• Matthew (10/5): Nice option in Trastevere with good access to transit. - Excellent access to Roma Trastevere train station. Makes getting to/from the airport, Roma Termini station, and other locations in the city easy. Much lower key location than others in Rome which suited how we travel.

A parte, el hombre que lo gestiona fue súper simpático: comunicación por WhatsApp fluida, rápida y fácil, nos recomendó sitios para comer/cenar e hizo el check-in/check-out fáciles. Las instalaciones son quizás un poco „antiguas“ pero estaba todo muy limpio y se veía cuidado. Nada, está general muy bien para un fin de semana en Roma
• Lais (10/5): Perfect Place to Stay - I liked every single thing. The rooms were very clean and many amenities were provided. Everything you needed was provided and everything was very clean. Very calm place to stay, no noise and everyone is very helpful and friendly. The staff also provided me with a list of places to visit and things to do in Rome which was very helpful.

• Renata Fagundes Moreira (10/5): accogliente, curato nei dettagli e in una posizione comodissima - BnB eccellente, molto ben organizzato e pulitissimo. L’host è estremamente gentile e sempre disponibile. Abbiamo apprezzato molto la posizione, con facile accesso sia agli autobus che al treno nelle vicinanze. In camera mettono a disposizione caffè, omaggi e tante piccole attenzioni che mi sono state davvero utili durante il soggiorno. Inoltre, per chi ama il maritozzo (come me), c’è un posto fantastico proprio accanto: Il Maritozzaro. Tornerò sicuramente!

• Isabela (10/5): Um local com excelente custo-benefício, bem localizado e muito agradável. - A acomodação é perfeita, foi um ótimo custo benefício. Não dou nota 11 por que a máxima é 10, local limpo, perto de metrô, várias opções de ônibus logo na porta, fácil de chegar, confortável, muitos restaurantes e bares ao redor (tem um Mc Donald’s em frente). Foram também muito bons comigo em deixar que eu guardasse minhas malas na recepção já que meu check out era às 10h, porém, meu trem partia somente às 18h. Único ponto de melhoria é que a cafeteira estava um pouco suja e com isso eu não a usei.

Amazing value for the money, this B&B felt more like a boutique hotel in terms of the service and amenities. Little touches from the slippers, sleepmask and earplugs to the little snacks, candies and breakfast left in room daily. I especially loved the extremely easy to use bedside coffee maker, which was also super convenient! Great big comfortable beds and great location I.e. right near the bridge between one of the two best neighborhoods of Rome being Trastevere and Testaccio but also near some great food places (the newly opened second location of l’Elementare pizzeria and beer bar Ma Che, but also a short walk or tram/bus ride away from the historic city center. But what I loved most of all was the incredible hospitality I received from the staff and especially from owner Luciano. He went above and beyond to make sure my stay was perfect, making me feel not only at home but that I was being looked after. He even let me stay an extra day last minute due to hurting my neck, leaving me a bag of goodies for my next days stay outside my door so I didn’t have to move. Exceptional host and a person that really cares about others and what they are doing. This will be my go-to spot the next time I visit Rome. Cannot recommend this place enough!

La posizione è comodissima, ideale per muoversi facilmente e visitare la città. L’accoglienza è stata calorosa e professionale, facendoci sentire subito a casa. Un’esperienza davvero eccellente, assolutamente consigliata.
• Adigozalov (10/5): Очень удобная локация и хороший хозяин, рекоммендую на короткий срок. - Этот гостевой дом, действительно находиться у вокзала ТРАСТЕВЕРЕ и локация очень удобная, все достопримечательности +/- в 20 или макс 30 мин ходьбы, что ну очень удобно. Главный же плюс, это хозяин Лучано, четкий чувак и всегда готов помочь 24/7, особенно приятно, что он любезно согласился заселить меня в 7 утра, за что ему отдельное спасибо! В комнате не ищите изыска и шика, но за то тут чисто, всё работает и убирают каждый день. На короткие поездки, просто идеально. Я бы отметил маленькую душевую кабину и то, что нет вида на этот потрясающий город. Поверьте, эта комната стоит каждого евро цента, очень советую!
• Angela (10/5): - Sono stata veramente bene, la stanza è spaziosa e pulitissima. Fornita del kit cortesia e di tutto il necessario per fare una colazione (caffè, acqua, merendine e snack). La posizione è eccellente siamo andati a piedi al centro in 20 minuti, e a cenare a testaccio in 5 minuti; se poi ami camminare c'è anche la discesa sul lungotevere che è un sogno. Luciano è stato disponibilissimo, ci ha fornito tutte le informazioni e dato tutte le indicazioni. Non potevamo sperare di più.

Che dire un soggiorno bellissimo, la struttura è veramente vicino a tutto: trenino per andare a San Pietro, Aeroporto o Stazione Termini, tram 8 e 3 per andare a Piazza Venezia o Colosseo, e Testaccio che si raggiunge a piedi in 5 minuti. • Marildo (10/5): A hospedagem do Luciano superou as expectativas. - Ficámos apenas uma noite nesta hospedagem, por se tratar de um período de transição antes de apanhar o voo, e a escolha não poderia ter sido melhor. A localização é extremamente estratégica, na zona de Trastevere, a cerca de 400 metros de uma estação de comboio com ligação direta ao aeroporto de Fiumicino, o que facilitou imenso a nossa deslocação. A hospedagem do Luciano superou as expectativas. O quarto é muito confortável, extremamente limpo e bem organizado — tudo funcionava perfeitamente, desde o aquecimento à água quente. O nível de limpeza é irrepreensível, incluindo o chão, toalhas e todo o espaço, tudo muito cuidado e perfumado. O Luciano é um anfitrião excecional: enviou com bastante antecedência todas as informações de acesso, com instruções muito detalhadas e claras, o que tornou a chegada simples e tranquila. Ficámos encantados com a atenção aos detalhes e os mimos disponíveis: chinelos, doces, cápsulas de café, bolinhos, biscoitos, itens para pequeno-almoço, além de uma excelente oferta de produtos de higiene — escova de dentes descartável, pente, touca, sabonete, shampoo, secador de cabelo, entre outros. Honestamente, havia mais comodidades do que em muitos hotéis de cinco estrelas. A estadia, mesmo curta, foi impecável. Saímos com vontade de voltar e, numa próxima ida a Roma, ficaremos sem dúvida novamente na hospedagem do Luciano. Recomendo totalmente.

• massimiliano (10/5): Oltre ogni più rosea previsione - Posizione perfetta sia per chi arriva da Fiumicino che n treno o bus. A pochi minuti dalla zona pedonale di Trastevere ma in zona silenziosa. Staff veramente cordiale e professionale, sia a distanza che in presenza. Ho potuto apprezzare l'estrema gentilezza e puntualità con le quali mi sono venuti incontro. In camera dotazioni da hotel 4stelle o più, pulizia ottima. Veramente una piacevole sorpresa, non mancherò di tornare in occasione dei miei tour gastronomici e soprattutto di estendere ad amici e conoscenti Non posso aggiungere la lode al meritato 10

There are various restaurants close by, as well as the Mercato di Testaccio. It is also convenient to go to Fiumicino as it is 5 minutes away from Trastevere station. The owner is very accommodating and always willing to help, give suggestions, directions, etc. Check in is easy, it is self check in, but with easy and prompt communication if needed.

La habitación completa, con cafetera, snacks, agua, todos los elementos de higiene personal (cepillo de dientes, peine, afeitadora, hilo dental) el personal muy amable, incluso perdimos un juego de llaves en nuestra estadía y el dueño hizo todo para solucionarlo, ingresar y hacer un nuevo juego. Bardzo dbający o gości właściciel, choć przybyliśmy późno, nie było kłopotu z zameldowaniem, świetny kontakt przez Whatsapp, czytelne wskazówki i na prawdę, dbałość większa niż się spodziewaliśmy - oprócz niezbędników były drobne przekąski. Super wygodne łóżko. Lokalizacja idealna dla przyjeżdżających pociągiem z Fiumicino, bo blisko dworca Trastevere. Chce się wrócić! Żadnych negatywnych uwag.
