• Müller (8/5): Unkompliziertes sauberes Hotel mit ausgezeichnetem Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ohne Luxus - Das Hotel ist gut, mein Einzel-Zimmer im sechsten Stock war klein aber sauber. Allerdings das Bettzeug besteht aus Decken. Es wäre schön, wenn die Zudecke des Bettes komplett in einem weißen Überzug umschlossen wäre, damit man nicht in Kontakt mit der Pseudowolldecke kommt. Es ist nur ein Leintuch offen unterlegt. Was auch nicht gut ist, ist der Aufzug, nur für 3 Personen. Sehr gut ist die Unkompliziertheit und das Frühstück für 6 Euro, ausreichend Kaffee, Croissant und Baguette, man bekommt alles auf dem Tablett serviert, kein nerviges Buffet mit oft unzulänglich funktionierender Kaffeemaschine. Mein Bad war neu und gut!

• SILVIA (10/5): camera con vista stupenda e staff cordiale e premuroso - sono stata in vacanza con mia figlia adolescente dal 21 al 26 marzo 2026. Avevo chiesto una stanza con la veduta su Montmartre e mi hanno risposto che avrebbero fatto il possibile per accontentarci. Non dimenticherò mail lo stupore che ho provato aprendo il balcone la sera del nostro arrivo: davanti a noi si ergeva tutta illuminata la basilica del Sacre Coeur. Ho ringraziato lo staff per la camera con vista e per aver soddisfatto ogni richiesta. Stanza spaziosa, letto matrimoniale alla francese, c'era persino un tavolo con sedia con specchio e specchio ingrandente per il trucco. Bagno piccolo ma funzionale. Le pulizie venivano fatte tutti i giorni. Io e mia figlia siamo state entusiaste. La prossima volta che torniamo a Parigi soggiorneremo ancora qua. Ancora grazie a tutto lo staff per la cortesia e disponibilità. Silvia e Emma armadio per i vestiti un pò piccolo per due donne piene di cambio d'abiti ;-)

J'ai été chaleureusement accueillie et ai apprécié l'amabilité du personnel tout au long de mon séjour. La chambre était propre et correspondait parfaitement à mes attentes.

• san agustin (10/5): - Cuando vuelva a paris, sin duda llegaría a este hotel, que a demás de estar muy bien ubicado, esta muy bien conectado , el metro en frente y a un solo camión llegas a la torre eifel.. la habitación a pesar de lo que dicen que paris todo es pequeño, la habitación es muy espaciosa, cómoda y con todas las amenidades .... pero la cereza del pastel es la gran atención del personal que labora ahí! Sin duda quedé con gran sabor de boca y dejaron con muy buen recuerdo mi viaje ... !!! Se los recomiendo Todo excelente 👌

Stanza piccolissima, non c'era modo di aprire le 4 valigie contemporaneamente e soprattutto dove poggiarle. Avrei tolto la scrivania e avrei messo una panca. Anche la pulizia lasciava a desiderare, le asciugamani puzzavano.

Die Lage direkt an der Metro Anvers, unterhalb von Sacre Coeur ist fantastisch. Überall Einkaufsmöglickeiten, überall Café s und Restaurants. Ganz Paris ließ sich bequem erreichen. Ich komme gerne wieder!

• michela (9/5): Per passare 3 giorni a Parigi, abbiamo scelto questa struttura, con sincerità, senza troppe aspettative e,Invece,si è ri - La posizione centrale, la gentilezza e disponibilità dello staff (presente sulle 24h), la pulizia e anche la colazione, servita da personale gentilissimo, nella sua semplicità, risulta completa e contempla gusto sia dolce che salato. Se devo trovare un piccolo, ma trascurabile difetto, il bagno è un po’ piccolo ma, contemporaneamente molto funzionale.

Bagno sporco con residui di sporco vecchi. Struttura molto vecchia, mal conservata e spazi piccolissimi angusti.

Le petit déjeuner n'est pas un buffet mais un plateau déjà préparé, c'est bien organisé et on peut demander un supplément mais ça fait un peu expéditif surtout que la salle n'est pas adaptée au nombre de clients

• Sara (9/5): - Ho alloggiato all'Avenir hotel per una settimana. La posizione è ottima: 50 m dalla linea 2 metro Avenir e a 500 m dal Sacre Coeur. Il personale è gentilissimo e accogliente. La stanza piccola ma con tutto il necessario. Il personale delle pulizie molto attento per il cambio asciugamani e nella pulizia quotidiana della stanza. Essendo un 2 stelle, il rapporto qualità prezzo è ottimo. Ci ritornerei!

• Roland (9/5): Toller Blick auf Sacre Coeur (oberste Etage), gute Lage! - Toller Blick (Dachgeschoss, direkt auf Sacre Coeur), weiter unten leider wohl nicht). Gut gelegen, direkt ggü U-Bahn und Sacre Coeur Treppen, im Zimmer trotzdem ruhig. Personal war sehr freundlich. Wir hatten bei der Buchung übersehen, dass wir kein Doppelbett gebucht haben, man gab uns daraufhin ein anderes Zimmer. Frühstück habe wir nicht gehabt. Standard für Paris ok, alles etwas älter aber Funktion in Ordnung. Nichts für längere Aufenthalte aber für Wochenende ok.

• Atty (9/5): Een topervaring in een charmant, sfeervol echt Frans hotel op een perfecte locatie. - De locatie was top; een gezellige buurt met veel eettentjes, het personeel was heel vriendelijk. Aan veel dingen was gedacht, bijvoorbeeld spiegels, een kluisje, een ruime kast en alles was superschoon! We vonden de bedden een beetje hard (maar was niet heel erg).

• Tamar (8/5): - I had a very nice stay at Avenir Hotel Montmartre. I was traveling alone, and the hotel felt safe, comfortable, and welcoming. The room was clean and had everything I needed for a short stay. The location is great—right in Montmartre, close to many attractions, cafes, and public transport, which made it easy to explore Paris. The staff were friendly and helpful, always ready to assist when needed. Overall, a pleasant and convenient place to stay, especially for solo travelers.

В отеле предлагаются завтраки около 7 €. Для Парижа это очень недорого! Не могу сказать, что очень вкусно, но вполне. Рядом есть булочная с великолепными круассанами, но и стоимость в итоге соответствующая. Мы брали номер на 4-х. Тесновато. Но это мелочи! Все было хорошо.

• SUZANNE (9/5): It was a convenient and comfortable place to stay, and I will stay here again. - The view was nice, overlooking a park. Location was great, easy to walk to the Gare du Nord and all of Montmartre. Lots of restaurants in the vicinity too. It was a little small, but we expected that.

• Martina Mangolini (5/5): - La stanza era pulita e con una bellissima vista sul Sacro Cuore. Anche la struttura nel complesso pulita. Posizione centrale con metropolitana a due passi. Poco rumore, si dorme tranquillamente. Alcuni membri del personale non erano proprio accoglienti e sorridenti, la stanza era molto piccola con un bagno talmente piccolo da fare fatica a starci anche per una persona minuta. Per il prezzo che ho pagato mi aspettavo di più.

• Maurizio (8/5): Nice stay, no frills but good value for the money spent. Positive logistics. - Roomy, silent room with plenty of light from the three large windows. Simple breakfast but more than acceptable at a competitive price. Bathroom of correct size and again no frills but all what you need is there. Therefore, a honest performance at a correct price. The hotel entrance door looks atrocious and was seemingly patched up with some bandage. Reception very basic and breakfast room and staircase on similar note. Much better the room, within the limits of a certain modesty of taste. In my opinion the whole property could be upgraded with some limited economic effort, if coupled by good aesthetic taste.
