• Elena (8/5): Un viaje estupendo y muy recomendable! - Lo mejor es su ubicación , te permite visitarlo todos los monumentos y lugares principales fácilmente, la limpieza y el buen trato del personal. Además también está cerca de distintas zonas de restaurantes muy chulas y animadas. Las almohadas no nos resultaron cómodas y no nos permitieron dormir bien. Son antiguas y bastante incómodas, el lo único que no nos gustó. Para quien aprecie el descanso después de días de turismo intenso , el tema de las almohadas influye.

Late check-in hat gut funktioniert. Etwas komplizierter Kommunikationsstart mit dem Besitzer. Vor Ort aber alle sehr freundlich.

Late check in war gar kein Problem und unkompliziert Da die Unterkunft sehr zentral liegt, war der Straßenlärm die ganze Nacht sehr laut (Müllabfuhr um 4 Uhr morgens, laute Menschengruppen, Straßenputzmaschine..) und es war nicht möglich bei offenem Fenster zu schlafen

• Hayley (8/5): Amazing Location! - Excellent location in the centre of Florence. The Duomo was a 5 minute walk. The hosts were very helpful once we arrived inside the property for check in and marked out on a map where to see the sights and the shops. The room was clean and tidy and was good for the 1 night that we stayed. The room had a beautiful painted ceiling and chandelier. Breakfast was good and there was a great selection on offer. The property is a great base for sightseeing and the price point is ok considering its location and close proximity to the Duomo. To enter the property from the street you need to have the key card. Obviously when you initially arrive you dont have this and it wasn't clear which intercom button to press as there are multiple properties within the building. Fortuntately someone else with a card was going in and so we were able to follow them in. It wasn't a problem but it is also worth noting there is no lift and a few flights of stairs so you will have to carry up your luggage. The host said this is detailed in the booking description but I must have missed it. The matress on the double bed was hard and quite uncomfortable.

• Alison Bird (7/5): Staff was excellent, bed was comfortable. - The location was the key factor for us. To get to the room you had to carry your luggage up 77 steps, 3rd floor. The room we stayed in had the smallest shower we have ever seen.

• Jean-Claude (4/5): Un guest house hors de prix et de piètre qualité à éviter - L’emplacement est excellent et la chambre est propre, nettoyer chaque jour. Pas d’ascenseur et 72 escaliers à monter avec la valise, pas de chauffage central et salle de bain froide. L’évier coule et la douche déborde. Il n’y a pas d’armoire à habits. Et la nourriture du petit déjeuner n’est pas fraîche. Pain dur et croissant recuits au micro-ondes. Le prix de 190 euros par jour avec petit déjeuner est simplement scandaleux et profite de la horde touristique de Pâques. Le personnel quitte les lieux vers 14h, et non pas 18h, comme décrit dans Booking, donc fallacieux. Je déconseille très vivement ce guest house. Même si le tenancier est sympathique.

• Catherine (8/5): Super plan - L'hôtel est parfaitement situé, à proximité de tous les points culturels intéressants, musées, églises, ainsi que de restaurants en tous genre ... Il se trouve au 2éme étage d'un palazzo, les chambres sont confortables et le petit déjeuner propose du sucré et du salé. Le personnel est très aimable. Alors que la rue est animée, l'hôtel est très calme. L'hôtel est accessible au bout d'un escalier de 77 marches. Il faut le savoir, si on a des problèmes de mobilité, ce n'est pas le bon endroit.

Massor med restauranger utanför porten. Rummet var stort med fantastisk målad fresk i taket från 1860-talet. Själva huset från 1100-talet. Bra att tänka på att huset inte har hiss. Trapporna motsvarar trapporna i ett svenskt 4-5 våningshus.

Alles sauber und die Übergabe mittels Code Übermittlung funktionierte perfekt da wie erst am späten Abend anreisten. Es soll keine Kritik sein, doch für ältere Menschen ohne Lift in den dritten Stock vermutlich eher beschwerlich.
