- Amy (10/5): Lovely Respite in Paris! - Loved this small, boutique hotel with charming bar area. Bedroom was decent size and decorated very nicely. Staff was exceedingly friendly and helpful. Location was a bit out-of-the-way on the right bank and we needed to walk several blocks for the metro. Just a heads up for seniors in inclement weather. The breakfast room was basic ( breakfast itself was good) which was surprising in this otherwise smart hotel.

This is a quaint, small hotel in a quiet neighborhood which becomes quite lively during the day. Yet, we were only a 20 minute walk tot he Eiffel Tower. The location was perfect for close access to the Metro/RER stations, both just a few blocks away. There are cafes, pastry shops, & shopping all within close walking distance. The desk staff were very helpful with dinner suggestions, information on the Metro/RER, arranged for transport back to the airport, & were extremely friendly. We would definitely recommend and would return in the future.

Close to cafes, high end shops and good restaurants. Easy walking distance to Eiffel Tower. Lack of room amenities. No shampoo or conditioner. Only one container of soap that I was told was adequate for hair too. No shower cap, lotion etc. No small capsules of milk in room to go with instant coffee. Given the amount paid for 2 night stay at this boutique hotel, I would have expected a few perks such as complimentary continental breakfast or a glass of wine in the evening.

Das Frühstück schmeckte gut. Die Zimmer sind schön eingerichtet. Das Frühstück für 16 Euro / Person war viel zu teuer. Ich kann verstehen, wenn man für Erwachsene diesen Preis verlangt, aber für Kinder hätte es eine Preisreduktion geben müssen. Zudem hatten wir unglaublich laute Nachbarn, die in der Nacht "rumgetrampelt" sind und wir dadurch 2 Nächte lang nicht schlafen konnten. Obwohl wir dies an der Rezeption meldeten, änderte sich nichts am Lärm.

- SGoldsmith2019 (10/5): Good location, good value - We stayed at hotel Nicolo for a few days in January 2026. My main criteria when booking was a stylish interior and a safe and convenient location, this had both. The hotel doesn’t look much from the street, but inside has a lovely little courtyard and stylish decor. Staff were very friendly and attentive. We had a small issue with the tv in our room not working, but it was resolved very quickly. They also suggested a lovely bistro nearby for dinner which was excellent. Our room and bathroom were not big, but were very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was extra, and was continental buffet style with good choice for the price. Location wise, it was 15 minute walk to the Eiffel Tower, where there is a Batobus (boat bus) stop, which was convenient for navigating around the city. I’d heard some areas of Paris were not very nice, hotel Nicolo is situated in Passy, which is a safe area, full of boutique type clothes and shoe shops. Not a vast array of cafes or bistros, but a few nice ones. We ate locally a couple of times, but mainly ate out in the touristy areas whilst we were out and about. I would have liked a bigger room and bathroom, and more cafes etc. nearby, but I know that would have been a lot more expensive having looked at quite a few hotels online. Overall, we were very happy with our choice for the price we paid and the amount of nights we stayed. I would recommend.
- graceyjason (10/5): An excellent hotel in Passy - We stayed in the hotel on 19th January to the 23rd. The hotel is located in Passy which is a really nice area and a great location as it’s five minutes walk to the metro and 10 minutes or so walk to the Eiffel Tower. The staff were very friendly and gave us some tips on where to go and helped us a little with our French. We were given the choice to be upgraded to a suite on our arrival as the rooms weren’t quite ready. The suites were lovely and very nicely decorated and also cleaned daily . If i was to come back to paris i would definitely choose to stay here. Thank you for making a memorable trip to Paris

I like that they also had many communal spaces were you could either sit outside in a lovely, well kept courtyard, or relax at the bar inside. Nothing! We were offered an upgrade to a top floor room with a view of the Eiffel tower for a small fee. We very nearly got caught up in the Eurostar problem on the 30th December, luckily our train was one of the few not affected. The hotel manager helped us look for alternative ways home if needed, and said we could stay another night if our train was cancelled. Very much recommended......

O meu quarto estava muito confortável e limpo em todos os aspectos. Mas, o meu agradecimento e carinho com certeza seriam para a equipe que trabalha no hotel. Eles são maravilhosos, atenciosos, nos tratando com muito cuidado e carinho, era nosso aniversário de 10 anos de casamento, e todo esse cuidado fez tudo ser ainda mais inesquecível e especial! Eu recomendo muitíssimo o Hotel Villa Nicolo! Nada
- ACHenton (10/5): Excellent location and customer service - I had a great experience at Hotel Villa Nicolo! It's located in a really walkable part of Paris, not far from great shopping and the Eiffel Tower. I had a view of the Tower from my room. It was quiet, clean and comfortable. The staff are excellent - they went out of their way to teach me some key phrases in French, to help make sure I was comfortable and had what I needed when an airline lost my luggage, and they always called me by name in the lobby. I would absolutely stay here again!
