• Karolina (5/5): - Największym atutem jest lokalizacja. Bliskość dworca i najważniejszych obiektów w zasięgu krótszego, bądź nieco dłuższego spaceru. Dookoła sklepy i miejsca, gdzie można dobrze zjeść, najlepsze z nich to DDK Kitchen. Czysta pościel i ręczniki, miła obsługa, w niektórych pokojach lodówka. Jakby co, jest ogólnodostępna lodówka i kuchenka mikrofalowa. Mini mydełka i żele pod prysznic na plus. Możliwość zostawienia bagażu przy recepcji. W łazienkach czysto, wystrój też ładny. Są wieszaki, widziałam też deskę do prasowania. Są czajniki, kubki, kawa i herbata, to zdecydowanie na plus. W pokoju pojawiła się mysz, która chcąc dostać się do kanapki w plecaku, wygryzła w nim dziurę. Zmieniono nam pokój na inny, mniejszy, ale niesmak pozostał. Pod każdym łóżkiem są pułapki na myszy, więc myślę, że to może być problem. Przechowalnia bagażu to mit, można zostawić bagaż, ale po prostu stawiając go przy recepcji. Trzeba zaufać i tyle, ewentualnie zabrać cenne rzeczy lub poprosić o to, żeby obsługa trzymała je przy sobie. Hotel wymaga odświeżenia i te wszechobecne wykładziny, które na pewno nie należą do czystych, pomimo sprzątania. Ale to chyba typowe dla UK. Czasem udogodnienia w postaci wieszaków, że względu na brak miejsca, są niepraktyczne w użytkowaniu, a w łazienkach brakuje wieszaków na powieszenie ręczników, zwłaszcza w tych mniejszych pokojach.

La pulizia della camera è stata fatta tutti i giorni ( vi verrà chiesto se volete la camera sia pulita o no ma non comporta nessun costo aggiuntivo), per i prezzi di Londra il rapporto qualità prezzo è giustissimo. Ho letto molte recensioni negative ma poi non ho trovato riscontro quando sono andata io, credo che abbiano un po' migliorato. Sono contenta di non essermi fatta scoraggiare dalle recensioni negative. Su richiesta sono disponibili te e caffè La camera era molto piccola ma accogliente, ma sapevo che fosse piccola prima di andarci, più che altro la nostra non aveva la finestra in bagno e la ventola era rotta. La nostra camera aveva la finestra che affacciava sul corridoio, noi eravamo al piano meno 1 ed altre camere avevano la finestra che dava nel corridoio.

Las toallas estaban sucias , aparte la habitación era sin ventanas y luego las maletas al irnos nos cobraron por dejarlas una hora antes de irnos en otros hoteles allí eso no lo hacen dos maletas fueron 12 libras.

Mehrere Geschäfte und Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nahe. Ausreichend Platz in der Wohnung. Rezeption sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Betten waren schon etwas durchgelegen; Kästen und Kommoden wirkten billig und nicht sehr stabil (wir lebten dann lieber "aus dem Koffer"). Pfannen und Töpfe in der Küche waren schon recht alt.
• Celeste (6/5): Prima - We zijn vier nachten verbleven in het Chester Hotel. We werden bij het boeken enigszins ontmoedigd door de matige reviews, maar dit viel in werkelijkheid alles mee. De kamer was erg krap en het bed eigenlijk te klein voor twee personen. De kamer was daarentegen wel schoon en de badkamer was ook zeer goed onderhouden. Van de geluidsoverlast die genoemd werd in andere reviews, hadden wij geen last. Het personeel was zeer vriendelijk en hielpen ons waar nodig. Het hotel ligt ook erg centraal en is op loopafstand van het Victoria station waar je gemakkelijk de metro, trein en bus kan nemen. Al met al is het een prima low-budget hotel voor je verblijf in Londen, wanneer je niet te veel waarde hecht aan de aesthetic van het hotel. De kamer was best krap en het bed klein. Ook was het uitzicht uit het raam niet echt fraai, maar hiervan waren wij op de hoogte ten tijde van het boeken en hebben wij geaccepteerd.

Ojalá les toque una inspección de sanidad Por no decir que te cobran por dejar las maletas en la "recepción" si se puede decir así, te hacen hacerle una foto a tus maletas por si a la que vuelves alguien se las ha llevado "por error" BOCHORNOSO Toallas con manchas de dudosa procedencia, al igual que en la tapa del váter Las ventanas estaban rotas, se escuchaba absolutamente todo de la calle y entraba un frío horrible, ya que el radiador, por supuesto, no funcionaba, al igual que la mayoría de enchufes. Dejé una sudadera en un perchero y la sudadera ha vuelto con una mancha que no se quita con nada

• Patricia (5/5): The Chester Hostel - This hotel is close by for transport to get to where we wanted to go. Walking buses underground train was very handy The staff were lovely always approachable and yes the hotel was very cleanaround the corner from a sainsbury and tesco. In honesty although the hotel filled what we needed it for it wasnt what was advertised on booking.com. Its in the desperate need of some decor painting carpets My son had bare feet to go to toilet and he was hurt his foot with spikey carpets rods also the room next door was smoker and was in and out his room most the night banging the stairs doors There was no breakfast, and well the stay did it for our purpose we were out most of the day and put our head down for sleep If you want the hilton, you need pay for the hilton. With this hotel you get what you pay for.

• Yessenia (5/5): Bueno - Tenia para poder tomar algo caliente. Podríamos dejar las maletas después de hacer el chek-out. Personal amable. En la habitación que estábamos el baño tenia mal olor. No era por falta de limpieza, parece que era alguna tubería mal aislada. La calefaccion no funcionaban, pero había una portátiles, que calentaba super bien.

• Arrigo (6/5): Excelente ubicación - Excelentísima ubicación. La habitación cuenta con baño privado y una ducha que cumple todas las noches. Hay que solicitar el servicio de limpieza. Habitación muy pequeña, cumple sólo si vas a dormir. No hay mucho lugar para dejar el equipaje u otras comodidades.

• Jessica (3/5): - La amabilidad de los empleados y su intento por entendernos, a pesar de no hablar el mismo idioma. Las camas eran cómodas, la ubicación excelente. Tuvimos dos problemas, a mi juicio, imperdonables, sobre todo uno. El día en que nos íbamos a ir, revisando a ver si nos habíamos olvidado algo, encontramos ropa interior que no era nuestra detrás del frigorífico. Pero no fue lo peor. En la habitación había una rata/ratón. Solo se escuchaba de noche y cuando le dije a mi marido que mirara lo vio... se le comunico al personal y que lo trasladarán a la gerencia, así que espero que por el bien de los futuros huéspedes desraticen y desparasiten las habitaciones. Otro inconveniente, aunque sea menor, es que nos sentimos algo engañados en cuanto a la consigna (choco al lado de la recepción y a mano de cualquiera). Habíamos leído que el día de llegada podíamos dejar las maletas en consigna de forma gratuita y así lo hicimos. Pensando que el día de salida sería igual nos equivocamos. El día de salida te cobran 10 libras por cada bulto.

• Joanna (7/5): Fajne lokum w centrum Londynu. Dobre dla rodziny. - Opinia dotyczy dwupoziomowego apartamentu. Przede wszystkim apartament nie znajduje się w budynku hotelu. Mieści się na sąsiedniej ulicy, ma osobne, niezależne weście - to po prostu mieszkanie. Łóżka wygodne, łazienka ok. Kuchnia w pełni wyposażona. TV dostępne i działające, Netflix trzeba mieć swój. Mieszkanie jest ogrzewane (byliśmy w marcu, było nam ciepło). Wifi sprawne. Lokum dobrze zlokalizowane, 5 minut od dworca Victoria, wokół kilka sklepów spożywczych, puby, knajpki i nieduży ryneczek. Autobus minutę od domu. Mieszkanie ma okna od wschodu i zachodu. Zimą czy wiosną ekstra - jest dużo światła ale sądzę, że latem jest tam dość ciepło (klimy nie ma). Zasadniczo nie miałabym nic do zarzucenia ale...takie drobiazgi, które irytują. Np lodówka w zabudowie nie działała, na blacie obok postawiono zastępczą, małą. Zmniejszyło to miejsce, trudno było ustawić na kuchence gazowej duży garnek i patelnię czy woka jednocześnie, bo zastępcza lodówka w zasadzie przylegała do kuchenki. Jedno z okien miało pękniętą szybę - strach otwierać. Okna brudne. Mieszkanie posprzątane, odkurzone ale jak ktoś zechce zajrzeć w jakiś odległy kącik za toaletą, czy przyjrzeć się fugom przy wannie, to znajdzie kurz i trochę brudu. Generalnie pasuje odświeżyć: wymienić zardzewiały grzejnik w łazience, odmalować. W mieszkaniu pozostawiono również jakieś urządzenie do gry, dość duże, które nie działa a zajmuje miejsce. Okolica, choć dobrze skomunikowana, to jednak dość głośna. Przez cienkie i nieszczelne okna słychać imprezowiczów i jadące samochody. Na wysokości okien salonu i jednej z sypialni jest lampa uliczna a zasłonka w oknie nie zaciemnia zupełnie. Zabierzcie przejściówki do ładowarek - w mieszkaniu nie są udostępnione.
