Hergün yataklar toplanıyor, havlular değişiyor. Resepsiyonda hiç sorun yaşamadık. İlgili insanlar. Odadaki Mini buzdolabı çok işimize yaradı. Güvenlik anlamında bina kapısı kod veya anahtarla açılıyor, üçüncü kata geldiğinizide tekrar bir kapıyı anahtarla açıyorsunuz. Sonra da odanızı ayrı bir anahtarla açıyorsunuz. Duş biraz eskiydi ve suyun tazyiki azdı ama çok problem olmadı. Camlar eski usul olduğu için açığ kapaymak biraz zordu ama alıştık.

- ömür (5/5): the overall experience was a bit uncomfortable. - The location is good, walkable the overall experience was a bit uncomfortable. The staff seemed quite tense. I requested a 30-minute late check-out, which was approved; however, when I left just one minute past that, a staff member was already at my door pointing to his watch. It felt unnecessarily pressuring. Additionally, although I don’t speak Italian, it sounded like staff were arguing loudly early in the morning right outside my room, which was quite disruptive. Overall, I wouldn’t choose to stay here again.

It’s perfectly located, really close to the centre and everything is within easy walking distance, which made exploring so convenient. Fabio, our host, was wonderful and looked after us perfectly throughout our stay; he was friendly, helpful and made sure we had everything we needed. The place itself was clean, comfortable and had all the amenities we could ask for. We’d highly recommend staying here and would love to come back again! Nothing.

Vicina alla stazione ma non quanto evidenziato. Tra gli asciugamani ne manca per il bidet . Manca completamente la colazione per cui è più un camera in affitto che un bed & breakfast.

L’appartamento si trova al primo piano di un condominio, ma nonostante ciò è molto tranquillo e ideale per chi cerca relax dopo una giornata in città. Consigliato!

At 23 roughly there was a check-in, and unfortunately it was very loud in our room (could hear pretty much everything). And also it was very very hot in the room, and the sleep was a bit affected.

Ci siamo trovati benissimo con lo staff che è sempre molto disponibile e gentile per qualunque esigenza. Purtroppo uno dei letti non era molto comodo, ma sicuramente è stato solo un caso. Ad ogni modo il personale è molto gentile e sempre a disposizione per qualsiasi esigenza

- Giorgia (10/5): Piacevole soggiorno - Assolutamente tutto positivo. Struttura dotata di tutto il necessario per rendere il soggiorno piacevole. Posizione comoda per via della vicinanza alla stazione e al collegamento con il centro, Il caro Fabrizio sempre disponibile e cordiale.

- Stang (8/5): Un lugar cómodo, a buen precio, cercano al centro histórico y la estación de tren - La relación precio calidad es muy buena. La habitación que ocupamos era muy cómoda. El lugar está a 10 minutos caminando de la estación de tren de la ciudad, y a unos 15 minutos del centro histórico. Fabrizio estuvo atento a todas nuestras consultas. El período en el que fuimos no había servicio de desayuno, pero teníamos hervidor eléctrico en la habitación, y lo necesario para un café o un té con galletas, además de que habia lugares cercanos para desayunar.

A pochi passi passa il tram che si dirige verso il centro. il B&B si articola in due livelli con quello al terzo piano recentemente ristrutturato e che è dotato di un'area per la colazione. La camera utilizzata era su tre ambienti, tra cui un comodo cucinino. Servizi ottimi. Accoglienza disponibile e cordiale. Costo del soggiorno molto interessante

- Yousef (6/5): It was ok - The location is good. The staff was nice. It has hot water for showering. The apartment had no insulation, so it was very cold, even the bed is so cold that you need to tuck yourself in for 30 minutes just to get warm. Sometimes the workers talk early in the morning on even before sunrise while I'm asleep which can get annoying. The apartment is old with old bathroom and decorations.

- Daniela (10/5): Struttura pulitissima e tranquilla - Struttura molto pulita e accogliente, a pochi minuti dalla stazione di S. Maria Novella. L'ideale per chi arriva a Firenze in treno. La zona è molto tranquilla e le camere ben insonorizzate: ci siamo accorti della presenza di altri ospiti solo perché abbiamo incrociato qualcuno che entrava o usciva dalle camere. Letto comodissimo e ambienti pulitissimi Nulla da segnalare
