- Martina (9/5): Preis-Leistung sehr gut! - Wir haben relativ spontan noch ein Hotel für unseren Romtrip gesucht und dann trotz der bescheidenen Bewertungen uns für dieses Hotel entschieden. Wir waren 3 Nächte hier und wurden absolut positiv überrascht! Alle Mitarbeiter waren super freundlich und sehr bemüht! Das Frühstück war zu unserer Überraschung für italienische Verhältnisse super! Sehr viel Auswahl - Süßes und Saures (div Wurst und Käsesorten) und man konnte sich am Vortag immer ein gefülltes Croissant vorbestellen welche wirklich köstlich sind! Lage ist fantastisch! Wir haben ganz Rom zu Fuß besuchen können! Unser Taxi zum Flughafen konnten wir auch einfach über das Hotel buchen! Also wir können das Hotel mit bestem Gewissen weiterempfehlen! Das Einzige was man ansprechen kann ist, dass es eine Lüftung gab in unserem Zimmer welche wir nicht steuern konnten. Also war die ganze Nacht ein Surren zu hören. Hat uns aber nur in der ersten Nacht etwas gestört, danach haben wir uns daran gewöhnt gehabt.

- John (4/5): Disappointing and - It was close to Termini the main station and the two Metro lines. There were a number of good restaurants close by and the Opera House. Despite having paid via Booking.com the Hotel demanded a €50 bank card guarantee released 25 days after Guests leave. I have never had this before in Italy. They demanded €5 per night to use a strongbox (safe?) with a 4”x7” door not large enough for my tablet. I declined keeping some valuables in a locked case. My room was 11ft by 8ft which included the shower room / toilet and a small hall so the effective area was only 6ft by 8ft. The waste water pipe from the rooms above seemed to come down through the wall by the bed so latecomers and early using the facilities were annoying. The breakfast room was in the basement down three flights totalling 20 steps. It was on two levels with guests having to negotiate steps down with hot drinks and reach some food whilst standing on them. It was cramped when full. However, the hot teas, coffee and chocolate were served from jugs on a hot plate rather than slow machines and fresh pastries delivered daily preordered to the guests choice.
- Péter (8/5): Kényelmes tiszta hotel, már másodjára foglaltunk ott. - A szálloda közel van a Termini pályaudvarhoz, igy a csomagokkal nem kellett a varosban sokat mászkálni. Korai érkezés / késői távozás esetén van lehetőség otthagyni a csomagokat. Finom reggelit kaptunk :) 50€ kauciót kellett fizetni, ami nem volt benne az előzetes tájékoztatóban. Elvileg 25 -30 nap után visszakapom. Ez 34 nap után még nem történt meg. :(

Very polite receptionist mainly Mrs Georgia. Nothing , but a little short time for breakfest just 30 mins.

The location was great for parking and visiting the Coliseum. We couldn't get the air conditioner to work so we had the windows opened which made the temperature ok but there was a large clanking sound all night so we had to close the windows to avoid the sound.

- Marianne (8/5): Would definitely stay here again. - Breakfast was very nice and there was a good choice of food. There are hotel rules so respect them. The staff are welcoming, friendly and helpful. The room was small but there was enough space, a good sized wardrobe, a decent sized bedside table on each side of the bed, a desk and chair plus an en-suite. To get from the airport to the hotel we took a direct bus to the Termini then it was just a 10 minute walk to the hotel. This hotel is well located for the buses, trains and metro. We would definitely stay there again. There are no ironing facilities and a kettle in the room would have been nice, but we managed.

- Andreas (9/5): - Fantastisk person! Otroligt trevliga och hjälpsamma. Läget var väldigt bra, promenadavstånd till allt. Frukost enligt förväntningarna när man är i Italien. Det ingick en croissant samt en enklare frukostbuffé med kaffe/te, mackor, ägg m.m. Rummet var ganska litet och sängen hård, men allt är ju relativt... tycker oavsett hotellet är väldigt prisvärt!

- Jamet (4/5): Bien placé mais vieillot et de petite qualité - L'emplacement est très bien et le personnel compétent et accueillant. Vieillot au niveau literie, sanitaires, déco. Très très bruyant à n'importe quelle heure du jour ou de la nuit car très mal insonorisé. De plus, des travaux non annoncés avec masse, burin et disqueuse dès 8h du matin. Impossible de faire fonctionner la climatisation donc obligé de dormir avec les fenêtres ouvertes. Le petit déjeuner est peu diversifié avec des aliments de petite qualité (notamment le croissant 🥐).

- Jessica (6/5): Viaje en pareja - El croissant del desayuno El check-in es muy tarde (13h) y el check-out muy pronto (10h). Llegamos a las 10h y tenían habitaciones disponibles, y aún así, para entrar antes nos cobraron 10€ por hora hasta la 13h (en total 30€). Te piden una fianza de 50€ que te la devuelven pasados unos días y no lo pone en ningún lado del anuncio en Booking. Instalaciones muy, muy antiguas y por el precio que pagas podrían modernizarlas. Ruido constante y molesto de ventilación del baño. Habitaciones pequeñas. Normas muy estrictas nunca vistas anteriormente (no comer en habitación, no poder llenar agua del desayuno). Tasa turística 6€ por persona y noche.
- Pablo (1/5): ESPANTOSO EL PEOR HOTEL - Nada. La atención en la recepción ya fue horrible desde el momento de nuestro arribo. La señora de turno, no nos atendió adecuadamente, solo nos despacho, y nos dio algunas instrucciones de mala gana y en italiano cerrado, a pesar que le pedimos que nos hablara en español, ya que en la publicidad se documenta qué hablan varios idiomas. La señora nos dijo, sin dirigirnos la mirada, que no hablaba español y siguió. Luego nos indicó que teníamos que elegir UN tipo de corneto ( factura) para desayunar, lo que nos pareció absolutamente raro, pero elegimos el sencillo. Nunca nos dijo que eso había que repetirlo cada día, sin excepción. No había nadie para ayudarnos con el equipaje, a pesar que habíamos llegado transpirados y agotados, ya que no tenemos vehículo y veníamos de caminar exhautos. No había, y tampoco ofreció ninguna ayuda. La habitación no cuenta con heladera, lo que ya estaba indicado en la oferta, pero tampoco había una botellita de agua, lo cual es absolutamente normal en cualquier hotel. La habitación no cuenta tampoco con un espejo, también básico para una habitación. A la tarde quisimos consultar sobre algunas cosas con el señor que estaba en recepción y el tampoco pudo ayudarnos, porque tampoco entendía español. El segundo día fue peor aún. Cuando fuimos a desayunar y pedimos nuestro corneto, la señora encargada de la cocina, de muy mal modo, y con soberbia nos respondió que no había corneto para nosotros, porque no nos habíamos anotado. Cuando le dijimos que no sabíamos que había que hacerlo todos los días, nos dijo que ese no era su problema y que no nos iba a dar ninguno. Ante mi insistencia, se enfureció, y procedió a tomar uno con furia y me lo tiro sobre el plato, con la mala suerte que en el impulso se le salio de las pinzas y lo tiró al suelo. Lo levantó, lo puso dentro nuevamente y nos dio dos cornetos cualquiera en uno de nuestros platos, apoyándolos con rudeza.
