• lena (1/5): Katastrophe - Nettes Personal Es hatte Ungeziefer im Zimmer, es war nicht Sauber und nicht komfortabel. Es hatte nicht mal ein Fenster, ich war in einer Abstellkammer untergebracht. Das Bett war Hart wie Stein und auch auf dem Bett war überall Ungeziefer zu sehen. Der angeboten Flughafentransfer war die reinste Katastrophe. Ich wurde nonstop mit Telefonanrufe Terrorisiert während ich noch bei der Immigration war. Ich soll mich beim Treffpunkt einfinden, da angekommen war aber niemand. Sie sagte ich soll das Auto suchen das war aber weit und breit nicht zu sehen nach ca. 20min kam es dann in einer Seelenruhe angefahren. Ich wurde dann beschuldigt ich sei nicht da gewesen.

• Reilly (8/5): Very good - The staff are very helpful and friendly. The beds are comfortable. The location is great. The room was clean. There was an issue with a leaking hose to the hot water tank but staff took care of it right away. The church bells early in the morning.
• Becca (4/5): Disappointing - The staff was amazing. The lady during the day was super kind and helpful! She booked us a day tour that was very good! The location is also perfect, being central to many, many things in the Old Quarter. When we first got there we were told our room was not ready, so they put us in a larger, "luxurious" room with 2 large Queen Beds, a bathtub and window facing the street. The next night we were told we could stay there but pay extra, we opted to our original room. Not a good choice because the room was very dirty, the shower had no curtain so water got everywhere, the tiles were cracked and the shower head was nasty caked with Grime and dirty from a long time of not being properly cleaned. The mirror and cups looked to have maybe got a quick rinse down but not cleaned. We ended up paying more for a bigger room because it was not worth loosing the money to stay elsewhere. This room was better with one of the only spots in the hotel with working wifi or service, but through our 5 more days staying there, the beds were only made but not changed so there was constantly dirt on the bedding and in the sheets, and the floors were never cleaned through our stay. It also doesn't help that our AC broke the first night in the upgraded room, luckily it wasn't too hot and a fan worked. And by that point we felt like there were too many other issues that we mentioned at the beginning that this issue didn't feel comfortable mentioning. All in all, nice staff, but the rooms and building need an upgrade and a deep clean very badly.

We complained and moved - Location and price The feel of it … from the reception area and beyond. The bathroom was old and dated, room not as described, (we booked a room with a balcony, and when we pointed out that there was no balcony, we were told that the view of another hotel balcony across the street was what they offered!?), hmmm. The decor was drab… front desk staff were working through google translate, all very friendly but not what we had in mind from reviews …. Deceptive pictures and descriptions online ….. I paid in full for 3 nights and was rebated for 2 nights on departure.

The location is excellent, close to all major tourist spots, which made exploring the city very convenient. the room and hotel overall were comfortable and well-maintained, offering good value for the price. One standout was the service. Ms Nga at the reception was incredibly helpful and friendly; she made sure I had everything I needed and truly went out of her way to make my stay enjoyable. I genuinely appreciate her kindness and dedication. I look forward to staying here again on my next trip to Hanoi!
