• Ariel (1/5): una pésima experiencia - Este establecimiento lo único rescatable que tiene es su ubicación. tiene una recepción impecable con una señorita que te sonríe y después te llevan al verdadero ingreso lúgubre,oscuro y tres pisos por una escalera antigua mal conservada, todo el ingreso muy sucio y con olor a cloaca, las paredes despintadas por la humedad, la habitación y el baño no tienen ventilación ni ventanas, una abertura que da a una especie de pulmón oscuro lleno de caños por donde el hedor te hace cerrar la ventana, el baño igual, además de que tanto la ducha como el inodoro demoran una eternidad en desagotar, lo que hace imposible el uso de la instalación para dos personas que desean usar una atrás de otra. y además el olor. La cama durisima y el televisor debe tener 20 años. nada que ver con la descripción y las fotos.

• Melina Mynte (4/5): Man kan risikere et værelse uden vindue, ikke et trestjernet hotel - Beliggenheden Det første værelse vi fik var uden vindue og der lugtede forfærdeligt at deres duftblokke. Vi hostede os begge gennem natten. Næste dag fik vi et værelse med vindue, men det var et meget lille værelse. Begge værelser lå på tredje sal på trapper. Sengen var hård.
• Jane (7/5): - Pretty good location, equidistant from Vatican and Colesseum if walking. Also close to Trastavere for good choice of restaurants. Staff gave good directions for bus from main station and were really friendly and helpful. Bed comfy. No tea or coffee facilities. Could borrow a kettle, but had to return after each use which was a pain as reception on ground floor and our room was on level 3. No lift. Room was small, but served it's purpose.

Como sugerencia, podrían tener en la ducha donde poner los objetos como jabón, shampu etc y en el baño donde colgar las toallas; adicionalmente cuando hay personas en la habitación del lado si se escucha mucho todo.

Cause of the construction there were noise on the street right outside the window. Walls are thin(old building) so you could hear the neighbours fully. Mattress is not comfortable at all. There were an issue with the toilet, you had to push it like 4 quick times to work ( again reasoning was old building).

Zdjęcia przedstawiały obiekt w dużo lepszym stanie niż w rzeczywistości.

• Maria (10/5): Estancia maravillosa - Sinceramente no se por que no tiene mas estrellas, es cierto que por fuera el edificio engaña pero las habitaciones están genial, muy limpias todo reformado. He estado tres noches y no he escuchado a los vecinos. Todo funciona a la perfección y la atención es buenísima. No me ha molestado ningun tipp de ruido. Al lado de la puerta está la recepción que es toda nueva reformada y las maletas las guardan ahi mismo. Todo muy cuidado, no os dejeis influenciar por las reseñas negativas. Absolutamente nada

• Yaroslava (7/5): Wegen der zentralen Lage war der Aufenthalt gut. - Die Lage ist gut, auch wenn es abends etwas laut ist. Man kann überall zu Fuß laufen. Die Bettdecke. Sie war sehr dünn und etwas künstlich. Eine gute Decke und Überwurf im Bett würden viel ausmachen. Plastikblumen passen überhaupt nicht in die alte Wohnung. Auch sind sie nicht schön. Kein einziger Hacken im Bad, wo man ein Handtuch hängen könnte. Die Dusche ist auch etwas bedürftig.

The location of the room was perfect, close to all the major attractions and close to Trastevere for nightlife. The room facilities could use an upgrade, we wish we could adjust better the room temperature. Also the room isolation is not that good, you can hear people inside and outside the property.

La puerta de la entrada está siempre abierta, y nadie lo controla. Y se debería poner fotos del edificio, antes de contratar, porque da miedo. Las cañerías del baño huelen mal.. Hay una bañera de hidromasaje que no funciona, ni siquiera como bañera. Debajo del teórico fregadero están las almohadas.

Precio alto para lo que se ofrece pero es cierto que en Roma todo es caro. Mucho ruido en las habitaciones, se escuchan a los vecinos hablar y a quienes bajan por las escaleras. Las camas hacen mucho ruido al moverse uno y no son las más cómodas del mundo.

Le personnel très sympa, ménage et lit fait tout les matins. Nous avons tout fait à pied, le gros point fort évidemment. Cloison vraiment fine, malheureusement on entend tout, très dérangeant, comme si les autres clients étaient dans la même chambre, pour dormir pas top.
• Antonio Manuel (4/5): Buena ubicación, cero descanso - Lo que más me gustó del alojamiento fue la ubicación, ya que estaba muy bien situado y permitía moverse fácilmente por la ciudad. Lo que menos nos gustó fue, sin duda, la falta de comodidad y mantenimiento. La cama era extremadamente incómoda, hasta el punto de afectar al descanso, algo básico en cualquier alojamiento. Además, el estado del mobiliario dejaba mucho que desear: muebles deteriorados, superficies dañadas y una sensación general de abandono. No es un tema puntual, sino una falta evidente de cuidado. En conjunto, la experiencia no estuvo a la altura y da la sensación de que no se invierte lo suficiente en el mantenimiento del alojamiento.

• Gianna (10/5): Bomboniera al centro di Roma a prezzo incredibile. - Camera deliziosa , pulitissima . Letto con materasso e cuscini veramente comodi. Tutto perfetto, bravi . Non è così facile , a Roma, trovare una sistemazione così piacevole, in centro città vicino a tutti ad un prezzo così accessibile. Peccato che, avendo la struttura stanze anche al terzo piano, senza ascensore diventa un po’ problematico soprattutto per chi , come la sottoscritta, ha problemi ad una caviglia. Peraltro la gentilissima receptionist ha portato il mio trolley al piano 3, e più tardi anche una coperta senza batter ciglio. Giovane e atletica😂

• Gislaine (7/5): Boa escolha para quem prioriza localização - A localização do hotel é, sem dúvida, o seu ponto forte, facilitando muito o acesso aos principais pontos da região. Ficamos em dois adultos e um bebê, e o quarto atendeu bem às nossas necessidades. O espaço contava com frigobar, TV, uma mesinha de apoio e uma janela com uma vista agradável, o que tornou a estadia ainda mais confortável. Ficamos no terceiro andar e, por estarmos com um bebê, isso acabou sendo um pouco difícil, já que o hotel não possui elevador. Ainda assim, conseguimos nos adaptar bem e a estadia foi ótima.

• MacKris (9/5): Krótki ale udany i dzięki lokalizacji Domus Ester również efektywny pod względem zwiedzania Rzymu. - Lokalizacja fantastyczna. Do Forum Romanum ok. 1 km, nad Tybr 200 m. Jednocześnie cicho. Dużo restauracji i sklepów w okolicy. Bagaż mogłem zostawić w recepcji zarówno przed jak i po wymeldowaniu. Panie uśmiechnięte i życzliwe. Ciekawy , prawdopodobnie oryginalny drewniany sufit. Komfort nie jest może wysoki ale w stosunku do ceny i lokalizacji warto. Tylko drobne rzeczy, które i tak nie zakłóciły pobytu: o czajnik elektryczny musiałem się upomnieć choć był zaznaczony w ofercie. Jednak zaznaczam, że od razu dostałem czajnik bez problemów.

Solo que no contamos con hervidor eléctrico y no teníamos agua caliente para nuestros mates!!! Pero es lo mínimo . El resto excelente! Agua caliente para el termo o un pequeño café en la habitación, sin depender del horario de atención.

Also, intermediate door got closed at one point and although we had a key and it eventually worked to let us in it took us and another couple a few panicked minutes to get in. We were warned about the key for that door but we didn't practice getting in with it closed as we were told to leave it open.

• Roland (6/5): Most were happy but most thought it all needs a tidy up. - The location is very good and close to an area we know well. The member of staff we met was very helpful and welcoming. The rooms are not massive but a good size for a base. As with most places in Rome they are not hotels but apartments. Our apartment was room207. This room has a joining door to a locals apartment that made one of our party uncomfatable as they complained about the noise at 8.30pm. The walls had dampm marks and the bathroom was terrible. Bits of wood just screwed back on, the shower would not stay up and the radiator is all rusty so you cant put towels on it. It smelt terrible of sewers as well.

• Marie Rey De Haut (6/5): - L'emplacement de l'hôtel est vraiment intéressant, nous avons tout fait à pieds lors de notre séjour. L'hôtesse d'accueil était très gentille, et la communication via WhatsApp s'est bien passé. Le lit est assez dur, est pas très confortable. La salle de bain assez petite, le robinet penchait, et la colonne de douche ne tenait pas bien la poire de douche.
