• Stefano (8/5): Ottima soluzione ma con regole da considerare. - Palazzo nuovo, appartamento pulito e posizione ottima, con il tram 7 arrivi in centro in pochi minuti. Appartamento fronte strada, non ci sono le tapparelle quindi la mattina entra il sole. Troppe regole rigide e da considerare che dovete dare una cauzione di 150€.

• Viano (10/5): - La posizione era perfetta. Non centrale nel caos ma tattica per raggiungerlo. Personale super gentile, si è messo a disposizione per spiegarci cosa guardare, dove mangiare. Abbiamo apprezzato tantissimo. Parla anche in italiano. Appena lo chiami subito si mettono a disposizione. Se dovessi tornare a vienna sicuramente tornerei da loro.

• Hannah (10/5): Very pleasant stay with everything we needed. Would definitely stay here again - Nice spacious apartment with everything you need. Easy check-in. It was clean apart from a few finger mark stains left on the microwave but that didn’t bother us. Very convenient location to get around Vienna as the train station is just a few minutes walk as are coffee shops, places to eat & grocery stores. Smart TV with Netflix & good Wi-Fi. Very pleasant stay. All in all I would definitely stay again & recommend N/A

• Federica Agata (8/5): - La struttura si trova in un’ottima posizione, collegata perfettamente con tutti i mezzi di trasporto che portano nel centro storico di Vienna anche senza dover fare cambi. La stanza era molto pulita e accogliente. Purtroppo non ho trovato il senso di pagare 30€ in più per il check-in dopo le 21:00 visto che si tratta di un check-in automatico senza accoglienza.

• Paulina (7/5): - Dużym plusem jest lokalizacja. Łatwość zameldowania - przez kod PIN. Salon z łóżkiem przestronny. Jeżeli ktoś ma zamiar gotować ( ja nie gotowałam) to też jest odpowiednie wyposażenie. Cała lista zasad, których złamanie grozi wysokimi karami. I rozumiem, że gospodarz chce się w ten sposób zabezpieczyć przed szkodami, ale wynoszenie śmieci samemu czy układanie brudnych ręczników na łóżku czy stoliku raczej temu nie służy. Podczas naszego pobytu nie było też jednego dnia ciepłej wody i to nie wina gospodarza, ale jednak dobrze byłoby poinformować gości co się dzieje. Trzeba też się liczyć z wysokim depozytem 150 euro ( zwrotnym). Możliwość zostawienia bagażu to koszt 20 euro- więc sporo.

• Myriam (8/5): Logement pratique et bien situé pour découvrir la ville de Vienne - Studio pas très grand mais très propre, très confortable et bien chauffé (appréciable pour un séjour hivernal). Il y a le minimum d'équipements nécessaires. Il est très bien situé géographiquement, à quelques minutes en tramway du centre ville (les stations de tram sont au bout de la rue) et en 20 min en S-Bahn de l'aéroport. Commerces et restaurants à proximité. Les instructions et la communication sont claires. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour à la Scala Apartments. Je recommande vivement !

• Kosta (9/5): - A large, spacious apartment in an excellent location. Easy-to-follow instructions and clearly stated rules, which were pretty common sense. The staff was very responsible and pleasant. Overall great value for the cost. The apartment was clean but could have been cleaner (for example one of the towels was stained) - this wasn't a deal breaker at all because they offered to have it replaced. There is a luggage room but it isn't very secure (there is even a sign on the door that says something along the lines of "leave at your own risk"). This would be totally fine if it was a free service, but it's not and costs €20.

Außerdem war das Badezimmer nicht gut gereinigt, es lagen Haare und Staub auf dem Badezimmerboden und um das Waschbecken. Ungewöhnlich und etwas stressig war die Kaution in Höhe von 150 €, die von Ihrer Kreditkarte reserviert und fünf Tage nach dem Check-out zurückerstattet wird, sowie das Poster mit der Liste der Strafen, die Sie erhalten, wenn Sie beispielsweise das Handtuch auf dem Boden liegen lassen (30 Euro).

• Alexandra (3/5): - Location is out of the busiest area, but still not far from everything I feel the cleaning and deposit policy could be improved. The bathroom needed more attention, as the toilet seat was soiled and we found hair on the floors. We also believe the €150 deposit requirement for not taking out the trash is a bit high and can create a stressful feeling for guests during their stay.
• Tim (3/5): Helaas nooit binnen geweest - wel geld weg. - Geboekt en goed op de hoogte gehouden over hoe aan te melden en hoe over de toegangscode te beschikken. Echter daarna wilde de eigenaar dat we onze credit gegevens moesten doorgeven om 150 euro te reserveren. Ik heb dat meerdere malen online geprobeerd, en terwijl mij app zei dat het succesvol was, zei het systeem van de eigenaar dat het niet in orde was en dat de reservering niet door kon gaan zonder deze borg. Erg jammer. We hebben telefonisch contact gehad, en hij heeft voorgesteld om naar de locatie te komen om mijn credit card dan handmatig met een papieren overschrijving te waarborgen, maar wij hadden er ondertussen al geen goed gevoel meer bij en hebben een ander hotel geboekt. Onze 160 euro konden we naar fluiten en worden niet terugbetaald. Ondanks dat de eigenaar geprobeerd heeft om een oplossing te vinden, was onze vreugde al verdwenen en onze centen inmiddels ook. Dus wees er bedacht op dat als je hier boekt, je ook 150 euro borg via een creditcard moet betalen.
• Stephanie (3/5): - Die Lage der Unterkunft war super. Check-in ging problemlos online. Wir hatten ein Appartement inklusive Schlafsofa gebucht, aber ein anderes erhalten. Wir wiesen darauf den Vermieter hin, bekamen aber keine Antwort. Zudem war das Appartement (im besonderen das Bad und Geschirr der Küche) nicht sehr sauber.

• Erol (8/5): Guzel bir deneyim - Kapinin girisinde ara koridor girisinde ve oda girisinde sifre girdik. Guvenlik anlaminda tatmin etti. Bizim kaldigimiz daire yuksek giristi. Daire sokaga bakiyordu ancak o kadar sakin ve sessizdi ki hic rahatsiz olmadik. Rahat rahat uyuduk.Odası oldukça buyuktu ve bina yaşını düşünürsek banyosu yenilenmisti. Daire tüm imkanları bize sağlayacak düzeydeydi. Otelden heryere rahatça ulaşım sağladık. Tramvay kullanmak oldukça keyifliydi.Fiyatina gore alınan performans iyiydi. Ancak her odası aynı koşula sahip olmayabilir.Zemin altında da odalar vardi.Mutlaka sorun. Odanin kurallarinin cok olmasi tedirgin etse de çöplerimizi attık ,kurallara uyduk ve bizden alınan depozito geri yatti.

• Roman (10/5): Bardzo udany tydzień w pięknym Wiedniu. - Lokalizacja bardzo dobra. Trzy przystanki tramwajem od centrum. Duży pokój duża łazienka, dobrze wyposażona kuchnia. Cicha ulica. Bardzo pomocny opiekun w recepcji, świetny kontakt przez telefon.

Bello l'automatizzato ma se perdi il telefono non ci sono riferimenti da contattare fuori dal portone(o almeno non li abbiamo visti). C'è scritto di non scrivere mail ma di telefonare ma chiamato 3 volte nessuno ha risposto o richiamato. Eccessivo il meccanismo sanzionatorio per appartamento non in ottime condizioni. Comprensibile ma arcaico il meccanismo della cauzione da 150€.

• Bertrand (9/5): Vienne est magnifique et nous avons apprécié l'appartement pour ce séjour. - Appartement propre plutôt bien équipé, proche du palais du belvédère (on peut s'y rendre à pied), bien désservi (bus, tramway) pour aller dans le centre ville. Il aurait pu y a voir une cafetière plutôt que d'avoir un distributeur payant et un dispositif pour pouvoir étendre son linge. Etant respectueuse du logement, de sa propreté et des règles de fonctionnement, j'ai quand même trouvé "angoissant" toutes les pénalités écrites en gros en cas de manquement. Mais tout le monde ne doit pas être respectueux...

I don't recommend it. - Normal apartment, well equipped It was dirty, hear on floor in bathroom and main room (black hair on photos, all members of my family has white hair, so they are not ours). But it is not the main problem. The main issue, that 5 days before arrival, the owner asked for 150€ deposit. It was not mentioned before, never! Then… for everything they are giving crazy penalties (photos attached). Numbers are really crazy, 30€ for 1€ plate! Guys, you r kidding???!! What a.. I am trawling around the globe and saw smth like that for a first time. I am not against rules, but write them before. And! Your guests are coming for leasure, not for stress. I am paying 150€ per night, not to think about your penalties guys! I want to relax. At the nut shell deposit was returned, but I had to have the stress… Attaching all penalties and rules for others to give them more transparency, because the owner of the apartment unfortunately doesn’t do that.

Just a few minutes away from good markets, restaurants, and the S7 line that takes you directly to the airport! 🙂 There are some rules that need to be followed if you want to avoid extra charges and to get your deposit back, but for generally tidy people, that's not a problem. For any additional clarification, we were kindly assisted by an extremely friendly gentleman who works there 🙂. It could be a bit cleaner, but all in all, for nice price you are getting good accommodation with GREAT location.
• Kerem (9/5): Clean, cozy and central — highly recommended - Clean, comfortable and well-located. Everything went smoothly. Nothing serious. Just a small wait for the deposit refund.
• Matthieu (4/5): - L'emplacement et appartement équipé de climatisation L'ensemble des règles sont compréhensibles dans un souci de respect et de propreté de l'appartement même si elles sont formulées d'une manière particulière... En revanche, cela sous-entend de mettre à disposition un logement irréprochable (propre). Dommage de trouver des draps troués, un frigo avec des moisissures, un syphon plein de cheveux, ect... Pour finir, surprise désagréable de découvrir que quelqu'un est rentré dans notre appartement en notre absence. Dommage , l'appartement pourrait vraiment offrir de belles prestations sans tout ceci ...

• Veronika (8/5): - Номер прекрасний в гарному районі. Я з радістю приїду знову. Не було там згаданих у відгуках правил. Меблі вінтажні. Комунікація буде специфічною. Якщо зробити все по правилах букінгу, то все має бути нормально
• Selim (8/5): - Tesise havalimanından ulaşım çok kolay. Havalimanı içinden kalkan metroyla ulaştığınız durağa bir kaç dakikalık yürüme mesafesinde. Size verilen şifre ile ana kapı ve oda kapınızı açıp direkt odaya girebilirsiniz. Oda geniş, ferah ve tertemizdi. Yataklar geniş ve rahattı.

• José Paulo (9/5): Um lugar tranquilo e com bom acesso ao centro de Viena. - Apartamento com as instalações bem distribuídas. Ótima localização com fácil acesso ao transporte público. A entrada no apartamento se dá por meio de um sistema de portas duplas tendo ainda 3 degraus externos, o que torna um pouco dificultoso o acesso ao interior do apartamento, especialmente se algum hóspede tiver dificuldades de locomoção.

• Jacek (8/5): - Przede wszystkim lokalizacja. Dzięki zameldowaniu online, nie mieliśmy kontaktu z personelem, a do apartamentu dostaliśmy się dzięki kodowi do drzwi wysłanemu mailem. Nie było problemu z parkowaniem na ulicy w bliskiej odległości od apartamentów

• Kristina (7/5): Good price, but with brown stains and passive aggression. - The price was very reasonable. There were a lot of weird stains in the appartment, including a suspicious brown stain under the toilet a hair the bathroom cabinets (hair was also on the spare toilet paper). I did not like that under threat of a 30 € fine I had to take out my own thrash into the outside thrash container. I did not like there was a huge poster in the apartment listing in a large font the many ways how I could incur a 30 € fine, including e.g. leaving the towels in the bathroom - I could only leave them on the bed, the desk, or the couch - otherwise there was a fine. I was afraid to use a glass to drink, because if I wouldn’t put in in the dishwasher, there is a fine. Now I understand the insistence of the property that the guest has a credit card, I have never encountered something like this in this part of the world. Very strange.

• Santiago (4/5): - Devolvieron la reserva. 1 semana antes de llegar a Viena, cuando ya estabamos de viaje nos cobraron un deposito de 150 euros en una plataforma externa a booking. Puse información sensible de mi tarjeta ya que si no lo hacía, el host iba a dar de baja la reserva. Al llegar, había una cantidad excesiva de reglas absurdas, que de no cumplirse iban a descontar dinero de la garantía. Parecía una maniobra extorsiva y no terminamos de estar comodos por este motivo.
• Amedeo (7/5): - Ampio appartamento con bel bagno In caso di problemi è difficile contattarli (non rispondono) e di conseguenza non è facile trovare una soluzione. Inoltre per confermare la prenotazione viene richiesto richiesta la carta di credito per addebitare eventuali danni… multe però ogni cosa… telecomando rubato, spazzatura non buttata ecc.

• Daria (7/5): Monolocale silenzioso, comoda posizione - La posizione ha tutto quello che serve vicino, ben collegata con i mezzi urbani. Bagno grande e ben funzionante. Va migliorata la pulizia del pavimento, sotto i letti e i comodini c'era davvero tantissima polvere. La descrizione dell'appartamento scelto (e pagato in più di proposito) non è coincisa con l'appartamento assegnato al check-in. La restituzione della cauzione avviene 5 giorni dopo il check-out. Le regole dell'appartamento dovrebbero essere descritte meglio nella presentazione della struttura.
• Paweł (8/5): Wypoczynek - Właściciel miły, pomocny i zainteresowany problemem gości. Potrafi wyjaśnić i jednocześnie nie jest wścibski. Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, blisko sklepy i metro. Ważne jest też to że Właściciel był wobec nas uczciwy. Spis kar za niewykonanie czegoś albo za zniszczenia. Natomiast z punktu widzenia właściciela rozumiem gdyż pewnie miał kontakt z różnymi ludźmi. Uważam że zasady są do zaakceptowania.
