- John (6/5): Je hebt klein en heel erg klein - De locatie, super schoon en nieuw. Het was meer een bezemkast waar wij sliepen. De deur open en je lag gelijk op bed, kortom je kon je kont niet keren. Het bed was ook maar 1.80m lang en breed 1.40m dus voor 2 grote mensen wel heel erg klein. De prijs van 1 nacht €160,- wel heel erg over de top.

- Paola (8/5): Lovely stay - Very comfy beds and excellent location! We were upgraded on arrival which is always a nice touch, very smooth checking in and out process. The bathroom and room were very clean and well equipped Although I was aware of it, they do take a £100 holding fee for any ‘damages’ to the room or linen which when staying in a hotel the last thing you want to worry about is staining a bedsheet or a towel.

The location was great for transport and attractions. The gentleman at the front desk even provided me with some disposable cutlery when I didn't have anything to eat my dinner with. 😊

- Anna (9/5): Lovely stay - Really beautiful hotel, great location very close to a tube station so easy to get around London from. The room was lovely and very comfortable, it even had underfloor heating in the bathroom and a bidet which is a rare sight in the UK. Overall really enjoyed our stay and would definitely return. Giving a £100 deposit is quite steep, I do understand they want to protect against damage, and we did get the £100 back quickly, but it worried us that maybe even a small makeup stain on a towel might be charged.

- Meli (10/5): - L'hotel è situato in una zona tranquilla, ben collegata e vicino alla stazione della metro (nemmeno 5 min a piedi). Nei dintorni ci sono numerosi locali e market per ogni gusto. La camera anche se piccolina aveva tutto l'occorrente per un breve soggiorno incluso asse e ferro da stiro! Apprezzatissimo il bollitore con tè e caffè riforniti quotidianamente. Arredamento praticamente nuovo e ottima pulizia con un letto piuttosto comodo così come i cuscini. Nel complesso è stata davvero un'ottima sistemazione! I ragazzi alla reception sono stati carinissimi! Molto cordiali e disponibili mi hanno anche consentito di lasciare il piccolo bagaglio a mano presso la struttura dopo il check out (cosa non scontata!). Sarà un ottimo punto di riferimento nel caso in cui dovessi tornare a Londra! In realtà nulla in particolare. A voler trovare qualcosa che non va si fa fatica: solo da annotare che la camera singola è abbastanza piccolina. Per quel che mi riguarda, a me è piaciuta molto però potrebbe essere ritenuto un difetto nel caso in cui ci si aspettasse una camera di dimensioni standard. Inoltre la finestra non è apribile ma anche questo particolare è abbastanza comune nelle sistemazioni che mi sono capitate nel Regno Unito e a me non ha creato assolutamente nessun disagio.

Posizione a pochissimi passi dalla fermata del bus e della metro di Earls Court, in una zona carina, vivace dotata di tutti i servizi, ma comunque tranquilla. Stanza per due persone con terrazzo e con dimensioni della camera e bagno buone. Stanze moderne e ristrutturate di recente. Pulizia giornaliera e molto buona. Ottima disponibilità e cordialità dello staff con informazioni chiare e precise.

When we booked the room was at rhe basement floor and checkin time was 3 PM, however we reached the hotel at 1:30 PM, and the staff was kind enough to give us a room and we were upgraded to the 4th floor. The rooms are soundproof, spacious, which is rare in central london hotels, and very clean. Cant complain about this one honestly. After checkout our flight was in the evening and we had some spare time so the staff was kind enough to keep our luggage for a couple of hours while we explored. Everything was great

La rue est jolie et agréable. La chambre est confortable, très propre et moderne. Les équipements sont parfaits et la literie bonne. Nous avons passé une bonne nuit, rien à redire tout était parfait!
