• Myriam (8/5): Bien - Très bien situé ! La chambre et salle de bain sont grandes. Possibilité de régler la clim ou le chauffage dans la chambre. Il n'y avait pas de petit frigo dans la chambre ce qui peut être embêtant pour stocker des bouteilles d'eau.

• DONGURI (9/5): - 非常に便利な立地です！ 受付の方が日本語で挨拶をして下さいました。 ドアの作りとか、お掃除してねランプ（？）が出せるところとか、ハイテクな感じがワクワクしました。 お部屋が静かでよかった。 空港行きのために１泊しただけだったのですが、エアバスのりばも近く、とにかく立地が便利なのでおすすめです。 ちょっとベッドがせまいけど、バルセロナでは仕方がない！ ドライヤーは風量が激弱なので、忍耐が必要です。

• Paula (7/5): Satisfactory room in a hotel in a very good location.. - Location was very good, just off of the Ramblas and with several coffee shops nearby. Bars nearby were noisy at night on week. Bed was comfortable. Staff were helpful and allowed use of a microwave and provided ice when requested. The room was in decorated and plain. Across from the bed was a white wall that could have used a good cleaning to remove fingerprints. A small fridge would have been convenient.

• chih chiao (7/5): 位置方便，交通、飲食、娛樂都方便，搭公車、Aero bus跟捷運步行五分鐘內就可以抵達 基本上該有的都有，但是沒有迷你冰箱，行動電源線遺失，想跟櫃檯借也沒有。情有可原。 但最可惜的是這次房間分配在電梯旁，除了進出的人多之外，噪音也多，連電梯 - 位置方便，交通、飲食、娛樂都方便 隔音極差顯然是大部分歐洲飯店的問題，連續兩晚幾乎無法好好睡覺，連電梯上下都會發出明顯的敲擊聲，對於房間剛好是在電梯正對面的人來說不理想。

This is not correct because it's a facilities included in the price and it's one of the reasons we booked this hotel. Even if they give to us to use the swimming pool at another hotel we are not happy because as I mention before they never send us an email or a message about this and they never give an opportunity to cancel this booking for choose another place with this facilities.

We booked this very hotel because of the hot tub and when we arrived we saw that it was closed due to construction. It was not written anywhere online beforehand that it would be closed so that was upsetting since we were looking forward to the hot tub. Moreover I booked a room for two, there were two seperate beds pushed together - no problem, but the beds were different heights…

Dobry kontakt z personelem. Drobnym minusem jest jadalnia połączona z holem i recepcją, dziwnie się jadło śniadanie jak przepychają się koło ciebie z walizkami.

У нас было заселение в 14:00, приехали в отель в 6:00 утра, чтоб оставить вещи и ждать заселения, нам любезно предложили заселиться сразу по приезду, что было очень неожиданно, особенно после ночного перелета. Мы отдохнули и пошли наслаждаться атмосферой города. Уборка в номере была каждый день, свежие полотенца и наволочки, хотя мы оставались всего на две ночи. Завтрак до 11:00, что тоже было очень удобно. Все свежее и вкусное. Расположение 10 из 10, в пешей доступности все основные достопримечательности

La ubicación es lo mejor, en pleno centro con todo cerca para ir caminando. Tuve una horrible experiencia en el CheckIn, desafortunadamente olvidé mi documento de identidad y me costó mucho que me dejarán ingresar a mi habitación. Aunque entiendo que fue un error mío, y que son políticas del hotel mostrarlo al ingreso, mi experiencia estuvo horrible porque el personal fue muy poco comprensivo con mi situación, a pesar de que le mostré fotografías de todos mis documentos de identidad escaneados y mi reserva hecha en línea. Después de unos 30 minutos de frustración me permitieron el ingreso. Aunque, agradezco que sí me creyeran que era mi reserva, la verdad es que pasé muy mal rato.

• Anar Rza (8/5): Great location and good value for money - The location is perfect—right in the city center, close to the metro station, Boqueria Market, Plaça de Catalunya, and many other attractions. The breakfast was tasty, although the only negative point is that it was almost the same every day. The room was clean, but quite small. There was nothing in particular that we didn’t like. The only issue was that the rooftop pool was out of order, so we couldn’t enjoy sunbathing or relaxing at the spa on the roof.

• Souad (8/5): Een echte aanrader - Toplocatie! Heel proper! Bedden werden elke dag ververst en er werd elke dag grondig gekuist. Personeel heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Dit hotel staat zeker in mijn favorieten boor Barcelona Onze kamer had een deur voor communicatie met een andere kamer. We konden alles horen wat er gebeurde in de kamer naast ons. Gelukkig waren de buren rustig maar moest dit niet het geval geweest zijn dan zou het wel heel vervelend geweest zijn.
