a varios sitios de comida y souvenir genial casco central bien ubicado para visitas caminando. No tenía vista a ninguna parte. Falta un poco más de luz en la habitación y faltó un espejo fuera del baño.La cama estuvo un poco incómoda.
