• Elvira (9/5): Veramente un ottimo hotel, se ci fosse occasione, tornerei sicuramente da loro - Abbastanza pulito; molto ordinato; personale gentile, disponibile ed educato; posizione ottima (praticamente a circa 30 minuti da tutto) e zona vicino a diversi servizi (bar, panifici, tabacchi, anche parrucchiere e altro); dimensioni della camera (io ho preso una tripla) dignitose (non enormi, ma nemmeno minuscole); letti comodo; condizionatore in camera; comoda sala di attesa con anche un bagno e una macchinetta con cibo e acqua da acquistare a prezzi non esagerati; phone per asciugare i capelli nelle camere; ascensore per salire nelle camereb deposito bagaglio prima il check in e dopo il check out. Se proprio dovessi trovare dei lati negativi, sarebbero solo il fatto che la doccino della doccia aveva molto calcare e che nei cuscino della stanza c'erano delle macchie e buchi, però era sicuramente tutto pulito (per cui è probabile fossero macchie non andare vie e strappi che possono accadere con tanti lavaggi ad alte temperature).

• Stefani (7/5): - great for the price, location is a bit far from the city centre and not enough public transport near it but overall great paid for the property without free cancellation and i received an automated message that my late check in request is declined after paying. after that i wrote them on booking, on mail, tried calling the hotel from my country and days passed i didnt get any response. bas situation that caused me a lot of uncertainty and anxiety. luckily they responded after a few days and said it was okay but you have to answer the messages in the same day, they are a hotel after all.
• Zina Ka. (7/5): - Ειναι πολυ κοντά σε μεσα μεταφορας και 30' με τα ποδια απο την Duomo. Επισης ειναι πολυ καθαρα. Ερχοντουσαν και μας καθαριζαν καθε μερα το δωματιο Οι παροχες ηταν ελαχιστες. Ζητησαμε μαχαιροπιρουνα και δεν ειχε ουτε αυτο. Αβολα μαξιλαρια. Αρκετα ακριβο για το τι προσφερει. Ειναι οκ αν το θελετε μονο για εναν υπνο
• Victor (9/5): Boa opção - Próximo a restaurantes e transporte público, além de disponibilizar ar condicionado sob controle do hóspede, coisa que não encontramos na Alemanha nem Suécia nesta mesma viagem, onde os hotéis controlavam o uso. Máquina com lanches e bebidas a preços acessíveis na recepção. Não lembro de ter sido avisado antecipadamente da cobrança de tributo municipal, que custou 10 euros no checkin. Ou não destacaram a informação ou passou despercebido.

• Maricar (8/5): Comfortable room with good price - Good location, lots of food outlets and also public transport into the city. Walkable to Duomo and major city attractions. Overall we are very satisfied, especially as the room is large and spacious. Lots of space to move around and wardrobe for clothes. Bathroom also spacious. We love it, we stayed twice. The lift was very small.

• Maricar (9/5): Comfortable well priced room. - Spacious and comfortable room in a quiet area. We appreciate having the space when many newer hotels tend to have small spaces. Nice big cupboard for having and storing clothes. Staff very helpful. Several nice places for breakfast in the area. Near tram to get into the middle of the city. It's too far out from main attractions, but balanced by the good price. It's also near public transport.

• Egzona93 (10/5): S - The hotel was clean, fresh, and in a very good location, so overall the stay started well. Unfortunately, my experience changed completely on Sunday afternoon, May 10th. I needed an iron because there wasn’t one in the room. I went down to the reception, but some guests were checking in, and I didn’t want to interrupt, so I waited for more than 30 minutes. When the check-in was finally finished, I politely asked if I could borrow an iron. The receptionist replied in a very rude way: “This is not an iron place.” I asked again and said that surely the whole hotel must have at least one iron to lend out, but I only received a short “No.” Very poor service and an extremely unfriendly attitude. Is it really that unusual for hotel guests to need an iron? I have never had to bring my own on any of my trips before. It’s a shame, because otherwise the hotel was clean and had a great location.

Bene la pulizia degli ambienti e il rapporto qualità/prezzo. Qualche difficoltà di parcheggio su strada se si viaggia in macchina (nei giorni feriali nei dintorni tutti parcheggi a pagamento ). non si soffre la mancanza della colazione in quanto tutto intorno si trovano diversi bar e pasticcerie. centro di Milano (Piazza del,mDuomo) facilmente raggiungibile anche a piedi in circa 20 minuti

Piccole migliorie da fare sull'arredamento (porte, cabina doccia lontana dal bagno ma senza supporti (esempio: maniglie) dove appendere asciugamani, abbigliamento, beauty case, ecc), lenzuola con piccoli strappi, due soli asciugamani per ospite (manca quello da bidet)

Wielu osobom moze to przeszkadzać, ale na 1 czy 2 noce jest ok

On stationne facilement devant l hôtel..quartier calme Pas grand chose pour le coup... pas de petit déjeuner .pas de garage c est .normal pour une étoile ....

Les tasses de café et quelques autres petits accessoires sont jetables, ce n’est pas très ecologique. Repassage uniquement par le personnel, même si pour un prix relativement démocratique.

• Jennifer (8/5): pleasant stay, convenient/quiet location, friendly staff, well-maintained rooms, budget friendly! - I appreciated the hotel’s location, it is not overly touristy, yet still very convenient for reaching major attractions by tram or train. The surrounding area offers a great selection of restaurants, cafés, and bakeries, making it easy to find good places to eat nearby. The neighbourhood itself is calm and quiet, which added to a relaxing stay. The reception staff were very kind and helpful. They even called us when they noticed we hadn’t arrived at our expected time, which we truly appreciated. The room was cleaned regularly, and basic toiletries and towels were provided. It was also air-conditioned, which we found especially valuable. It would be a great addition if a microwave were available for reheating food.
