• Antonio (9/5): Quasi perfetto - la posizione con vicino tanti negozi e soprattutto la fermata metro Piramide, la camera silenziosa, pulita e accogliente. La colazione non è proprio il massimo, si potrebbe migliorare... tutto confezionato e industriale

• Raquel (7/5): Muy agradable y recomendable 100% - Estaba muy muy limpio, disponía de todo el equipamiento, tienen varias puertas el edificio para acceder y todo es automático, da facilidad para llegadas nocturnas tardes y es de agradecer No es un no gustar pero si echar en falta alguna cortina oscura en la ventana de la habitación 1 ya que nada más amanece entra el sol y te molesta

• susana (4/5): Disappointing - Location It is not a hotel. Reception is not available It is an Airbnb format. It is only one apartment with 3 rooms. Big Trash cans were outside the building and it was very dirty inside the building. A bad odour came out from the toilet. For example, guest were locked out from the apartment and start ringing the bell at midnight.

• Denise (8/5): Molto pulito e posizione ottimale - Struttura molto pulita e accogliente, posizione perfetta per visitare la città dato che la fermata della metro è velocemente raggiungibile a piedi Unica pecca il riscaldamento. La stanza era molto fredda…l’impianto è centralizzato (così ci è stato detto), dunque si accende per pochissimo tempo al giorno, e la pompa di calore presente in stanza non funzionava molto.

• Dave (6/5): Room very good, access an issue - We liked the concept and the presentation. The flat was well equipped with a good size room for two singles. Aircon worked well and everything was very clean. The only issue was that we had trouble getting into the apartment. No matter what we did we could not get the Q code fob to work. So we ended up ringing the owner so that they could open the door remotely, on one occasion we did not get a reply. If not for this issue we would have given the flat a 9...

• Lizbeth (8/5): Muy bueno - Estaba limpio. Tenía todo lo necesario. Cerca de los transportes. Tenía aire acondicionado. Había un Carrefour cerca y montón de restaurantes. Las camas eran duras.

• Kayleigh (9/5): perfect stay and good value for money - room was a nice size and really clean with everything we needed and it is a great location - short metro ride or 40 min walk to city centre. bit confusing to get into apartment but again staff were really helpful. definitely recommend! b&b was really nice only issues we had were that the toilet wasn’t flushing on first night but cleaner fixed this for us, and that the hairdryer didn’t work. bit confusing to get into apartment but again staff were really helpful.

• Magdalini (6/5): A night was enough. - Close to the Piramide Metro Station. Bad odors from the bathroom pipes. Not soundproof walls (we could hear every word of our apartment's neighbours).

• Sanjana (1/5): Bad - Nothing really. The location was not that great. We did not know this is a room in a 3 room apartment in a residential complex located outside public transh dumpsters. We did not sign up to pay hotel room rates to get put it in a very poorly done "air b n b" concept but far away from it. there is no front desk. A random person came to us, did not speak a word of english and started going over things, asking for the passport, city tax, and explaining how things would work. We thought the whole thing was VERY shady! The B&B should openly disclose that this is NOT a hotel, it is a room within in an apartment within in a residential complex. I would have not stayed here had I know this. They make the pictures look great and hard to tell what you are signing up for. We felt we overpaid for what we got.

• Maria (9/5): Highly-recommended for a break in Rome - B&B is located 7 mins away by walk from the metro station Piramide, which is pretty close to the city centre and the central railway station. It is cosy and clean, the breakfast stuff is available in the kitchen 24/7. There is Conad supermarket at the end of the street.

• Γιαννησ (9/5): Superb - Very good location with a metro station (Pyramide) very close to the house. Within 10 minutes we were at a popular monuments of Rome in the center. Great variety at breakfast from well-packaged products. Daily room cleaning.
• Veronica (10/5): Great place for an amazing city! - The area was great, super close to piramide station, easy walk or commute to anywhere in the city. The room was clean and had all the basics, plus some nice ammenities in the bathroom. Nadia the manager was super friendly and helpful. We had initially requested 2 beds, which weren't there upon arrival, she took care of it immediately, made it feel as a smooth stay. Breakfast is 3E$ per person, totally worth it instead of buying outside, they had a good selection of hams, bread, biscuits yogurt etc... definitely a great option, I wouldn't think twice to stay there again.
