- Ralf (8/5): - Lage in der Nähe von Ubahn und Bus Haltestellen
- Alberto (10/5): Consigliatissimo, ottima posizione e proprietari gentilissimi e disponibilissimi.

- Angel Ramón (8/5): Respondió a mis expectativas.

- Martin (10/5): - Nice place; super welcome host
- JORGE (8/5): - Good and easy transport
- Paola (8/5): - Tutto come mi aspettavo. Ottima posizione.
- SweLuke (10/5): - Ottima esperienza! Nulla!
- Myriam (2/5): - No air conditioning. Terrible for summer days. They don’t offer breakfast.
- Andrew (8/5): - Very quiet unit provided the neighboring rooms are not occupied as bathrooms are in the hallway.
This place is really clean offering daily maid cleanup.
Nice to see basic cups, glasses for drinks to facilitate guests if possible in the future.
I prefer to have an electric power bar for USB phone charging instead of needing to remove the bed side lamp plugin for my phone charging.
- N1165PFalisonk (10/5): Clean quiet and good value - Quiet, spotlessly clean room with private shower & loo next door to bedroom. Comfortable basic and friendly accommodations
Location good , a short walk to Metro station or 25 min walk to Colosseum. Shops & restaurants nearby.
We have stayed here several times over past years as it’s so handy
- Alison (9/5): Superb -
- B1575BMnataliaw (2/5): Ruined holiday - The hotel staff does not speak English. The receptionist greeted me very unfriendly, She spoke into the phone translator in Italian, and I had to answer to her phone in English so that she could hear in Italian. The reception lasted for a very long time.
The hotel is very noisy, all sounds in the neighboring rooms are very audible. When the neighbors opened their door, my door rattled with glass. My door was made of pieces of glass and at night the light shone in my eyes on the bed. I asked them not to clean my room, but they came to the room every day and they moved my things as it suited them. Big surprise: the administrator said that I have to pick up my toothbrushes and soap from the bathroom every morning - for ease of cleaning. The hotel does not provide shampoo or soap. The bathroom equipment is very old, the surface of the bathtub is rough, the curtain is old and hard as wood.
The window overlooks the roof of a depot, where there is a lot of rubbish and junk.
The hotel does not have a coffee machine or kettle.
- Mihaela (9/5): Superb - Very clean, good location, quiet.
- 160andren (6/5): Back to the 80s - Good Location, not far from a metro (600 m?), quiet location but absolutely not quiet inside. You can hear everything, every door (bathroom is outside on the floor) is loud and needs to be unlocked and locked, which means, that you hear every movement from anyone on your floor.
Nice host, nearly no English and really bureaucratic when you check in like in the 80s.
The furniture is in style of the 80s as well.
I think 90 € for a single room in Rom is normal.
Acomodação abaixo do esperado.
- Fabio (9/5): Superb - The location is fantastic—safe, close to Metro C Lodi, and in a charming neighborhood. There's a great supermarket just 200 meters away, and some lovely restaurants nearby. Plus, Pigneto is just around the corner, famous for its aperitivo spots. The staff was incredibly nice and super friendly 🏳️🌈! There's only a fan in the room, no AC, but it was still cool and comfortable enough during my stay.
- Alex (7/5): Clean and unique accomodation in good location - Good location and unique accommodation with clean amenities No AC or fridge (but that was known before stay). Room can get hot
- Ruben (10/5): I would use this facility again - Proximity to Metro- friendly and very helpful Bathroom was outside the main bedroom but wasn’t a big deal
- lucia (10/5): - Lugar cómodo y bonito, cerca de estaciones de transporte. El personal muy amable.
- Alja (8/5): Very good -
- Piroska (10/5): Mindenképp ezt válaszd! :) - Csodálatosan szép környezet. Nagyon kedves házi néni. Közel a központhoz, metró közelében. Kávézók, üzletek, éttermek közelben. A szoba nagyon tágas, a fürdőszoba mindennel felszerelt, tiszta.
- Pavelic (7/5): Good -
- Jose (9/5): Superb -
- Dina (10/5): Exceptional -

(5/5): Clean but not a good value for the price we paid - The place is clean and authentic We had a night flight so we needed to do a late check in and they charged us 50€ penalty without early notice although we said before we will arrive late.
Location is far from the centre and the bathroom is outside of the room.

- catalins119 (10/5): Beautiful villa - The accomodation was excellent, in a quiet area even if it's not far from the bus and metro stations. Beautiful old villa with a charming small garden, spotlessly clean, comfortable beds. Very friendly and accommodating personnel
- Simon (10/5): I had a splendid stay. - very nice hosting. very clean & feel good atmosphere.
very polite service
- Catalin (9/5): Superb - The accomodation was excellent, in a quiet area even if it's not far from the bus and metro stations. Beautiful old villa with a charming small garden, spotlessly clean, comfortable beds. Very friendly and accommodating personnel

- Daniel (10/5): Wonderful comfortable location with a private room and private bathroom. - Wonderful location, exceptionally clean, very convenient. Our stay here was wonderful Nothing!
- Radivoje (10/5): Exceptional -
- Curtis (2/5): Shocking hotel - Hotel was appalling, dirty rooms with mould all across ceiling in room and in bathroom. No basic amenities in room or available at all (kettle, iron, hair dryer etc). Upon arrival I was given 2 small towels for the bathroom, after day 1, the towel I used was taken when they came to “clean”. On day 2 I asked for some more towels as I’d just used the 2nd one that morning to be told no and that I was already given 2. I explained that I was given 2 however 1 has already been taken and I have 3 more days left with 1 towel to which I got no reply and she just walked off. So I had to make do with 1 towel to last 3 days. The shower head holder was also broken and when the shower head was in the holder it would drop and water would go onto the floor (which I made staff aware off). After each shower I would try to dry the floor with the floor mat however with me not having any spare towels I wasn’t able to dry properly. On the 3rd day the owner then decided to pull me on the fact that the floor was getting wet (even though I’d told them about this) which ended up in a bit of an argument. The hotel just isn’t up to standards and the staff are useless and no help whatsoever. I understand it’s not an expensive hotel but honestly just pay a bit extra and stay at a better hotel where you have a cleaner room, better facilities and are treat appropriately. On the plus side if you are stopping here there’s a really nice cafe just on the corner.
- Diana (8/5): Great stay. Totally recommend. - Absolutely lovely host who will take care of every need. She is very responsive, friendly and helpful whichever way she can. I totally recommend. There is a small parking on premises where cars are parked in queue.
- Cosimo Gabriele (10/5): - La zona era molto tranquilla, la struttura era pulita e confortevole, la proprietaria molto gentile e disponibile a spiegare tutto
- Soleil (8/5): - Nice receptionists and breakfast options.
- millicent (10/5): - Nice friendly staff and clean property with beautiful garden.Single room is large and cleaned everyday, private bathroom is large and cleaned everyday. Property is next to metro station and buses in 3 minutes.

- Ahmedelgezy (4/5): Disappointing - The staff was friendly and nice although there was an issue that they barely spoke English. The room was different than the one in the photos. The bed was too small and not comfortable. The toilet was outside the room, although i booked a room with a toilet. There was a lot of noise in the surrounding buildings that sounded like construction works during the afternoon time that deprived me of having a nap on my first day after arrival.
- Alina (10/5): Exceptional - Every day room cleaning. Free and easy entrance anytime. Trust the client. Calm place. It could be a kettle with a cup on a table to make morning coffe, or at least a jar of water with glass on it. Also would be nice to have a hair dryer in a bath (which was written was included).
- R3787YTevar (10/5): Great place to stay in Roma - I stayed with my mom and uncle, and it was extremely pleasant. We were warmly welcomed and taking care of. Whatever we needed, Adriana was helping us with great attitude. She is an amazing host. The room is spacious, has everything you might need, the bathroom is perfect, the public transport is close by, there are buses passing by on the corner and 5 min walk there is the metro, the center is about 15 minutes distance, so the neighborhood is pretty and calm, avoiding the noise and chaos from tourists, but still close to reach the center easily. If you are coming to Roma, I recommend you stay here.
- Lupka (9/5): Superb - The room was basic but spacious, there was ample space in the wardrobe. Room was cleaned daily and it felt like we were in a hotel. The bathroom was just across the hall and it was also cleaned daily. The location was very good, close to a bus stop and easy to get around. Metro was not even 10 mi walk as well. The place was walking distance to Pigneto neighbourhood where you can find restaurants and bars and the atmosphere there was always great! There are 2 nearby coffee shops for the morning coffee.
- Cristian (10/5): - Camera singola spaziosa e pulita , bagno grande con vasca . Struttura in zona tranquilla poco distante dalla metro comode per spostarsi coi mezzi a Roma. Nelle immediate vicinanze bar e ristoranti.
- devod920 (10/5): Excellent Stay - Great place, very convenient, safe, and comfortable! Enjoyed my 3 nights stay. close to everything and everywhere i needed to be and go. I would certainly recommend to everyone. I look forward to returning.
- steven (10/5): Excellent - Excellent place perfect for the occasion
- dandsam (10/5): A Beautiful Little B&B Near to the Centre of Rome - This is a lovely little B&B nestled in a quiet side street off of the main road running near to town. The single room is small but adequate. There is a mosquito net on the window, and a ventilator mounted on the ceiling. This wasn't really enough in August, so I asked for - and was given - an extra fan, which made all the difference.
The garden is small and lovely. It is available for guests.
The room could really do with air conditioning. The WiFi connection in room 4 is not great, but again, it is adequate. The bathroom adjoins the room. The whole place is absolutely spotlessly clean, which is lovely. The owners' mother seems to manage the place, and speaks no English.
All in, a lovely place to stay. Recommended.
- sandeep (2/5): - poor condition, no amenities and cleanliness, no AC.
- Ncw1218 (10/5): Traveled to Rome for a week to see the sights and visit family. The B&B is in the neighborhood where my family lives. - We stayed here for 5 nights. There is a garden and the place is private. Lovely rooms, private, though not en suite, bathroom, in our Queen bedroom, all incredibly clean and comfortable. Nice breakfast and friendly innkeeper and her family. Parking is available for one car for a 10 Euro additional charge per night but, you are a short walk from the Ottaviano A line Metro stop. Nice neighborhood. No A/C in our room but the house is thick concrete and certainly was comfortable. Our window opened onto the garden and it’s orange trees! The location was convenient. Near the Colliseum and San Giovanni Maggiore. Termini Station nearby. Recommend without reservation.
- Ross (10/5): Stay in Rome - Very friendly and helpful staff. The accommodation and breakfast was good and as expected
- Veeresh (10/5): - A very good hotel, amazing staff, rooms are clean and artistic.
- happylambie (8/5): Very Good - Stayed here for 4 nights late September 2017 for a short break in Rome. Very clean, we had a large room with double bed and large wardrobe. Bedside cabinets and a table and chairs. Nice pleasant room with plenty of storage. There was also a fan available as it was very hot. The shower room was also very clean with excellent shower and plentiful hot water. The only downside was that it wasn't en suite but a few steps across the landing. Breakfast was at 8.00am and had plenty of choice. Cereals, breads, jams, yogurts, cakes, croissants, tea, coffee and juices. So no need to go hungry. Nice quiet road and a short walk to very reasonably priced restaurants - Tira e Molla is excellent. Very nice courtyard to sit out in as well. Very well located - a 10 minute walk to the train station Treni Tuscolana connects to Fiumicino airport and a 10 minute walk to La Roma metro. The Colosseum is within walking distance - about 1/2 hour walk. passing San Giovanni Church on the way. An excellent value for money B&B although our hosts spoke very little English we got by. We would throughly recommend a Vinicius et mita for a short break in Rome.
- motherLYearth (8/5): Great bed and breakfast! - We had an airport taxi take us to the hotel so finding it wasn't a problem. The Re De Roma train stop is a 7 min walk from the hotel and will take you anywhere into Rome. Unfortunately, we found out our first night that the trains stop running at 9:30 pm. Language was a bit of a barrier but they try VERY hard to communicate and are extremely accommodating. The rooms were huge and comfortable with detached bathrooms that were also huge. There is no air conditioning and no breeze in the rooms we had so sleep sometimes was difficult. Overall, it was a wonderful experience and I would highly recommend.
- jen (8/5): Rome first time - The owner was very helpful..we got there before check in but a phone call and she came. It was not convenient to metro..but we did not mind the walk..the taxi from airport was extremely costly! It was a lovely place and safe. Breakfast was fresh and normal for Italy.
- 611mikaelp (6/5): Priceworthy B&B only 5 stations with metro from Plaza Espagne. - Was 3 nights in Rome with my daughter and a friend in sweden who is from Rome rekommended this B&B. We had already booked a B&B i Trastevere but when we checked this out we had 3 nights for the same price as one in Trastevere. We had breakfast in the garden, nothing much but ok. 10 min walk 2 metro. 5 min walk to a real nice osteria Dar Bruttone. we had dinner there 2 nights. real cheap. and the coffeshop just by the B&B had real nice coffe and for a 66cl beer you pay 2€ and in the historic center 6-7€. If you dont want to spend all your mony on a hotel this is perfect alternativ. The owner gives you a lot of information about what to se and where to eat.
- JiggeryPokeryJ (10/5): Mita was great, rooms were very clean and pleasant - Mita was great, and communicated very well despite us not knowing any Italian! The breakfasts she prepared were excellent, and including strong coffee, croissants, yogurt, and cereal. The rooms were lovely, extremely clean, and located on a fairly quiet street (but only a 15 minute walk from the train station, and a 10 minute walk to the metro). There are quite a few restaurants around, we loved the pizza place on Via Taranto (cheap and delicious). I would definitely stay here again!
- Siobhan (10/5): I loved it! - I recently stayed at this B&B and I would recommend it to solo travellers, like myself, for couples and for families because it is a safe, cosy bed and breakfast. A Vinicius et Mita is about a 5-10 minute walk from the beautiful San Giovanni church and about a 15-20 minute walk to the Colosseum. The nearest Metro Station, Re di Roma, is a short 5-10 minute walk from the B&B and this station is only four stations away from the Termini so it is well connected yet it is in a quiet area and it is away from the busy tourist areas. There is a supermarket located near the Metro station and there are many ATMs in the area as well as a cafe just around the corner from the B&B that sell cappuccinos for ,90 cents (I was impressed!). My room opened out onto a balcony and each room has it's own private bathroom located next door to the bedroom. A Vinicius et Mita is beautifully decorated inside and there is a lovely garden/court yard at the front of the building which is a nice area for relaxing. The family who own A Vinicius et Mita are lovely and extremely helpful and welcoming and the breakfast was very good. i would definitely recommend this B&B to family and friends and I hope to stay there again some time.
- Nancy (10/5): A great place - This unassuming little B&B was a wonderful surprise. The hosts were very welcoming and helpful. My room was huge and very well cared for and the bathroom was one of the biggest, and cleanest, I found during my entire trip to Europe. Breakfast is abundant and there is easy access to bus, metro and train lines. I would stay there again in a minute - in fact, I plan on it!
- John (8/5): A simple room - I stayed there 5 nights and it was an enjoyable experience. It was affordable and I was about a 10 minute walk to the metro and then 4 stops to Roma Termini so the location wasn't in the middle of things but I wasn't really looking for that either.
I wish there were a few more restaurants but there were enough and they were quality, affordable food, not tourist stuff.
