Nina (10/5): Tolle Unterkunft - Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in der Unterkunft, dass Personal war sehr freundlich und das Frühstück unheimlich lecker. Die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt und gut gelegen, um die Städte im Umkreis zu erkunden. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen. Man könnte die Ausstattung in der Küche noch verbessern (z.B. Kochlöffel, scharfes Messer, Brotmesser, Handtuch, Spülmittel) für einfache Gerichte reicht es aber aus.

Imposible poner una pega, tal vez indicar que la comida nos llegó fría a la mesa.... pero no tiene importancia más allá de la rapidez en servirla.

Dal cortile e dalle camere si gode la bellezza del sorgere del sole e del tramonto. Il personale sempre disponibile e attento a soddisfare le richieste degli ospiti, cordialità e cortesia sono encomiabili. La colazione a buffet è ricchissima e i prodotti sono molto buoni.

MASSIMILIANO (8/5): Nella struttura di Villa San Filippo si possono trascorrere giornate di vero relax. - La posizione della struttura consente di ammirare un bellissimo paesaggio caratteristico della Toscana. Posizione comoda per raggiungere altre località come Volterra, San Gimignano, Siena. In alcune giornate i lettini in piscina non erano sufficienti per tutti i clienti.... in alternativa ci sono prati verdi per stendere l'asciugamano.

Ludmilla (10/5): Atemberaubender Urlaub - Das Hotel und das Apartment waren sehr sauber und es gab nichts zu beanstanden. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis war sehr gut und das Frühstück lecker. Auch das Personal war überaus freundlich und hilfsbereit bzgl. Restaurants und Ausflugszielen. Die Villa liegt in ruhiger Lage und man hat einen wunderschönen Ausblick auf die Hügellandschaft der Toscana. Die Gartenanlage wird sehr gut gepflegt und es gibt genügend Parkplätze. Ein unvergesslicher Aufenthalt. Dass ich zu wenig Nächte gebucht habe und abreisen musste ;)

Antonio (4/5): - La colazione aveva una scelta ridotta. Le fotografie delle camere della struttura non sono associate alla prenotazione, che viene effettuata. Se, mia moglie ed io, l'avessimo vista non l'avremmo prenotata: - la splendida vista sulle colline toscane, messa ripetutamente in primo piano da tutte le foto, non è accessibile a tutti (basta saperlo!); - l'arredo non certamente adeguato ad una dimora storica: - le foto della struttura inducono a pensare che ci sia il servizio ristorante; infatti si vedono tavoli apparecchiati (foto n. 5 e 16). Altri aspetti che non si potevano desumere da eventuali foto corredate: - il lavandino, in ceramica, del bagno presentava diverse crepe; - i prodotti da bagno errano ridotti a due dispenser di sapone liquido, uno nella doccia e uno sul lavandino e due cuffiette; - mancavano gli asciugamani da bidet; Quando abbiamo fatto le nostre rimostranze alla reception ci è stato detto che la struttura è un bed and breakfast pertanto la valutazione della villa non è esprimibile in stelle come per gli hotel. Siamo felici per gli ospiti che ci hanno preceduto e sono riusciti a dare valutazioni tutte estremamente positive!

With little improvements it could become one of the top places - The location is very beautiful, quiet with amazing views and close to Barberino. The pool is a bit old, dirty at the bottom and one was even empty. The apartment was good, just a bit dated. I loved the 3 bathrooms and the little patio but the sofa bed was very uncomfortable, one of the room upstairs didnt have a lot of space and couldnt open the window and a few essentials were missing in the kitchen like a cloth to dry the dishes, small coffee cups.
