• Mario (8/5): Bom para poucos dias - Para quem não conhece Roma ou vem com família indicaria outro lugar. Mas para poucos dias e querendo gastar pouco é uma boa escolha. O café da manhã se resume a dois croissant e uma xícara de casa, o ambiente é cheira mofo ( de velhos) , os atendentes são muito educados.

• Joseph (8/5): - This was a good hotel for its location. It is steps away from the train station in Rome. Staff here is very friendly and does their best to accommodate your needs. They prepared our breakfast every morning. The only issue I had was that they were periods when the water was cut off. Other than that, I really recommend this place.

• Morgan (8/5): I would stay again. - I needed to be next to Rome Termini so location was great and was better priced than most other locations. The Metro, train station, Leonardo Express to the airport, and many eating options were only a few minutes away. The staff was helpful and the room the clean. Only complaint is the beds could have been softer, I could feel a few springs through the mattress.
• Verified traveler (8/5): Chambre d'hôte bien placée - Cet établissement n'est pas vraiment un hôtel mais propose plutôt des chambres d'hôte au 5e étage d'un immeuble. La proximité avec la gare de Termini, permet d’accéder facilement au métro et à une multitude de bus. Les parties communes de l'immeuble sont en état correct, par contre ascenseur est hors d'âge avec des portes manuelles. Accueil correcte et serviable. Autrement la chambre était dans un état impeccable. Elle était de taille correcte et lumineuse. Par contre la salle de bain était très petite. La literie était correcte. L'insonorisation extérieure (fenêtre) était parfaite mais la porte de la chambre n'isolait pas bien (au niveau bruit) par rapport au couloir de l'appartement. Heureusement les convives étaient raisonnables :) . Le petit déjeuner est un des pire que j'ai eu. Une tasse de café au lait et deux tapisseries industrielles sous vide accompagnées d'un jus d'orange totalement artificiel.
• Verified traveler (8/5): 整體舒適，但衛浴間較窄小 - 本次住宿該飯店入口是一般住家，需按電鈴請飯店人員開門，工作人員會來帶客人進房，先別亂跑（笑）。本次住宿於梵谷房，位於一樓（台灣的二樓，無電梯）。衛浴間狹窄。淋浴拉門一邊是壞的，所以已附上了浴簾，但仍會弄濕地板。蓮蓬頭無法調整，開關時必須小心（要小心水溫不要調太熱）。馬桶沖水系統是馬達加壓，沖水時會有巨大聲響。整體上乾淨整潔，每日有打掃服務。飯店服務人員會於指定時間將早餐送至房間。有寄放行李的服務，24小時都有服務人員為您服務。飯店位置交通方便，也可走路到附近景點，餐廳超市也很多。

They didnt wake me and the receptionist was sleeping when i wanted to check out, which is a minus, else a great place.

Colazione spartana giusto per risveglio poi ci sono ottimi bar poco distanti. Unica pecca il doppio materasso singolo su letto matrimoniale.
• Elena (10/5): Удобно и чисто - Отель понравился, расположен очень удобно близко от вокзала и пешком тоже до центра не далеко. Видно, что недавно был сделан ремонт. Есть холодильник. Персонал вежливый, разрешили оставить багаж до вечера в день отъезда. В номере было чисто, но за 5 дней ни разу не поменяли полотенца. Завтраки отсутствовали как таковые, предлагали нам кофе из пакетика Нескафе, круасан, сок 125 мл из пакетика с трубочкой, печеньку , чай, сливки. В номере есть чайник это большой плюс, можно заварить кашку. Стенки бумажные, слышно все, прибывающий народ очень громкий и разговорчивый, уснуть можно только после 24-00. Не смотря на все "но" мы остались довольны этим отелем, хорошее соотношение цены и качества. Wi-Fi есть, бесплатный и хорошего качества.

Hotel is right near termini station which is great for getting around the city by bus or metro or using the train to the airport. Area is a bit rough and hotel is older. Breakfast was packaged food and coffee in your room the day before which is very helpful if you are on the go early. I enjoyed my stay.

• Rolf Aage (6/5): Super plassering i forhold til Termini jernbane. - Vi hadde kun en overnatting. Kom med tog fra Orviena ettermiddag, og reiste til Fiumicino airport tidlig neste morgen. Hotellet var dårlig merket, men fikk hjelp av kelner på en nærliggende restaurant. Hotellet var som forventet av et B&B-hotell, og rommet var helt OK. Men et stort problem var at nøklene til utgangsdører (2 stk) ikke fungerte skikkelig i låsene, noe som gjorde at vi ikke torde gå ut om kvelden, da vi ikke visste om vi kom inn igjen. Snakket med flere av beboerne der som alle hadde problemer med låsene. Rommene på hotellet bør ikke leies ut før låsproblemet er ordnet. Jeg tror låsene var utslitt, det var mange beboere om mye trafikk i huset.
• Isabelle (6/5): Authentiek hotel op goede locatie - Casa Dell Arte is een heel klein hotel dat wordt gerund door een oudere Italiaanse vrouw. Ze brengt elke dag wat verpakte croissantjes en broodjes als ontbijt en ruimt je kamer op. Het ontbijt is niet genoeg voor iemand met normale eetlust maar er zijn veel leuke tentjes in de buurt. Het bed is wat smal en de kussens dun, maar slaapt verder prima. Prima badkamer met douche, toilet en bidet. De kamer was schoon, er is een kluisje en een bureautje. Er is een airco/verwarming die goed werkt. Het hotel is in een gebouw waar ook appartementen zitten dus er is geen eigen ingang, maar je krijgt sleutels om het gebouw in te komen. Het is op de 5e verdieping maar er is een lift. Er is geen receptie, maar de eigenaresse is per SMS goed bereikbaar.

• Gilberto (8/5): Conveniente opción cercana a la estación. - Este hospedaje es una casa de huéspedes. Tener muy en cuenta los horarios de atención ya que en mi caso no estuvieron hasta las 4 pm por lo que tuve que esperar. Este fue el mayor inconveniente por mucho (tuve que dejar la maleta en la estación de tren que no está lejos). Por lo demás la habitación era amplia bastante mayor que el estándar europeo y equipada con lo básico pero funcional. El mobiliario quizá era algo anticuado pero esto no me representa un contratiempo solo el comentario. Contaba con un refrigerador y el desayuno que consiste solo en un café con un croissant se brinda en un restaurante vecino al edificio. Como casa de huéspedes es básicamente un departamento y donde habita una familia y los huéspedes disponemos de llaves de acceso a edificio, departamento y habitación respectiva. La zona no es muy agradable quizá porque es comercial pero popular, con la proximidad de la estación quizá resulta bueno para moverse por la zonas vecinas a Roma, y allí mismo hay una estación del metro y llega/sale el tren y autobuses desde/hacia el aeropuerto. Lo mejor de todo fue el precio que encontré y que cumplió en la relación de calidad que recibí. Es económico si se le compara con otros hospedajes similares en Roma, no esperes lujos salvo estar en la ciudad misma en una estancia accesible, en una habitación privada.

Imposssible to find this building without a sign. Impossible to find B&B without going to 5th floor of unmarked building...No one was there to mert us at 10:30 pm....even though it was promised. When Hotels.com called, there was no answer. DO NOT STAY AT THIS B&B
• Wayne (6/5): Normal Service - The room is big but washroom is small. The ground floor is smelly and dirty. The lift is too small. The reception time is limited and it is difficult to communicate with the receptionist in english.
• freakylizard (4/5): Not Ideal - This B&B is not a "regular" B&B experience. Good points: -clean rooms -close to the Termini station -cheap room rates -comfortable beds -modern TVs -free, fast wifi -air conditioning -safes for your valuables are provided in the rooms -polite reception from the hotel owner Bad points: -the building and surrounding area is extremely noisy* -the area does not feel safe at all** -the reception is not 24/7*** -the (unfriendly, non-English speaking) cleaner does not provide fresh towels/sheets *There is a LOT of noise in this building at all times. This made it difficult to have a full, undisturbed night's sleep. **Because of all of the noise, and being disturbed by people running around the interior of the building at night, I didn't feel safe in this B&B. Yes, there are double locks on the main B&B door along with your own room door. However, I think the safety problems have not gone unnoticed by the residents of the building because during my stay there were men employed to install CCTV cameras, a security gate inside the main doors, and a new lock on the main door. ***When you book your stay, you will receive an email shortly after your payment has been processed asking for your arrival time. This is not a 24/7 B&B, so you have to find a time to check-in with the owners. If you arrive late at night, there are extra charges. However, this wouldn't be a problem if you organised your visit. I had no problems with this (although it did make me a little uneasy about my arrival).
• Andy (8/5): Affordable B&B close to transport - We stayed at La Casa dell'Arte during our Italy vacation for four nights in mid-May 2014. I chose it specifically for its location close to Termini and price which is quite affordable if you compare it to hotels in the same area. People who want to book it should understand that this is not a hotel but European-style B&B, meaning there is no personnel on premises most of the time. If you arrive late you need to make sure that someone is there to meet you (and they charge you for late arrivals). We were actually quite pleased with our stay. The room (we stayed in Leonardo) was OK, it looks like it was renovated recently, everything is quite new and clean (though not the highest quality). Bed was OK, a bit on firm side. Bathroom is very tiny by American standards, but quite OK, shower is strong. They don't serve breakfast there, instead you are given a ticket that you can use in a nearby cafe, one ticket gets you cup of your favorite coffee and a pastry (croissant, danish, whatever you like). You probably won't survive until lunch on this breakfast if you get up early. Neighborhood seems to be interesting, we were woken up once in the middle of the night by screams of the drunken guy arguing with the police (this may be normal in Italy:).

• Verified traveler (4/5): Budget Accommodation - This is a budget accommodation. The room was a nice size and clean. Bathroom was very tiny. There was nobody around after 10:00a.m. Breakfast was bare minimum and there was no wi-fi. I would rate this as a 2 star hotel.
• Verified traveler (6/5): I'd find someplace else - The location of this place is great, but it isn't a hotel. It is three rooms in an apartment building run as a bed and breakfast by a woman who lives upstairs. She isn't around much (which she tells you right away) and needs an exact arrival time or she threatens to cancel your reservation. All of that would be fine except I felt like every time I touched something it broke--the door handle to my room fell off, the outlets by the bed aren't screwed in and pulled out of the wall when I plugged my phone in, and the remote didn't work. In addition the woman who runs the place said the credit card machine was broken and asked me to pay cash. I did, but then a .01 charge showed up on my credit card for which I had to pay a foreign transaction fee after paying for the room in full. The room also has no sound proofing between the other two rooms and the water is really loud, so essentially if the other guests are awake so are you.
• Eoin (2/5): - Stay away from this "hotel". To start with we arrived and were met by a woman at a nondescript door on a street, we were brought into a very shabby lobby and then shown to our room which was tiny. The sockets were falling out of the wall, the window opened onto courtyard which had 2 kitchens off it so it was very loud. The breakfast was horrible. And the front door was left open all night. The only good thing about the room is that it was close to termini station. Stay away people, this is not a good place and it costs way too much for what it was.
• Verified traveler (10/5): good deal for the price - The room was clean and comfortable and the continental breakfast was very good. This place is comfortably located if you travel to Rome Termini and all sights are within walking distance (at least if you like walking). The bathroom was small but sufficient. Since it is a bed and breakfast and not a hotel, you have to specify the check-in time. However, this was not a problem, as the owner/manager emailed me right after I had booked the room to make arrangements.
• IAN (10/5): La Casa dell'Arte - Second time at this hotel and another great stay. Owner and other staff member pleasant and helpful. Whether by co-incidence but also in same room as before which was nice.. Bravo!!!!
