А сейчас всё новое, красивое и прекрасно оформлено. Номера очаровательные, хотя немного не хватает места для хранения вещей, особенно в ванной комнате. Очень хорошее обслуживание - любая просьба выполнялась быстро и качественно. Вкусный и разнообразный завтрак. У нас было небольшое недопонимание с заказом завтраков, но в итоге всё уладилось. Спасибо девушке на ресепшен, к сожалению, не помню её имени. Я в восторге от этой гостиницы и обязательно вернусь сюда снова. Добавить чайник с горячей водой для чая и добавить полочек в ванной комнате.

• Elizabeth (10/5): Exceptional location, room, and service! - We only stayed for one night, but it was great! The room was huge, and the jacuzzi and shower were very nice! The woman at the reception was very helpful. We had to leave early, but she helped us schedule our breakfast and a ride to the airport. Also the breakfast was huge! Great location right by the Spanish steps. Not about the property, but if you are taking the metro, and your navigation has you get off at Spagna - you are going to have to climb the Spanish Steps! Just be aware if you have your luggage with you like we did.

Il pourrait y avoir plus de rangement,des chaînes françaises à la tv et les fauteuils sont trop bas par rapport à la table

• Alex (7/5): - Staff were very nice, breakfast was fantastic, very close to the Roma Termini train station. Room in general was clean, bathroom particularly so. Loved the post it notes from previous guests on the hallway walls - they were very fun to read! I think we had higher expectations based on the photos. Whilst we had a nice time, the hotel looks a little tired/weathered and could do with some tidying up to paintwork etc to give it the luxury feel it advertises. I think because most of the advertised photos are in the suites / bigger rooms, it felt a bit disappointing. I’d also say the curtains really need replacing as they looked stained in places which was very off putting. There also seemed to be a small leak from the shower cubicle where the little window is at the bottom and the jacuzzi bath was a bit hit and miss with the jets turning themself off repeatedly (wasn’t in there long so not the end of the world). As mentioned, we did have a nice time, but for the cost I’m not sure it met the expectations we had.

Het ontbijt wordt uitgeserveerd op de kamer wat heel fijn is! De keuze van ontbijt is beperkt tot 3 varianten. het ontbijt is ruim voldoende qua hoeveelheid. De kwaliteit van het ontbijt is prima. Kamers zijn ook lekker ruim! Er is geen lift en als je wat langer blijft is de keuze uit 3 varianten van ontbijt misschien te beperkt. Communicatie via WhatsApp. De snelheid is heel goed maar soms wat onpersoonlijk

Room is smaller than I expected. The bed is too soft. There is no view, the window is blocked. No way to turn off all the light. There is something on the ceiling that blinks every 20s.

• Peter (9/5): Unique stay at a very ‘niche’ place in central Rome. - On normal ‘hotel’ issues … The rooms are spotlessly clean. It’s in an excellent location in central Rome, two minutes from Spanish Steps. The minibar was stocked. The staff were very helpful. All good. But this place is a bit different. Unashamedly about pleasure and discovery. Treat yourselves to one of the Royal suites and take the transgressions packages. You won’t be disappointed. It’s a tall building with no lift. Your legs may feel the climb if you’re on the top floor.
• Dina (4/5): It’s ok but will not stay there next time - The stuff were nice. Breakfast was very good. Location. Very gimmicky. The room gives off cheap vibe. We were in their loft room and it wasn’t great. Not very classy if you are looking for high end stay. Basically everything is with some sex hinting but in to your face way. I really didn’t like all those notes of past guests stuck on every wall and some of them were a bit gross. I don’t recommend it, if you hate long stairs climbing as there is no lift. We were on floor 4 but factually it is higher and there is no lift. You will be wrecked going up and down the stairs. In overall it’s alright but not for high standard stay.

• Holikov (1/5): - Location The service at reception was dreadful and slow (not to be confused with the room service, where the staff were much better). It wasn’t until the end of our second day at the hotel that we received a response to our request to have the room’s control panel repaired. Not only did the reception staff fail to resolve the issue (despite promising a swift response), but they also behaved in a completely arrogant manner, as if it were perfectly normal to be rude to customers, ignore phone calls, and reply to WhatsApp messages only when they saw fit, without considering that this might cause a great deal of inconvenience to the hotel guests, as, instead of exploring Rome, we had to spend several extra hours in our room whilst the staff failed to respond to our requests for a quicker reply and a resolution to the problem. I would also like to point out that, although the hotel is in a wonderful location, the décor in the room is very outdated, and the hotel is long overdue for a refurbishment.

• Christian (1/5): Miss sold, horrific staff, awful room! - Nothing! Everything. The hotel is a sex hotel. There is nothing online regarding how it is. We complained and they didn’t care. No refund nothing. You walk into the room and you’re greeted by a stripper pole and some sort of disco ball above the bed. There are no windows, the small window that there is, looks at barbed wire and the smallest bit of light, like a key hole. The room is so small which isn’t a problem, but has n o so e for cloths, but somehow they put a stripper pole there. The staff are rude and also said “we had this problem with many others before”. No refund was offered and nothing to help, would have taken 50% if they cared but no. Just money grabbing, miss selling hotel.

Ми приїхали раніше часу заселення, нам дозволили залишити речі на рецепції, коли ми повернулися, речі були вже у номері. На рецепції супер приємні співробітники. Сам готель заворажує з порога, на поверсі, де номера грає музика, приємний аромат. Номер сам, неймовірний!!! Чисто гарно, все продумано до дрібниць! Музика є, джакузі, сіль для ванни, піна для ванни. А які шикарні сніданки прямо в номер 😍😍😍😍 Якщо повертатися у Рим, то тільки сюди !!! Рекомендуємо, готель залишить 100% незабутні враження 😍😍😍

• Di Viesto (9/5): - Camera molto ampia ed accogliente con spazi generosi e molto suggestiva. L'atmosfera creata in stanza dallo Staff rendeva il tutto ancora più confortevole. Non ci siamo trovati molto bene con i rubinetti del bagno, cercheri dei rubinetti più tradizionali. Aggiungerei dei supporti nel bagno, come ad esempio, porta asciugamani e per i saponi aggiungerei dei dispenser. Inoltre la porta della nostra camera era difettosa, ma ringraziamo la gentilezza dello Staff per averci aiutato in quest'ultima. Piccolezze che potrebbero migliorare ancora di più l'ambiente.

• Lisa (9/5): Sempre piacevole tornarvi, speriamo mantengano un buon livello di manutenzione - La posizione Eravamo già stati ospiti in passato, purtroppo rispetto a qualche anno fa la manutenzione ha perso un po’ di smalto. La camera in cui abbiamo soggiornato nel complesso non era male, ma diversi punti (scalini vasca, sotto lavabo) in legno erano un po’marci e avrebbero necessità di rinnovo per mantenere alto il livello.

Le petit déjeuner servi en chambre. 3x choix pour le petit déjeuner qui lui était très copieux mais c'est toujours la même chose. Dommage que l'on ne puisse pas modifier le contenu pour varier les plaisirs. Pour le bruit : rien entendu de ce qui se passait à l'extérieur mais par contre, dans les couloirs, c'est pas la même chose... L'insonorisation pourrait être amélioré mais ce ne sera pas suffisant. Il faudrait vraiment que le personnel sensibilise les clients ! Par exemple : on entendait des portes avec des claquements à 3h du matin, des gens parlaient forts, de la musique avec des basses, bref ils devraient dire aux clients d'avoir simplement du "savoir-vivre". Du coup, on dormait avec de la musique toute la nuit.... dommage pour le repos.

La camera spaziosa, insonorizzata,pulitissima , doccia meravigliosa,il posto in centro vicinissimo a Piazza di Spagna ottimo per tutto. Bravi posso fare i miei complimenti e suggerire assolutamente la scelta di questo hotel 👍 Forse la mancanza di una TV, ma in vacanza ossigenarmi un po’ fa bene
