• Mateusz Bartosz (10/5): Dear hotel staff, I'll be back! Thank you for everything! - The accommodation is among the best I've had in Turkey. My room was always clean, and the atmosphere and the staff were more than pleasant. As a solo traveler, I recommend this accommodation to everyone. Some people complain about the noise level: I, on the other hand, say that if you're looking for quiet at night, the Old Town isn't for you! Earplugs solve the problem.
• Semina (7/5): Warm, cosy and welcoming - Mustafa and zaynab are excellent hosts. The pool is clean and lovely to swim in. The breakfast was hot and delicious especially liked the omelettes and juice. Mustafa helped me when my son sprained his ankle by providing cold compress and healing ointment which was much appreciated No reflection to the hotel but the area is noisy at night so if you have small children please be aware

• Elena (10/5): - Мне было очень хорошо и уютно в отеле. Очень симпатично, душевно, аутентичный дизайн, хорошее расположение. Все рядом. Пляж, магазины, рестораны. Две чудесные террасы, на 3м этаже с открытой кухней и моя любимая, видовая- на 4 этаже, немецком 3-м. Очень вкусные завтраки, всегда горячий омлет, или разные его турецкие вариации, менеме, например...- сочетание еыропейского и турецкой кухни. Апельсиновый фреш-сок. Даже гречка с овощами. Первые дни я выходила поздно на завтрак, меня дожидались - так приятно. Но самое главное - очень внимательное, заботливое, душевное отношение к гостям. Просто клиеториентированность, возведенная в абсолют. Управляющий Мустафа и Зейнаб меня просто окутали такой заботой, что я не могла поставить меньше 10. Все просьбы удовлетворялись моментально, с сердцем. Попросила доп.столик в номер, - принесли через минуту, большая подушка - принесли тут же поменьше, спросила по хамаму, - предложили отвезти в хороший местный. Заботливость во всем, на упреждение. Я долго работала в первой половине дня на террасе, меня там постоянно баловали тем, что приносили туда чай, сок, национьные сладости... Короче, не дай бог похудеть... Для пляжа - есть специальные полотенца. До заезда я попросила заранее номер, где было бы тихо утром. Там было шумно вечером, сказывается центральность отеля, но слава богу - действительно очень тихо утром. И очень было чисто. Убирались каждый день. 1.Номер был очень маленький. Наверно метров 10. Они, правда, были готовы предложить номер побольше, но с окнами на улицу, где утром шумнее. Я отказалась. 2.Соединенное пространство для душа, поэтому весь пол и унитаз были в каплях. Но я попросила второе полотенце-коврик и тоже его сразу же принесли, - и решила тем самым эту проблему . 3.Шумно вечером, часто до полуночи. Но в этот период мне было не критично. Мне было главное, чтобы сутра было тихо Ну и мечеть тоже слышно утром. Но это не сильно мешало, как ни странно. Короче - это центр. Плюсы перевесили все это с лихвой.

Fantastic homemade breakfast, complimentary water and coffee throughout my stay. Room cleaned every day to high standard. Lovely staff, I extended my stay because everything was perfect. • Nikhila (10/5): - The location is right in the heart of old town Antalya, a 5 min walk to the beach. The hotel was very clean, including our room and the pool. The staff was incredibly kind and wonderful. Wifi is not available in the room, but good downstairs, in the common areas.

• Axenow (9/5): We had a very time in the hotel and returns again - The owner and the staff are the best. During the vacation, we had a birthday and they made a cake for us from chocolate, it was so sweet and nice. They also do everything to make your vacation and time in the hotel as good as possible. The hotel is in the centre of Antalya, very close to the beach. As it's the centre of Antalya, you should expect that it can be loud in the evening and a night. If you want a quiet vacation, I wouldn't recommend the hotel. But if you want to have fun, this hotel has a great location. You also need to be careful as the Internet is available only the public area and doesn't work always in rooms.

Et fan sentir com a casa sense ser per a res invasius. La casa és preciosa, la ubicació és perfecta, la piscina no és molt gran però si molt còmoda i agradable...Sens dubte és un hotel per recomanar i per tornar-hi. No destacaria res en especial perquè hi hem estat de meravella, en tot cas comentar que les habitacions son senzilles i sense luxes, però còmodes.

Utroligt søde, opmærksomme og servicemindede personaler. Poolen ikke stor men lækker og forfriskende. Forekommer ret slidt - også holdt op mod prisen for opholdet. Til at leve med, men kunne med fordel opgradere på sengenes niveau/komfort.

• Charifa (8/5): Staff and the environment in which they made made this a refreshing and enjoyable experience - This was a truly memorable experience. The staff were extremely helpful providing breakfast every morning and always available if in need of assistance. We had a 2 bedroom flat and the hotel and apartment was really clean. We spent a lot of our time in the swimming pool and in the terrance and occasionally the lady would prepare a snack like fruits and popcorn to enjoy by the pool The pool was pretty small but this ment we had to pool to ourselves most of the time which made it an even better experience

The location is perfect, right in the heart of the Old Town.Special thanks to Zeynep – so kind and caring. Her warmth made mornings extra pleasant, especially with the delicious breakfasts that kept me full all day. Mustafa was incredibly polite and generous – even waved off the bar bill at the end. The terrace was lovely, and everything I needed was close by. I truly recommend this hotel and would love to return.

• Rachael (9/5): Lovely! - We had a lovely stay at Hotel Frankfurt in the heart of the Old Town. Family run business with a delicious breakfast provided. Daily cleaning and hospitable hosts who checked in on us and even gave us watermelon by the pool. The facilities are nice, a pool, terrace, common spaces to sit, a shared fridge etc. The rooms were basic but had what we needed and were clean. The only downfall is that despite the nice location in the heart of the old town, it is extremely loud. Through til early hours of the morning there is live music from the restaurant downstairs, loud crowds and a mosque with long and loud prayer calls which woke us up at 4am daily. Don’t forget your earplugs!

• Jasen (5/5): Felt like a BnB. No modern amenities in the room. - The property was more of a BnB. The proprietors were very friendly & accommodating. The breakfast was plentiful & included a variety of items. There was no TV or WiFi in the rooms. I would also clarify how many parking spaces they have. I only saw 1 (fortunately I was the only one to have a car).

• Miguel (9/5): Superb - Absolutely gorgeous building with plants everywhere, the amount of plants here acts almost like a mild air conditioner and the air in the terrace is noticeably cooler than outside. The rooms are clean and organized in a good way with everything in exactly the right spot. Shower kinda lacked pressure but that's not really a downside. The location was in a good part of the city and everything was a 10min walk away. 150 for a single queen sized bed is kinda steep but I understand due to the building and location.

The location is right in the old town with plenty of bars and restaurants on your doorstep. Transport links to the rest of Antalya are within a 10 minute walk. • Johan (8/5): - Het personeel is echt super. Altijd bereid om te helpen en advies te geven. Het ontbijt is goed en het hotel wordt elke ochtend grondig gekuist. Het hotel heeft een leuk zwembad en ligt in het centrum, vlakbij de haven.De budget kamers zijn basic, niet veel meer dan een bed en kleine douche met nauwelijks water. Vraag naar een kamer aan het zwembad. Aan de straatkant is er s nachts lawaai van het café aan de overkant van de straat.

The hotel is remarkably clean and has everything you need - even a pristine pool and a lovely balcony. The room rates are exceptionally priced. The staff who work at the hotel are very kind and generous. The hotel is located in a perfect place in Old Town within walking distance of everything you need. I even booked another night because I enjoyed my stay so much.

• P.c. (9/5): Good guesthouse in the heart of the historical district - This guesthouse is very well located right in the middle of the historical district. The staff are very helpful and responsive. The upstairs terrace is a nice place to hang out, and having free water, tea and coffee is very good. The bathroom in the room is very small and there is no separation between the shower and toilet areas. There is no wifi in the rooms though it works very well in the public areas.

As located in the touristy old centre, the hotel is surrounded by bars, so it was very noisy into the early hours (not a complaint, just an observation). Parking near the hotel is very limited as very narrow roads full of restaurant tables (a reality, not a complaint)

• Greta (9/5): Fantastic location, roomy & clean hotel with a pool. - The location was perfect, located in the old town of Antalya and quite close to Memerli Plaji. Shops, restaurants and ancient sites all with in a short walk. The room was good size for 3 people. Liked the hotel terrace. The pool was smaller in size, but was satisfying and didn't have early closing times like some of the other places we stayed. Free parking- the hotel offers free parking, but we found parking on the streets as well, that was free and easy. The bathroom was small. One of the smallest of the 5 places we stayed. Before going I read some reviews about the owner or manager, being unfriendly so I was a bit concerned. True, he isn't a jovial type, but he was attentive to our needs. I think maybe it is more of a language barrier,German may be his first language. If driving, it is difficult to drive into this old town on Friday and Saturday nights. It is very busy, the old town is gated off so it becomes a traffic jam trying to get it in.

• Poonam (8/5): Excellent Hotel and very friendly owners - Excellent location, good ambience, free unlimited coffee, lovely breakfast, AC and the owner was very kind and gem of a person. He gave good inputs on how to book tours and plan the travel and the best part was he spoke to one of the local Turkish Hamam baths for us in the local language and managed to get us a good deal for almost half the price and helped save us lots of money! Nothing as such really there was loud music from nearby restaurants late night but I guess at tourist locations we can't avoid such things.

• Nora (10/5): perfect hotel to enjoy Antalya city centre - Old, but high quality furniture; so nice people there (especially the kitchen- fairy); perfect clean, great pool, a small but very good breakfast ( the best fruits within 4 weeks, a good coffee), super close to the beach (you must pay for the beach, 140TL each person from 6 years)
• Anna (10/5): Love this hotel. - Perfect breakfast. A lot of fruit. Fresh orange juice, perfect coffee. All is fresh and best quality. Cleaning every day. All is spotless. Very helpful staff. Location is great. 5 minutes walk to the beach.
• Yogesh (10/5): Beautiful place, courteous hosts, convenient place, and comfortable stay - The place was beautiful and serene. I really liked the hosts - they were very warm and courteous. The location was fantastic too and convenient for walking to some of the better places in Kaleici. The room, and breakfast were very good. The wifi was not accessible everywhere within the property. I could use it in the terrace and the breakfast place, but the reception was quite poor in the room.

My mom has been lived in this hotel for a week and the attention and friendly attitude of Mustafa were outstanding! He is the "soul" and kind heart of this place who can answer all your questions and assist you solving your problems! He even "saved" my mom when we couldn't send her money (course Western Union didn't work during Turkish holidays)- I was impressed by his help! Highly recommend this hotel to everyone who values the atmosphere of comfort and relax. Hope to visit it myself!

Also, I don’t mind a joined toilet/ shower area. Reminded me of being on a boat.

Breakfast: we got stale ayran (fortunately I tried it first and didn't give it to my child!!). Same with bread- we got stale one. Room was not quiet- noise from the street can be heard through the leaky windows. And rooms are quite expensive- not so good value for money

Super friendly and helpful staff, peaceful environment in a great location. - the location is fantastic and Mustafa and all the staff are lovely, and couldn’t be more helpful. Nothing to dislike really. the rooms are basic but comfortable. Rooms at the front may be a little noisier at night but nothing to worry about.

• Penny (3/5): Loved the building and the location but won’t be going back. - The actual building itself was lovely, old and full of character. The location was great. Although I was expecting a single bed, my bed was 3ft. wide and far to firm. The toilet was IN THE SHOWER! I arranged to be collected from the airport, and kept the manager informed by phone about the slight delay of my plane, but he didn’t come!

Breakfast is very good and is all fresh lots of choices The terrace is a great place to sit in the evening and they have a lovely pool area with some loungers Its a total gem

• Sweta (8/5): Beautiful - Centrally located with all the Restaurants and bars within vicinity. the beach is also a few minutes walking distance. We were on the top most floor and there was elevator.
• Nuno (10/5): Perfect stay!!! - It was a 5* stay. Since the good location to the cleanest and breakfast. To add this, the onwer stay find me a new fligth due my fligth cancelled. I recomend this stay principaly because the staff loves to receive tourist not only for the money reasons, but why they loves what they do !!! Only 1 apointment: the shower have to be changed.
• Gary (8/5): Location good for shopping and have a night life. - •Location is at the center of Antalya. Surrounding has many nice restuarants and a walking distance to the city center (with many shopping and eateries). Bonus : If you are an antique collector, there are a number of antique souvenirs shops around the hotel area (with a affordable and reasonable price). •The staff manager is super helpful, and tries his best to help you out without any hesitation. •If you are coming to the hotel through driving, it can be quite a challenge as the roads are narrow and crappy. Do ensure to ask the hotel provide parking spaces for you, if not, it can be quite inconvenient to park your car. •If you are a light and early sleeper, it can be quite noisy till late at night as there are many pubs directly below the hotel.

Bathroom was tiny, a bit uncomfortable to have shower. WiFi wasn’t good in the room, have to go to the terrace for it. Would be nice to have more options for breakfast or Turkish breakfast which is exceptional but in general it was ok.
