The staff was beyond helpful and went out of their way to make sure our stay was wonderful. We absolutely loved the location of the hotel and made several rest stops back to the hotel during our sightseeing. The jam cookies brought to our room as a surprise were delicious!

• Hamad (4/5): Disappointing - The location of the property The size of the room vs. the price, it’s overpriced compared to what I have paid. The room is very small, we were two in the room, we can’t walk in the same way, someone has to sit on the bed.

• Chris (2/5): Avoid - worst value for money you can find. - Location Avoid this hotel. This was the worst value for money we have ever experienced and, frankly, felt like a complete scam. At best, the room might be worth 200 euros per night. We paid more than double that. The listing was very misleading and did not reflect the reality we encountered. The room itself was completely unacceptable. Access was through what appeared to be a fire exit on the top floor, and despite being on the rooftop, you had to go down stairs into a cramped, poorly designed space that felt more like a converted utility area than a proper hotel room. It was essentially a heated shoebox, with an extremely small window that provided almost no natural light or ventilation. The so-called “terrace” was equally deceptive — nothing more than two chairs placed next to a fire exit, and shared with another room, offering zero privacy. This was not clearly disclosed and felt intentionally misleading. The temperature situation made everything worse. While Rome was a comfortable 20°C outside, the room was reaching 28°C in the evening. The listing clearly stated that air conditioning was available, which was a key reason we booked this property. However, in reality, the air conditioning was ineffective due to a centralised system that could not be adjusted, making it essentially unusable. This is highly misleading, as the property advertises air conditioning but does not provide a functional or usable system. The room was unbearably hot and suffocating, and the tiny window did nothing to help. We were forced to open both the window and the door at night just to get some air, which felt unsafe and unacceptable. On top of this, the breakfast quality was extremely poor and far below expectations, adding to the overall disappointment. This experience didn’t just fall short — it completely ruined our stay in Rome. We feel we were misled at every stage, from the room description to the facilities provided. We strongly urge Booking.

They were always ready to assist whenever needed. Room: I booked a Junior Suite. The room was spacious and very clean. The staff is very friendly, especially ladies at breakfast and Ibrahim the handyman. The breakfast buffet contains what is needed, tasty coffee, freshly squeezed orange juice, few sources of protein, fresh fruits and pastries. The bed and pillows were so comfortable and the rooms clean - wished more fruits at the breakfast - our room had only one mirror that was located in the bathroom. Would be nice to have at least one more in the room - some guests forgot to close the elevator doors properly and the lift didn’t move until the doors were closed. Would be nice if something could be done to this

• Annette (10/5): I’d highly suggest staying there if you’re looking for personalized service and a pretty place to stay! - It was refurbished and well maintained. Clean and within walking distance to restaurants and sights. Staff were fantastic; they were very accommodating and did their best to make sure we were comfortable. It was hard to find a cab one evening due to a football game.

• The Young Traveler (10/5): It was truly a magical stay! - My husband and I had an amazing stay! I would recommend this hotel over and over. The staff was AMAZING! Everyone was so warm and inviting, and there was great attention to detail. It felt like we had a little family away from home! The front desk clerk, David, was phenomenal! He went out of his way to make our 10th anniversary one that we will never forget. We received a little surprise every day, which was very unexpected but very much appreciated. I honestly can go on and on about our stay; it was truly magical! The only issue was that it got hot at night in our room, which could just be a preference thing, which is why it wasn't a big deal to us. Especially since when we asked for a fan, the staff gave us one with no problem! And after that, we weren't hot anymore!

• William (9/5): Amazing location, friendly staff, big rooms - 1 Amazing location!—the hotel is a 30m walk from all the sites (Forum, Vatican), and is right next to both then Borghese Park and an incredible shopping district. 2 Big rooms! We didn’t feel stuck to ourselves like we normally do when travelling to big cities 3 Great staff - everyone was warm, friendly and informative. Note we don’t try the breakfast; there is a nice cafe right next door to it with coffee and baked goods which was sufficient The only mildly annoying thing is a small, antique elevator, but there are only 3 floors in the hotel, so no big deal.

• Shirley Donnelly (10/5): comfortable. Position was excellent. Helpful friendly staff Delicious breakfast - Area of hotel, also excellent staff. Couldnt do enough.Fantastic breakfast.
• Ana (10/5): - Amazing staff (David & Marzia), they accommodated all our wishes, from aperol at the terrace, restaurant suggestions and reservations, taxi. Felt like being with the family. Also the staff at the breakfast was super kind. Room was new and spacious, but the private terrace was the best part! Hotel was located at the great location so we could walk everywhere. My niece and I were super pleased with everything. Perhaps price was a bit high for a 4 star hotel, but the overall experience made it irrelevant.
