• tezeta (8/5): B and B Rosmini great choice - This was a very clean and quiet place in an excellent location very close to transportation, within 2 blocks from Termini station. Breakfast was included but it was very basic which was fine because there are plenty of places to eat around the area. The concierge was extremely helpful and friendly and made checking in and out very easy.
• Verified traveler (8/5): - 英語が通じます。判り難い入口や入室方法含め、聞けば丁寧に説明してくれます。事前と最初のコミュニケーションが大事です(メール・口頭とも)。こじんまりとしたベット&ブレックファストな事もあり、スタッフの手当ては回らない雰囲気。チェックイン・チェックアウトの予定を何度も確認されます。もし、到着・出発が深夜早朝な場合は、確認必須。滞在中は、鍵を渡されて出入りは個人管理です。細かい事を気にしなければ、快適でお値打ちです。テルミニ駅直近のアパートメントの一室ですが、広くて設備もしっかりしています。交通便利で、治安的にも問題有りませんでした。基本的に放って置いてくれるので、自由にローマ観光したい人にお奨めです。
• Verified traveler (10/5): - Great location by main train station and not far from historical centre. However, it's on the 4th floor. There is a lift but if it's jammed .... Hotel itself is lovley. It's clean and Marius is lovely and helpful. Breakfast is good. Help yourself. There is, however, a late check in fee and reception is not 24/7.
• Luis (2/5): No me gusto nada de lo que pude ver ! - No me gusto para nada , no nos hospedamos en el lugar, tuve que llevar a mi familia a otro hotel aunque perdí el dinero que pague por ese , la entrada del hotel es pésima muy fea parece una entrada de un almacén no hay letrero , ni tiene buena presencia al entrar , mi hija se resbalo por la escalera y se dio un golpe , literalmente tuve que salir de inmediato del lugar, no aparenta ser seguro.
• Verified traveler (10/5): - Tolle Unterkunft für einen kurzen Städtetrip, gut angebunden und in der Nähe einer schönen Restaurantgegend. Das Zimmer war sauber, das Frühstück gut und reichlich. Wir haben einen schönen Aufenthalt in diesem B&B gehabt.
• Joy (10/5): Rome trip with hubby. - Rosmini bed and breakfast is only a 5 minute walk from termini rail station. It is therefore close to shopping and sights, a straight walk 15 minutes or so to colosseo and foro. All other sights are easy to reach on foot, or local bus, metro (stops close by). Rosmini provided a good varied buffet breakfast which you took in your room which had a table to sit at. There was a small fridge, safe in the room and the bathroom was large and modern. The lobby was bright and modern, and all was clean, towels etc changed each day and the staff friendly and helpful. We have stayed at Rosmini before and will no doubt return again. Thank you

• silke (10/5): Lage nahe Hauptbahnhof - Hotel liegt im 4. Stock eines stolzen Altbaus. Alles frisch renoviert. Fahrstuhl war mal kaputt, wurde aber sehr schnell repariert. WLAN war immer stark. Rezeption tagsüber besetzt und immer sehr hilfsbereit.

• Stephanie (10/5): Nice B&B in Rome - About a 10 minute walk from the train station, this B&B can get you where you need to go quickly. The staff was very nice and made sure he was going to be there when we wanted to check out. The room was clean and as described.

• Donald (8/5): A fantastic location - This is a very large apartment converted into 6 differently sized rooms with a reception area. There is no sign on the street for the B&B and you will have to look for the tenant directory next to the large green doors to buzz the front desk. The room is clean and was a little dark and musty until I opened the window and shutters to let light into the room. There were a few shortcomings with the room. The large mirror facing the bed was cracked in the bottom right hand corner. The room safe was tucked in a dark corner of the closet. The bathroom is modern and very clean. The towels are nice. However, the surface of the toilet seat was damaged and should have been replaced or repaired. There is a minuscule TV with no English channels. The kettle for tea service could only be operated if you the TV was unplugged from the power socket. The main attraction is its location. Very close to Rome Termini with access to local and regional trains and the airport express, the metro and buses. There are lots of restaurants in the immediate area.

• Verified traveler (8/5): Good location and clean room - The hotel and the room were very clean and peaceful. There was no buffet breakfast at the hotel, but we had coupons to a cafe nearby. It was only coffee/tea and one bread, disappointment to us. The area is nice, walking distance to many sights and restaurants.

• Verified traveler (10/5): Soluzione perfetta per un soggiorno a Roma - Ottima soluzione per soggiornare a Roma, vicinissimo alla stazione Termini e alla metropolitana, stanza molto spaziosa, ben arredata e pulita. Personale gentilissimo. Ci ritornerò sicuramente.
• Patty (8/5): Very convenient to the Termini Roma and Metro - This is a good place for travelers to tour the city because it is so close to the Metro and train station. There are good restaurants and convenience shops nearby. It is clean and reasonable but not fancy. It can be hard to find so it helps to have a GPS. The is no sign only a large green door for apartments and a call button. Breakfast is around the corner.
• manuel (8/5): Excellent location in downtown Rome - Staff very accommodating, we had a late arrival and they waited until we got there. Room was very clean. We would stay here again and recommend it to anyone.

• Kim (6/5): - Hotel was off the main street and relatively close to the Termini. A little disappointed that they did not have a breakfast area and you had to take your food back to your room. That's usually when you get to meet your fellow travellers and compare notes. Breakfast was OK but they didn't restock the tea as it got used even when we asked them to.
• Norma (10/5): Rossi Bed and Breakfast - For visitors looking to experience Rome as a native, this was ideal. You feel as though you are in your own apartment. Having breakfast is an added benefit since an Italian breakfast usually consists of a small espresso and maybe a croissant. It;s also in the center close to transportation and sites of interest. Because it's small operation you have to let them know your time of arrival to ensure someone is there to welcome you.

• HYEOKMIN (8/5): My grade about B&B rosmini is not bad. - It is easy to find B&B rosmini. But it is difficult to contact its host. At gate on 1st floor, it needs the specific mark presenting B&B rosmini.
• Verified traveler (4/5): - Service was basic. Room was small. View was a interior wall with no outlet. Lock latch was broken out. Not a place for a long stay, but overnight for a train departure it was convenient. For minimalist accommodation it was ok. For the price it was poor value.
• Nathan (10/5): Highly Recommend! - We stayed here for our last night before flying back to the US. The hotel staff was very nice and the room was great. This was the most comfortable bed we slept in out of the 5 hotels we stayed in in Italy. The A/C worked great and the bathroom was private (in our room) and clean. We didn't have time to eat the breakfast but it looked great. The room was also the biggest out of all the rooms we stayed in. I would highly recommend this place as it was comfortable, big, clean and friendly staff. It is a 5 minute walk to Roma Termini train station which was great because we had to take an early train to the airport. It was also very nice and quiet here.

• Maurice (10/5): Very nice B&B place! - We really enjoyed our time in the Rosmini B&B. It was close to the Termini train station and about 15 minutes walk to the Colosseum and other main Roman touristic sites. Marius, the host was very polite and gave very good customer service!
• Kathy (10/5): Great location good experience - The four of us just loved the convenience of the location and we have always wanted to see what is like behind those great big doors in the older buildings. The attendant was great and very helpful. More fun than staying in a hotel and more reasonable.
• Günther (10/5): Zu empfehlende Unterkunft - Rosmini liegt sehr nah am Bahnhof, was uns Radtouristen sehr entgegen gekommen ist. Busse und Strassenbahn sind schnell erreichbar. Die Unterkunft liegt in einer relativ ruhigen Seitenstraße. Das Personal ist freundlich. Die Fahrräder könnten sicher untergestellt werden.

• Eric (4/5): Pourrait mieux faire. - B&B bien situé proche de la gare centrale de Termini et à 10 ou 15 minutes du centre historique. La chambre est spacieuse plutôt confortable mais très mal isolée de l'extérieure. On a l'impression de dormir la fenêtre ouverte et même si elle donne sur une petite rue guère circulée, on entend tôt le matin la circulation et les klaxons du boulevard situé en dessous. De plus la chambre mériterai un rafraichissement des peintures . la salle de bain pourrai être parfaite avec un système contre les remontée d'odeur, une ventilation qui fonctionne, un support de pomme de douche qui fonctionne, une chasse d'eau qui ne met pas 10 min à se recharger et enfin des joints entre le carrelage et les vitre de la douche qui éviterai les moisissures. QUAND AU PETIT DEJEUNER, IL EST DESASTREUX. Le buffet est mal agencé dans une petite entrée ou l'on ne peut pas se croiser ni poser son plateau et se prend dans la chambre fermant tout contact avec les autre pensionnaires. Quand au produits, que de l' industriels pas bon et souvent en quantité insuffisante.

• Robert (6/5): smelly room - The room we were in on our first night smelt of rotting garbage. We complained and were moved to a different room. Rooms were clean but older. Beds were not comfortable (I am a big/tall guy). Service was okay, not much of a breakfast and nowhere to sit, had to eat in room. Price was good for the area. I felt the running of the establishment could have been better. Staff were aware of the smell problem in the one room and still rented it to us, I felt this was naughty.

• Verified traveler (6/5): Good location - Rosmini is well located for getting from the train station and walking around Rome. The room was clean and comfortable. The water pressure in the shower is low. The staff are friendly and helpful. One criticism is the breakfast. The coffee was bad and the food choices unhealthy. They mostly offered cakes and white bread. The breakfast would be improved if wholewheat bread, whole grain cereal, eggs and fresh fruit were offered.

• Tony (10/5): Close to termini - The room was big with a kettle, en suite bathroom and a fridge. Marius was very helpful and polite and the continental breakfast was lovely. I would recommend this place to anyone and hope to be going back next year.
• samira (10/5): Very homely. - We stayed three nights with our children and found the place excellent. It had a feel of home to the place. The rooms were very clean and comfortable and the location is very conveniently close to Termini for metro and bus access. I definitely recommend it.
• Grinneli (6/5): Really Nice - It's not easy to see where it's the place, but the service was the best, always taking care of the guest and helping with all details of the trip around Rome. We had a great time, Marcus he is really nice person.

Not only was he very helpful, but freindly as well. My sister and I really enjoyed talking with him. Mario was very helpful with things to do and places to see. Thanks Mario, your a great host!
