• Linda (9/5): - Das Hotel überzeugt durch seine extrem gute Lage direkt an der Metro, wobei ich nach Le Marais auch zu Fuß gegangen bin. Der Herr an der Rezeption war unglaublich freundlich und hilfsbereit und hat sich bei der Anreise extra Zeit genommen und mir auf dem Stadtplan die schönsten Wege und Straßen mit guten Restaurants einzuzeichnen. Die Freundlichkeit war wirklich herausragend, weshalb ich gerne wiederkomme. Mein Zimmer war schon recht renovierungsbedürftig, aber trotzdem sauber und bei all den positiven Punkten war mir das egal. Preis-Leistungsvehältnis hervorragend.

• Aldo (9/5): Friendly staff, clean, good rate and location. - The man at the check-in was super friendly and gave me a lot of advices and information about the city as it was my first time in Paris, we had a pleasant conversation. Another staff member was really nice too, saw me with bread and offered me to take a plate and knife from the common area to my room (to me, it showed proactivity and genuine interest). Location is really good for the rate I got. Though I did plan to walk a lot, it is not necessarily so close in walking distance to the main Paris attractions like Eiffel Tower or D’Orsay museum (1 hour per way approximately) but easily accessible through the subway. My room was 54 and it had a window with street view, which I enjoyed a lot as it was on the top floor. You have to return the room key to the front desk if you are exiting the building, which to be honest is very unpractical. I do imagine it has to do with past guest experiences of room misuse which I do comprehend if that is the case. The room next to me were chatting loud until 2 am 1 night in a weekday, so it depends on you neighbor’s manners if you will have a good night sleep or not.

• Demet (7/5): Für einen Kurztrip vollkommen ausreichend - Die Lage, eigene Parkmöglichkeiten (gegen Gebühr, etwas eng), das Team war super nett und hilfreich. Das Frühstück ist vollkommen ausreichend und sehr preiswert. Ein Kaffe geht morgens auf Haus ❤️ Die Räume sind etwas eng, jedoch ist das vermutlich „normal“ in Paris. Zimmer sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen.

• NATHALIE (5/5): Correct pour une nuit - Une personne d'accueil sur 3 a été particulièrement agréable et aidante. L'emplacement était idéal pour ma formation à 3 rues. Vaste choix au petit-déjeuner. Les fissures du mur de la chambre et le sol qui collait et gardait les traces des chaussures comme celles de la serpillère passée. L'accès wifi trop compliqué démotivant et laissant craindre du piratage. Le manque d'un petit déjeuner international et de fruits frais (régime particulier demandant œufs et jambon impossible à tenir) mais il y avait quand même du choix. Le fait de ne pas pouvoir avoir la facture correspondant au montant débité (obligation de justifier en comptabilité publique) : pb de passer par Booking.

• blandine (8/5): - Petit hôtel très bien placé, bon rapport qualité/prix: je suis venue uniquement pour dormir et même si la chambre donnait sur le boulevard, avec des boules quies on dort très bien! d'autant plus que j'avais une chambre au dernier étage donc pas de bruits provenant des autres chambres ou de l'étage supérieur. Gros avantage: un gardien est là jour et nuit et le personnel est très gentil. Rien à dire, cela correspondait à mes besoins: une chambre simple, propre et bien placée à un tarif correct!

There are just a few issues I need to carry my luggage up to my room which is on the 3rd floor, there is no lift available the time I stayed but the receptionist apologised and upgraded my room instead.

• Walter (10/5): Soggiorno magnifico in una posizione speciale! - Posizione eccezionale, quartiere tranquillissimo e pieno di locali a prezzi più decenti rispetto alla media. A piedi si arriva tranquillamente a Notre Dame 30min, percorrendo una piacevole passeggiata nel Marais. Raggiungibile anche Galleria La Fayette a 20min. Staff magnifico, Faruk ed il proprietario persone stupende ci hanno deliziato con tante informazioni che hanno arricchito il nostro soggiorno. Colazione ottima!! Nulla, dovessi ritornare a Parigi sarà il mio riferimento!

The hotel is really cute, the rooms are on the smaller side but good for the price! All of the stuff in our bathroom worked fine and the room was clean!

The steps until reception (the reception is on the first floor), but from there to the others floors are an elevator. The hotel is a little outdated. The room feels a little small.

• Leah (7/5): The stay was good, location excellent - Very clean and comfortable. No elevator, or anyone to help you with your bags and suitcases.
• Maria Edelweiss (6/5): Buono per un breve soggiorno o per giovani studenti - la stanza si presenta comoda e spaziosa il giusto per un soggiorno breve. In reception il personale è stato gentilissimo e molto disponibile. Questa struttura è un buon compromesso per chi vuole risparmiare e stare comodi e collegati col centro (c'è la fermata della metro vicinissima). Rispetto alle foto ovviamente la camera risulta meno bella e meno spaziosa dal vivo, ma comunque pulita. Inoltre la doccia a filo pavimento è stata un po' scomoda, perchè il bagno finiva per allagarsi se non si prendevano determinate accortezze. Consiglio di portare un paio di infradito in valigia!

My room was perfect (for me, anyway) and well maintained. Also the bathroom was larger and nicer than I expected honestly. Not too many issues! It was small, which I expected given it being located in central Paris. A bit difficult to get to my top floor room, which wasn't an issue for me but could potentially pose difficulties for people with mobility problems.
