- Guest (10/5): Personnel, accueillant, serviable, bienveillant - Hotel, très bien placé pour toutes les visites Colisée, Saint-Pierre, etc. de nombreux petits restaurants et rapidité pour aller dans les ruelles Dire qu’on a pas aimé un grand mot, mais il est vrai que la clim était en route tout le temps et c’est qu’à partir du deuxième jour où j’ai compris comment l’arrêter . Après il aurait fallu demander à l’accueil mais étant pas dans la journée et à 18h il y avait plus personne. Mais c’est pas ça qui remet en cause la qualité de l’hôtel
- Cornelia (8/5): Alles in allem sehr angenehm. - Zum Teil beeindruckendes historisches Ambiente, das allerdings seinen Preis beim Komfort hatte. Insbesondere die Barrierefreihei war speziell bei unserem Zimmer (Nr. 6) nicht gegeben. Es war nur über mehrere Stufen erreichbar. Wir sind noch fit mit unseren 70 Jahren; dennoch war war die Situation mit schwerem Gepäck eine Herausforderung. Es gibt aber durchaus auch Zimmer auf dieser Etage, in denen alles auf einer Ebene liegt. Dafür ging unser Zimmer nach hinten zu einem malerischen Innenhof und war sehr ruhig. Die Lage des Hotels ist ideal für eine fußläufige Erkundung der "ewigen Stadt" und hat uns sehr gefallen. Auch das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und sie sprechen alle gutes Englisch. s.oben!

- Melanie (8/5): Great Location! Although a little lacking. - The location was fantastic for seeing the sites. Easy walk to Trevi Fountain, The Pantheon, Spanish Steps & The Colosseum. Our room was not as pictured and the bed was extremely uncomfortable (room 5). It is a basic room with a nice bathroom. Window looks onto an internal balcony area not outside. With blind open people sitting on balcony can see straight into the room, so you end up keeping blinds closed and lights on.

- Vanesa (9/5): Perfecto alojamiento en pleno corazón de Roma. - Ubicación excepcional, todo a mano en un radio de 20 minutos caminando, coliseo, foro, palatino, fontana, panteón de Agripa, trastevere, etc. Frente a Largo di Argentina. No esperes un hotel de lujo, pero instalaciones más que cómodas, limpias y con todo lo necesario para pasar unos días en pleno corazón de Roma. Nosotros cogimos la habitación con terraza privada y eso nos dio mucho juego para poder cenar “en casa” y estar cómodos después de todo el día caminando por la ciudad. Recomiendo elegir habitación en plantas 2 o superiores, ya que en la 1 se ubica el salón de desayuno y recepción y puede ser molesto por el ruido a partir de las 8. Desayuno más que suficiente, café muy bueno, tostadas con diferente panes, embutido, queso, huevos, fruta y dulces varios. El personal muy amable y servicial, nos consiguieron un taxi para regresar al aeropuerto en 2 minutos, y con un precio cerrado de 55€. Repetiríamos sin duda, ha sido un sueño poder “vivir” unos días en Roma en un edificio antiguo restaurado y con todas las comodidades necesarias. Hay secador de pelo y hervidor de agua en la habitación con café soluble. Aunque a nosotros no nos afectó, no aconsejo elegir habitación en la Planta 1 por estar ubicadas en el mismo pasillo que desayuno y recepción, por el ruido y la poca intimidad. Ascensor muy pequeñito, pero suficiente para dos personas con maletas pequeñas, edificio antiguo restaurado con muchas escaleras, no supone un problema en nuestro caso. La llegada autónoma fuera del horario de recepción es algo complicada al principio, pero prestando atención a las instrucciones se solventa.

We were fortunate to have a room at the front overlooking the Largo Argentina square. The staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast buffet was hit and miss.

Si trova in una zona strategica, comoda per raggiungere facilmente sia le principali attrazioni che i mezzi di trasporto. Allo stesso tempo, l'area è tranquilla e piacevole, ideale per rilassarsi dopo una giornata in giro. Nelle vicinanze si trovano anche bar, ristoranti e negozi, il che rende il soggiorno ancora più pratico e piacevole. Perfetto sia per chi visita la città per la prima volta sia per chi cerca una soluzione comoda e ben collegata. La stanza, pur essendo pulita e accogliente, non risulta adeguata per ospitare comodamente tre persone. Gli spazi sono piuttosto limitati e questo rende il soggiorno meno confortevole, soprattutto per permanenze di più giorni.

El personal es muy amable y servicial. Tuvimos un problema con el agua caliente y enseguida nos dieron solución. La cama es cómoda y grande, la ducha también es grande. El acceso es un poco difícil, pero algo normal en un edificio antiguo del centro de Roma. Sin duda, volvería a este hotel.

L'unico vero aspetto positivo di questa struttura è la posizione: si trova in zona Torre Argentina, una location centralissima e perfetta per visitare la città. Sorprendentemente, per una cifra del genere (circa 250€ a notte), la colazione non era nemmeno inclusa nel prezzo. L'esperienza complessiva è stata purtroppo molto al di sotto delle aspettative. La prima stanza assegnata aveva dimensioni molto ridotte e un bagno cieco ricavato in cartongesso. Il problema principale, però, è stata l'assoluta mancanza di insonorizzazione. La reception e la sala colazioni si trovano infatti nello stesso stretto corridoio che dà accesso alle camere: alle 6:00 del mattino i rumori del personale intento a preparare i tavoli erano così forti da sembrare all'interno della stanza, rendendo impossibile chiudere occhio. La mattina seguente ho fatto presente il grave disagio. Per farsi perdonare la notte insonne, la gestione mi ha offerto la colazione per il giorno seguente (che si è rivelata purtroppo di pessima qualità) e si è resa disponibile a cambiarmi stanza, spostandomi un po' più avanti nello stesso corridoio. Se in questa seconda camera ho potuto riposare meglio, ho però riscontrato altri gravi problemi. La stanza era completamente priva di affaccio esterno: l'unica finestra dava direttamente sulla sala colazioni, costringendomi a tenere le tende perennemente chiuse per avere un minimo di privacy e impedendo di fatto qualsiasi ricambio d'aria (anche il bagno era cieco, dotato solo di aspiratore). Beautiful room and bathroom .had breakfast on last day which was lovely . Despite being a bigger bed which we liked , it was a bit lumpy probably needs replacing but slept ok .

Nos alejaron en la famosa 207, escaleras pequeñas para subir, habitación minúscula y a todo esto sumamos que la puerta del baño estaba desencajada sin tener nada de intimidad y la ducha... falta completa de presión y de agua caliente. La chica del hotel nos ofreció ducharnos en otra habitación pero solo una noche , sin posibilidad de cambio. Ubicación muy buena pero jamás repetiremos

- Anne-Pierre (8/5): un endroit où on se sent comme chez soi, sur et sous les toits de Rome - Le calme, la chambre nichée sous les toits, la gentillesse du personnel, la localisation, et surtout, la terrasse !!! Un véritable petit coin de paradis, refuge dans le tumulte de Rome, que ce soit pour un moment de détente au calme entre les visites , un petit repas sur le pouce le soir, ou un bon thé au lever le matin. Sans compter les économies de frais de restaurant, les économies de transport du fait de la localisation très centrale, franchement, nous reviendrons à Rome, et ce sera dans cet établissement Si il fallait touver qq chose à dire, je dirais que la chambre est un peu exigüe, mais qui a besoin d'une grande chambre quand on dispose d'une telle terrasse. J'ai été un peu plus génée par la salle de douche, qui n'est pas à la hauteur de l'ensemble des prestations : la pression d'eau dans la douche est quasiment inexistante, il y a très peu d'eau chaude, mais c'est peut être l'inconvénient d'être tout en haut sous les toits. La peinture a besoin d'être raffraichie autour du lavabo, et aussi, s'il vous plait, une petite étagère pour poser ses affaires de toilette ailleurs que sur le sol serait la bienvenue. Juste une petite chose à savoir aussi : cette chambre n'est pas accessible si vous craignez les escaliers raides, ou si vous avez de gros bagages , mais ce n'était pas notre cas, et nous avons adoré le côté "nid perché sous les toits"

Es war Sehr schmutzig war das badezimmer oder sagar zimmer , sehr eng im rezeption , stinkte sehr krass egal wo man war im rezeption oder im zimmer. Hotel ist nur paar stunden im tag bestzt nicht auf 24/24
