• Andrea (9/5): Comodidad y discreción en Roma - La cama y almhoadas super comodas, despues de estar un dia entero caminando por Roma se agradece esa comodidad. Esta muy bien aislado, y cumple con las necesidades basicas para pasar un fin de semana en la ciudad, incluso más, ya que dispones de una cocina por si te apetece cocinar algo. Todo estaba genial.

• Ricardo (9/5): stayed 3 night everything was perfect - Location is great! Staff is great! Shower is nice and hot, bed is comfortable. TV, hair dryer, wardrobe. all good. There is a kitchen with teas and coffee. Cleaning is everyday. Excellent value for money! There is a stove and an oven but only one small pot for boiling like a couple of eggs. No utensils, no frying pans, etc. There are plenty of restaurants and cafes around of course but If you are on a budget or a special diet and plan to cook - choose another location.

• Shi Yu (9/5): - Host was friendly and very accommodating and allowed us to reach earlier than check-in time to leave our luggage and show us around the apartment. He recommended food and places to go around our accommodation and around Rome as well. Apartment was clean and comfortable. The location was convenient, near to metro and walkable to the Colosseum. Lots of food options and supermarkets nearby as well. Highly recommended! Small issue but housekeeper unlocked the room door and walked into us when we were in the room in the late afternoon
• Ceri (8/5): Perfect for a Rome city break - The proximity to Rome was fantastic, easy walking distance to all the sights and close to Termini station The bed was very comfortable Marilena was great - really informative about the local area and facilitated our unexpected late check in without question The communal area was great for making a coffee in the mornings The shower was very small There was a lot of noise late into the night and early in the morning (expected for the location) There were homeless people sleeping outside the front door

• Aletta Petra (9/5): Everything is okey! - Good location, cleanliness, room with balcony had a real Italian atmosphere. The kitchen had everything: coffee, tea, sugar, water, well equipped. Very helpful at the reception. There was also an elevator. I really liked the view from the balcony. 2 minutes to the metro, Termini is also close, it seemed like a safe area to us. If we were to go back, we would book the same place again.

• Zena (10/5): I had an enjoyable stay and will come again - There is a little kitchen to use for light meals fitted with a stove, fridge, microwave, coffee machine. The place is central, within walking distance of all the major attractions. The metro is close buy for faster travel. All in all, the accommodation suited our needs. The room was comfortable and clean.

Όσο για την περιοχή που μπορεί να διαβάσετε σε άλλα σχόλια, δεν θα έλεγα ότι θα αποτελούσε λόγο να απορρίψετε το κατάλυμα. Έχει στα 3-4 λεπτά στάση μετρό και αρκετά λεωφορεία. Η οικοδέσποινα επίσης εξαιρετική.

• Maria (10/5): - В паре минут от метро, рядом парк, вокзал в 10 мин ходьбы, Колизей 15 мин. Также нет проблем найти кафе и пиццерии рядом с домом, минимаркеты. Номер просторный, кухня общая, уборка каждый день, за что спасибо. На оборудованной кухне только одна кастрюля, что-то приготовить самостоятельно не выйдет, но это не такая уж и проблема, учитывая что рядом много мест, где можно перекусить. До ночи в парке шумно, но это ожидаемо, так как объект находится в центральной зоне города. В целом, очень понравилось.

• lorena (9/5): Accueillant - La dame qui nous a accueilli est très gentille, elles nous a donné pleins de restaurants et d'endroit où aller. La chambre est super. On est a 30min du centre à pied donc c'est sympas et y'a un glacier trop bon en bas de l'hôtel !

• Iuliia (10/5): Lovely stay in Rome - A very nice stay in Rome. The place is cozy with a nice view. The area is ok. It’s not too far from the main attractions, it’s easy to get almost everywhere on foot. And the hostess is very sweet, gave us some advice on sightseeing and good restaurants nearby. It would be great to have a washing machine in there.
• João (10/5): Close to the metro and train stations - We stayed for 3 nights and we loved it. Marinela was really lovely for letting us put our belongings before the room was ready and give us a map of Rome with all the best attractions. The stay is super close to the metro station Vittorio Emanuele and is a 5 min walk to Terminii. Highly recommend.

• Ward (7/5): Good - Marilena was very welcoming and gave us a lot of tips regarding restaurants, breakfast bars, sight seeing, walking routes and public transportation. Location was good overall and there was a metro station close by. We could even check-in early on the day of arrival and leave our luggage in the apartment on the day of departure. The beds were a bit hard and pillows too flat to our liking. We've had only one pillow per person as well. In the 2-person room the bathroom had a slide door so it wouldn't close off fully. Shower was a bit small and had a shower curtain.

The room was spacious, cozy, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. A special thanks to the host — she was incredibly kind, helpful, and attentive. She explained everything in detail, gave great recommendations on what to see and where to eat. The view from the window was absolutely stunning! Thank you for the warm hospitality! A small suggestion for improvement: an extra socket or a power strip near the bed would be really helpful for travelers with multiple devices — we had to take turns charging our phones.

• Isidora (9/5): We have great time in Rome! - We been in Rome for our anniversary with the dog, the apartment and concept is very modern, the bed is very comfortable and so the pillows. It was very clean ln and comfy! Chek in was very late, we aks if we can leave just the bags and we couldn’t. On the site it says dogs are free of for change but in reality we have to pay. Although we show the woman that on the site it says differently. The location in this area is not suitable for family and children bc the araps are all over. We have one man sleeping on the streets in front of our building.

The room was nice and quite, really good if travelling on a budget. The bathroom was clean and someone made our bed. There was a kitchen, but we did not use it. The area is not the nicest in Rome, but it is really central.

• Big (10/5): Exceptional - Mr. Frills is awesome. The location is excellent, being only a minute to a metro, and there are so many nice restaurants and bars just minutes away. The apartment is situated on the second floor, and has elevator access. Our host was wonderful, and very welcoming. The apartment is very clean, and has a very nicely equipped little kitchen. Our room had a balcony overlooking the park, and the bed and pillows were very comfortable. There was enough closet space to hang and store clothes for two, and the room and apartment is also very quiet. The council has definitely cleaned up the neighbourhood as well. We stayed three nights, and wre very comfortable. We would definitely come back to stay again. The shower only has a shower curtain, so you have to aim the showerhead towards the wall, otherwise the entire floor in the bathroom will need to be mopped. The shower floor is a bit slippery as well, but the pressure is good. You'll still have a good shower, just be mindful of the floor.
