Anton (8/5): Thank you, and we recommend these apartments! - Good apartments in the historic city center with a convenient location. There are many interesting places nearby, as well as plenty of restaurants and cafés where you can enjoy delicious food in a great atmosphere. The port is also within walking distance, around 30 minutes away. Michele was friendly and welcoming, and helped arrange an airport transfer at a good price. Thank you, and we recommend these apartments! The area is quite noisy, and sometimes motorcycles pass very loudly under the windows at night. There was a bit of mold in the corner of the room. We would really appreciate it if the apartments had a kettle and at least the basic necessities for making tea or coffee.

Paola (5/5): - La posizione molto centrale a via dei Tribunali Non abbiamo avuto acqua calda per 12 ore causa blocco caldaia , segnalato la sera prima tramite messaggio e la Mattina dopo vari messaggi e telefonate, ho ricevuto risposta solo alle 9 della mattina successiva.Gli oscuranti della camera erano apribili solo dall’ inquilino dell’ appartamento sottostante, non potevamo aprirli direttamente dalla nostra stanza.

erica (9/5): Nel cuore di Napoli - La posizione è strategica per gli spostamenti, grazie alla fermata del tram (DUOMO) a solo 6 Min. a piedi. È situato in zona centrale con tutti i ristoranti e negozi a portata di mano. L'host è simpatico e molto disponibile, e la casa ha tutto quello di cui si ha bisogno. Ci sono un po' di scalini per raggiungere l'appartamento, ma sono ben illuminate la sera.

Nonostante la posizione centrale si dorme serenamente nessun rumore. La struttura è adatta per 4 ospiti per 6 si sta un pò stretti nel divano letto mancavano i cuscini e le prese per 6 persone sono poche. Per il resto per una notte il soggiorno è stato piacevole.

CATALIN EMIL (10/5): A great experience in Centro Storico - It was the second time when we booked at B&B Napoli Colors and we are planning a new trip next year in the same place because we are very pleased. The room is large, clean and the bed is very comfortable. The view from balcony is very beautiful. The Naples Cathedral, Spaccanapoli, Piazza Bellini, Piazza Dante are walk distance. The staff is great: friendly and helpful. We used their transfer from airport to accommodation and it was very conveniently. Thank you (again), Michele! The breakfast at the bar across the street is delicious and there are a lot of good restaurants in neighbourhood. So that, we recommend B&B Napoli Colors. Everything was great!

rached (5/5): - L'emplacement est vraiment au centre de tout. La terrasse est très agréable. La chambre est spacieuse et confortable. Le bruit, nous n'avons pas dormi correctement malgré les bouchons d'oreilles. Il y a une pompe au dessus de la chambre qui vibre. C'est une horreur. Le petit déjeuner est sous forme de ticket à prendre au bar en face. Un café et une viennoiserie. Un peu léger et ds la rue

Chambre propre, propriétaire sympathique, équipements très bien et parties communes charmantes (il y a même une petite bibliothèque charmante !!). Secteur plein de vie et en ébullition permanente. ELENI (5/5): Απαραδεκτο - Η τοποθεσία Μας ζήτησαν να μας αλλάξουν δωμάτιο 2-3 μέρες πριν την άφιξη μας αυτό πού είχαμε κλείσει ήταν 40 τμ με μπαλκόνι και μας έδωσαν πολύ μικρότερο.Το μέγεθος δεν ήταν πρόβλημα πρόβλημα ήταν ότι ενώ τους είπαμε ότι δεν θέλουμε σκάλες είχε σκάλες για το δωμάτιο και να έχει τουλάχιστον παράθυρο.Τα παράθυρα ήταν 2 φεγγίτες ο ένας πίσω από το κρεβάτι και ο άλλος πίσω από την τουαλέτα.Περιμεναμε την άλλη μέρα μήνυμα μήπως μας άλλαζαν αλλά τίποτα Δωμάτιο ορτανσία
Graziana (7/5): Bene ma non benissimo - Pozione ottima, in pieno centro. Le camere erano spaziose e la colazione era molto buona, servita in un bar vicino. Noi eravamo in 6 e abbiamo prenotato 3 matrimoniali, al momento della prenotazione ho espressamente chiesto se tutte le camere si trovassero nello stesso edificio e mi era stato detto di sì, però al momento dell' arrivo una coppia è finita in un altro edificio (anche se non molto distante). L' appartamento con le due camere era carino, anche se c'è da migliorare nella pulizia e sistemare la manopola della doccia che si sganciavan in continuazione, mancava il bagnoschiuma e altre piccole cose nel bagno.

Czysto, bardzo przestronna łazienka, zamykane na noc podwórko co podnosiło poczucie bezpieczeństwa, goście mają oczywiście klucze. Bardzo dobry kontakt z obsługą. Śniadanie w pobliskiej cukierni to kawa i podobno słodki croissant, warto jednak poprosić o wytrawnego jak ktos woli bo dwa razy obsługa spelnila moja prośbe. Pierwszego dnia rozsypała sie dostawka, ale nie czekając na wymianę sami podmieniliśmy na polówke stojącą w korytarzu i już było ok.
Satu (10/5): Mikäli vielä suuntaan Napoliin, tarkistan ehdottomasti tämän majoituksen ensimmäisenä! Suosittelen. - Yksikössä sijaitseva huoneisto käsitti kaiken tarpeellisen ja sen sijainti oli erinomainen, aivan keskellä historiallista keskustaa. Huoneiston terassilta oli mahtavat näkymät niin Vesuviukselle, St. Elmolle kuin Duomollekin. Kaikki toimi, ei moitteen sanaa mistään. Henkilökunta oli erittäin ystävällistä, paikassa tuli aivan kotoisa olo. Hintaan kuuluva läheisen kahvilan 'aamiainen' ei ehkä sitä, mihin Suomessa on totuttu; makea, täytetty voisarvi / muu leivonnainen ja valinnan mukaan kuppi kuumaa. Jostain syystä sekin kuitenkin alkoi maistua päivä päivältä paremmin. Kahvilassa saattoi aistia aidon paikallisen tunnelman, henkilökunta tuollakin erittäin ystävällistä ja palvelu pelasi. Ainoa moitteen sana tulee vedenlaskusta aiheutuvasta melusta, ilmeisesti sen aiheutti lämminvesivaraajan kovaääninen hurina tai täyttyminen (en tiedä) - varsinkin yöaikaan se tuppasi herättämään. Liikenteen melu ei niinkään häirinnyt, mutta paikalliseen kulttuuriin kuuluva torven tööttäys kuului myös öin ja päivin :) Korvatulpat auttavat asiassa.

Завтрак сервируют в кафе за углом со свежайшей выпечкой. Ночью достаточно шумно, но к этому нужно быть готовым при выборе жилья в центре.

La struttura è situata in una posizione davvero privilegiata, con una vista mozzafiato sul centro storico che da sola vale il soggiorno. Letizia (8/5): Vai a Napoli e poi stai bene! - La cordialità e disponibilità dello staff, posizione centrale ma giusto fuori dalla confusione, camera completa di tutto e pulita. Da donna con capelli lunghi devo devo dire doccia perfetta. Pulizia camera e cambi vari solo per soggiorni superiori alle 3 notti; Forse andrebbe specificato meglio della colazione in convenzione con un Bar vicino, comunque ci siamo trovati molto bene se pur nella confusione visto che si trova in una via centrale, la scelta è ridotta ma a Napoli è giusto mangiare ogni mattina la sfoglietella!
Svetlana Jánošová (7/5): - Lokalita v centre mesta bola výborná. Všetko bolo blízko. Vybavenie izby velmi slabé. Nemali sme žiadny hrnček ani lyžičky, aby sme si mohli urobiť kávu čaj. Plastové poháre sa po naliatí horúcej vody ihneď roztopili, všetko sa vylialo. Sprchovací kút je veľmi úzky. Stolička v izbe zlomená.

Gdy odwołano z niewiadomych przyczyn moja wcześniej opłacona taksówkę zaoferował odwiezienie na lotnisko. Wszędzie blisko. Smaczne śniadania.

Javier (1/5): Mejor en cualquier otro alojamiento - La ubicación es buena. Al igual que otras muchas de la ciudad. La limpieza y el servicio son inexistentes. En 5 días limpiaron la habitación 1 solo día. Sin cambiar las toallas en pleno mes de agosto. Incluso sin reponer el papel higiénico. No es un lugar para alojarse en napoles. Spaccanapoli es fantástica, pero el quartier spagnolo, Vía Toledo,el puerto,Plaza del plesbicito y el lungomare, también. Mejor escoger un hotel tradicional. Aquí pagas por nada, por ocupar un cuarto en el centro. Pero no tienes ningún servicio por parte del propietario. Primero, tras quejarnos el segundo día de no haber limpiado la habitación, nos dice (llamándolo por teléfono, por qué no hay nadie en recepción) que limpian cada dos días, y ni eso. Muy mala experiencia. Mejor como ya digo. Cualquier otro hotel. Lo de estas habitaciones es vergonzoso.

Andreas (5/5): Schöne Lage,aber Preis/Leistungsverhältniss nicjt vorhanden - Die Lage war sehr gut ,mitten in der Altstadt und trotzdem ruhig. Viele Restaurants in fußläufiger Entfernung. Das Zimmer befand sich ca.500 Meter von der eigentlich angegebenen Adresse,mit Koffern ein ziemlich langer Fußmarsch.Das Frühstücksrestaurant , welches sich auch an der eigentlichen Adresse befand,war demzufolge auch ziemlich weit weg. Anfahrt mit dem PKW unmöglch. Das Frühstück selbst war eine blanke Katastrophe,völlig überfülltes Kaffee,minimales Angebot und völlig überfordertes Personal. Scheinbar werden dor die Gäste aller umliegenden Hotels abgefrühstückt. Das Zimmer war mehr als karg ausgestattet,ein Stuhl, ein Tisch,keine Nachttische und keinerlei Geschirr.

jose carlos (8/5): - el alojamiento está muy bien ubicado, es cómodo y agradable. debido a las altas temperaturas en napoles, no pudimos hacer uso de la terraza ni por la noche. la mesa que se ve en la foto tiene un mantel bastante sucio que habría que limpiar o retirar. como unico aspecto no positivo está que no teniamos el dinero justo de las tasas municipales y quedó en devolvernos el dinero, hasta la fecha no lo ha hecho, era muy poco dinero, pero por esa razon es mejor quedar bien y gestionar la devolución.

Candiceleigh (7/5): Great as lock up and go and have a clean and comfy nights sleep. - Our room was exactly what we expected, close enough to the action around Naples. Bed was comfortable, linen and bathroom clean. This was a lock up and go option for us and it was perfect. We battled to find the place, but once we did it was all good, the lift was not very reliable and no coffee cups in the rooms. Staff were absent so couldn't ask for these items.

James (9/5): Excellent location and host - The location is very central to Napoli, about 15-20 minutes walk from train stations Napoli Centrale and Napoli Porto Nolana. The room is small but very comfortable and the private bath is excellent. Guests should be prepared to communicate via WhatsApp, as this is the preferred messaging app in Europe. Also, as this is a B&B, be sure to communicate with the host regularly before arrival to coordinate check in. This may be a bit different than customary, particularly for American travelers. The property is in the old historic district of Napoli and the streets/pedestrian walks will put rolling bags to the test!

Gintare (10/5): Exceptional - Very good location in old town, nice authentic italian building. Welcoming and smiling italian speaking lady. Italian charm. Lovely breakfast (coffee + fresh roll) served in a cosy cafe nearby apartments (20 meters). Small but cosy room nice decorated, large bathroom with a shower. Keeping in mind it's an old italian building everything is quite nice. What could be improved - the main negative thing is sound isolation (you can hear your neighbours). Other - very small window on the ground (no sunlight). No kettle, no mini fridge (that was not a problem in warm season).
Migdalia (6/5): Location was everything! - Best part was the location! The a/c was not working properly and the WiFi was horrible, signal was very week! The shower head was clogged and barely any water coming out of it. No toiletries at all, no shampoo, bath soap, etc. The towels were so hard that they scraped your skin.

What bothered me and my wife was that the hostel promised too much on Booking, but in reality did not live up to the expectations at all. The host did not show up on time, instead he sent the cleaners who did not speak English (they were friendly and did their best!). The rooms were not prepared and we did not get the room we had booked.

Arturas (1/5): Stay away from this place!!! - Nothing We have booked the apartment for a family of 4 persons but when we were doing booking we saw only pictures of the flat which as we were told is only for 2 people. They sent the person who does not spesk english who took us to a completely different address when was indicated in the booking. It was in a terrible street and apartment was much worse than the one showed in pictures not to tell there was no rooftop terrace or anything we expected to get. When we were trying to explain that this is not the apartment we have booked the woman gave us a phone to speak with the persons who are able to speak english. They refused to give a refund and kept telling us this is the only one apartment they have for 4 persons and that we have booked it. At the end, the girl on the phone said you can go out if you do not like it but they are not going to work in a refund. Of course we left the place with the terrible experience.

Autumn (7/5): Nice but some things to be mindful of - It was a nice clean room, the bath was great after all the walking around and exploring. Staff were helpful over whatsapp and helped arrange taxi to the airport It was noisey, the window didnt seem.to shut 100%. There are bits that need maintaining, wall scuffs and such while dont impact your stay do ruin some of the look. There was no physical staff around but they did communicate quite easier over whatsapp
Jeroen (9/5): Lovely stay in Napels - Perfecty located near some of the nicest streets of Napels! The room was nice and tidy with a huge roof terrace. Breakfast place was quite busy during the weekend, not always place to sit.
