I stayed 3 days and upon check out I was told that I owed for breakfast. Upon looking at my reservation, I saw that I had already paid for breakfast with the reservation. I contacted the hotel and got no reply.

Le camere non sono insonorizzate e la nostra con poca luce: le finestre davano sul retro del palazzo e la visuale è sul palazzo adiacente che dista a pochi metri

- KRodneyBren (8/5): Actual Hotel in Barcelona - Great boutique hotel! We decided to stay at Barcelona Actual based on a recommendation from the friend of a friend and it was as advertised. Close to everything, centrally located, with the train nearby or a taxi even closer. Next time we stay there, we will choose a room with beds bigger than 2 twin beds joined together. It was clean but no wash cloths and you will have to request a bathroom refresh. Well worth the price for the location and amenities.

Ik en mijn kind voelden ons hier op ons gemak, door zowel de locatie als de rust in het hotel zelf. Lekker ontbijt, fijne bedden (en kussens). Een aanrader. Alles beviel, maar wat mss had gekund is wat info melden bij de basisinfo (zoals over ontbijt, wifi etc) over de airco. Waarschijnlijk suf van mezelf, maar ik had pas na 1,5e dag de airco ontdekt en dacht ervoor dus ‘pfff, wel benauwd hier’.

J’ai découvert le rooftop, la terrasse, café/thé et micro-ondes à la fin… des services dont j’aurais pu profiter si la réception avait simplement fait son travail. 👍 Heureusement, super emplacement et ménage impeccable

- Belinskiy (9/5): nice hotel in the city center - I was a little surprised that this hotel is 3 stars. There were also bathrobes and slippers. In principle, the hotel is good. The location was great, the room was a good size. The ceiling in the room is like in a museum. It is possible with pets. we did not use the hotel parking and did not take breakfast. Everything else was at a good level.

- Lukasz (9/5): Great hotel - The room is really good, wifi connection stable, location of the hotel couldn’t be better - so close to small cafes, bus stops and subway. There is also everyday room cleaning service. Nothing disturbed my stay.
- NOBUTAKA (8/5): - 先に悪かった点 ・シャワーの水圧が弱い ・ドライヤーが弱い ・シャンプー兼バスジェルのみしかない ・エレベーター内がいつも生乾き臭で臭い 良かった点 ・コンパクトで清潔感のある部屋内及びホテル全体 ・交通の便は最高 ・備え付けの冷蔵庫がある

- scott (4/5): Low quality and lack care and hospitality - Front desk was not mean but not welcoming. Everything here is cheap and not much effort is put into anything. Construction during the day as well. Asked for hair dryer and front desk said come get it and hung up. Then when I got it he seemed made that he had to grab it from another spot.
