• Marco (7/5): Luci e ombre - Posizione: attraversando la strada, e scendendo pochi gradini, si arriva al lungomare a poca distanza da Castel dell'Ovo, con vista su Posillipo e, in lontananza, Capri. Un posto incantevole. Nelle vicinanze ci sono molti ristoranti, anche non turistici e a gestione familiare. A pochi passi c'è l'ascensore del Monte Echia, che porta al belvedere di Pizzofalcone. Wifi-fi e acqua calda funzionano benissimo (su televisione e aria condizionata non mi esprimo perché non le ho mai usate). La stanza è enorme e ha un comodo tavolo. Il bagno è anch'esso enorme, con una bellissima doccia moderna molto funzionale, ed è molto luminoso con una grande finestra. Lavandino grande, specchio grande. Tutto grande. Nel bagno c'è perfino una copia in marmo di una statua greco-romana di dimensioni circa 3/4 di una figura umana. La colazione è all'italiana (per uova, formaggi e salumi c'è un supplemento di 5 euro), con caffè e cappuccino di vari tipi, succo d'arancia, yogurt, latte, cereali, cornetto, pane tostato, fette biscottate, marmellata confezionata, Nutella, e torta. Sul foglietto dove ogni ospite indica le proprie preferenze (caffé, o cappuccino, o latte macchiato, ecc.) è anche possibile selezionare prodotti senza glutine. Al B&B si accede tramite self check-in. E' possibile non incontrare mai il titolare, che però risponde a tutti i messaggi quasi in tempo reale. La mattina uno incontra sempre le signore che si occupano della colazione e delle pulizie. Il pagamento si effettua in loco e non in anticipo rispetto all'arrivo. Il B&B è al quinto piano (con ascensore) di un palazzo decaduto che sicuramente ha conosciuto tempi migliori. La prima impressione (anche a detta di altri ospiti), soprattutto se uno arriva col buio, non è delle migliori. Ma tutto migliora decisamente non appena si attraversa il portone del B&B. Posizione: arrivare al B&B dall'aeroporto con mezzi pubblici è abbastanza complicato. Il taxi cumulativo ("taxi sharing") in teoria dovrebbe arrivare fino al porto, ma il giorno del mio arrivo il conducente ha detto che il servizio viene effettuato solo fino alla stazione centrale, dalla quale, poi, bisogna prendere altri mezzi. La stanza ha una grande porta-finestra su un balcone. Ciò rende la stanza molto luminosa, però la finestra non ha serrande, né persiane né scuri, ma solo una tenda nemmeno tanto scura, per cui dopo l'alba la stanza non è più al buio. La struttura non ha un locale colazione separato dalla zona stanze da letto. La colazione viene servita nella parte finale del corridoio, nella quale ci sono anche le porte di diverse stanze, col risultato che dalla propria camera da letto uno sente i rumori e le voci provenienti dalla zona colazione. A proposito di rumori, il quartiere non è molto silenzioso, sia per il traffico sia per i lavori nella zona del lungomare. A ogni ospite viene dato un mazzo di chiavi che comprende la chiave della stanza, la chiave del portone a piano terra e una chiavetta da infilare al muro, che serve a dare elettricità alla stanza. Le tre chiavi non sono separabili l'una dell'altra. Un giorno volevo uscire per mangiare, lasciando nel frattempo il computer a caricare nella stanza, ma non ho potuto farlo, perché portandomi dietro le chiavi della stanza e del portone avrei dovuto lasciare necessariamente la stanza senza elettricità. Per lo stesso motivo, il frigorifero in camera rimane spento tutto il giorno, tranne se uno si trova in camera.

• Thomas (9/5): Great value property in great area - Location was great - quiet and in lovely Chiaia area with not too far from Metro line and buses. Nice restaurants nearby. Super comfy bed. The room is quite functional but everything is clean and works. Breakfasts are not amazing but good and plentiful. Value for money was great. The lift to the top is not for the faint hearted - light doesn't work either so it's not the best, but we were happy to take the stairs instead when not carrying luggage.

Istruzioni per la presa di possesso autonoma molto semplici e pratiche. Mi sono trovata molto bene e ritornerò certamente. Devo dire, sono rimasta molto contenta e soddisfatta, per cui non ho consigli da dare. Certamente la stanza non è grandissima, ma la proprietà è strutturata in un certo modo e va bene così.. è accogliente, ben curata, pulita, luminosa, per cui non fa niente, va benissimo così. grazie di tutto

They gave us breakfast despite waking up very late due to Jetlag and were very kind to us, so helpful with many things. There is 140 steps to the fourth floor, so be mindful of that.

• Joelina (8/5): - The breakfast was lovely and the staff was very friendly. The location was great as well, only a short walk to the beach promenade. The staff was very friendly and forthcoming too. It smelled of cigarettes and dog sometimes and we noticed that there was a lot of dog hair all around our room. It is a pet friendly establishment but it should be made sure that the rooms are properly cleaned. So, be cautious if you have any allergies to pet hair.

• Auxiela (10/5): Exceptional - My father and I had a lovely stay at LunaCaprese, the staff made us feel just like at home <3, the location is great, just a minute walk to the beach. The breakfast is just amazing, and the coffee is great ! Mind you, I’m from CostaRica and we’re picky with our coffee, lol. I highly recommend LunaCaprese if you’ll be visiting Napoli, great people, great service, great WiFi and most importantly very safe neighborhood.
• Jessica (10/5): Extremely pleasant and very convenient. - Great location and fantastic hosts. One block away from the beautiful shoreline where you can walk along with the locals. Definitely would stay again. The facility is on an upper floor in a large building and access is via a small busy street, so it may be intimidating at first. Elevator is a bit old (and in the dark we had trouble finding it as it is a small gray box on the side of the central courtyard); some of the units in the building are not well maintained on the outside, but it is not a problem: once inside Luna Caprese it is like being in another place. Always felt very safe in the neighborhood and building.

We loved the view off the back balcony by the elevator. Liked the location close to the Lungomare. The street entrance was shabby and had no clear external sign. The building elevator and stairs were not well maintained. The uneven floors in the main area are a hazard. The cooling in the room was not well distributed.

• Pavla (7/5): Good - - The accommodation (rooms) is nice. - We had to leave earlier to catch our flight the last day - before the regular time for breakfast. The staff was kind and prepared breakfast for us in advance (they left it in fridge in our rooms the evening before). - Close to sea. We had a problem getting into the house (with all those codes) and finding the lift when we came. I did not expect that lift could be inside a glass niche. The elevator was not funny at all, it happened several times that we pressed the fourth floor and reached the fifth. On the last day, when we needed a ride with our suitcases, the elevator decided not to go at all. Fortunately, we didn't stay inside but had to take the stairs down from the fourth floor with our suitcases.
• Sami (6/5): Not recommended .. bad experince - Location is 3 min to the cost .. 9 min to market and farmacy .. room size is big No answer from owner for check-in we got some helps from nieghbors to reach the 4th flloor after many contacts and late coomunication we get to take keys .. the keys wild with the electricity connector .. if you go out you should take the keys and the elecricity will shutt off .. my wife sick at night and I want to go out but owner said you cant split keys from elecricity connectore and we made it for reasone .. this get me un happy at all frankly how come I leave my wife without light or with ne keys .. finnally he gaive other key on the recieption to use this night.

• Jianghe (4/5): - 没有标明是一家B&B,又在近乎废弃的旧楼里，老旧电梯也不好用，房间连个纱窗都没有，进屋就得将窗帘拉死，洗个澡水流很小，总体体验很差！
• Sara (10/5): Great location, easy access to city sights and the room/breakfast and staff were wonderful. - Luna Caprese is really a lovely place to stay—the room was spacious and comfortable, the breakfast was perfect and the staff was very friendly, nice and helpful. It was very helpful to have information on how to reach the property from the airport (especially the fixed price for the taxi). It was a little confusing when we were dropped off at the front door, which is unmarked because it's an historical property. The door was closed when we arrived in the afternoon, so perhaps a note about what to do in this situation would be helpful.
