- Laura (7/5): - Hotel offers free drinks and snacks to hotel guests. The location is great, close to a public transport. The climat control system was a bit wierd, it was a bit cold first in the room. The bathroom floor was squeaking and when showering the floor gets quite wet. There was some renovation going on next door, so we were woken up every morning by drilling noise.

Consigliato. - Posizione comoda, con molti mezzi di trasporto pubblici facilmente raggiungibili (metro e bus); molto vicino all'aeroporto. comoda anche la modalità di check-in/check-out che può essere anche eseguita in totale autonomia. La stanza è stata resa disponibile anche in anticipo rispetto all'orario "ufficiale" di check in. Premesso che il soggiorno è andato molto bene e l'hotel ha soddisfatto l'aspettativa, se proprio devo "segnalare" qualcosa, direi che il vano doccia va un po' rivisto per aumentare la sicurezza. Sarebbe bene prevedere un tappetino antiscivolo e una tenda o un'estensione scorrevole del plexiglas già presente per evitare di bagnare il pavimento del resto del bagno, rendendolo potenzialmente scivoloso.

Non mi è piaciuto che la mattina alle 7.30 ci siamo svegliate con il rumore di trapani e martelli di alcuni lavori che stavano facendo

- Clarissa (6/5): Grundkonzept grünes Hotel mit Besserungspotenzial - Das Bett war sehr bequem, das Grundkonzept ist ganz gut und das Frühstücksbuffet war gut auch die Auswahl. Und die Unterkunft war gut zu erreichen. Leider als wir ins Zimmer kamen hat es extrem nach Rauch gestunken und konnten nicht lüften weil die Fenster nicht kippbar waren und es generell immer dunkel im Zimmer war, da wir die Vorhänge nicht aufmachen wollten weil sonst jeder der vorbei läuft hinein sehen kann. Die Lüftungen im ganzen Zimmer auch im Bad funktionierten nicht, mehr Ablage- oder Aufhängemöglichkeiten für Handtücher oder andere Artikel wären toll gewesen vorallem im Bad. Ansonsten war es immer sehr laut, man hat alles gehört weil das Zimmer am Eingangsbereich war und in der Nähe vom Treppenhaus/Gang und egal welche Uhrzeit keine Rücksicht genommen wurde also schlafen ist uns sehr schwer gefallen.

- Robby (6/5): Für eine Nacht okay, aber nicht nochmal - Man konnte flexibel ein Zimmer buchen und hat ein kleines, schönes und gemütliches Zimmer erhalten. Personal war auch sehr freundlich. Die Betten waren bequem. Für einen kurzen Aufenthalt hat es auf jeden Fall gereicht. Frühstück war auch ganz okay. Das Zimmer mit Fenster war zwar mit Fenster, aber man konnte es nicht mal öffnen. Es war sehr warm im Raum und trotz einer „Klimaanlage“ konnte man temperaturtechnisch nichts machen. Manchmal wurde es im Zimmer sogar wärmer. Aber das Personal sollten wir nicht nerven diesbezüglich. Die Dusche hat in den Fugen geschimmelt. Und nach der Dusche hat es im Zimmer nach verschmorten Plastik gestunken. Beim Frühstück hab es unaufgebackene Brötchen. Der Speisesaal war unmöglich, da dieser sich direkt im Eingangsbreich befand und man nicht in Ruhe frühstücken konnte, da sich dort Gruppen versammelt haben, die sich sehr laut unterhalten haben.

- Marcello (10/5): Excelente acomodação. - O Hotel está muito bem localizado, próximo de metro e tram. Possui estacionamento, mas é um pouco caro devido a estrutura da cidade que não tem muito estacionamento disponível. Os funcionários são muito atenciosos e as instalações e limpeza são ótimos. Tem café da manhã disponível no local e muito gostoso. Café e frutas ficam disponibilizados para os hóspedes o tempo todo. Enfim, ameeei o hotel. O valor do estacionamento é caro, mas é aquilo, a cidade não é amiga de carros, pq tem um sistema de transporte muito bom.

Le personnel a réagit efficacement à ma demande de changement de chambre suite au désagrément causé par les travaux avec le petit déjeuner offert en dédommagement. Première nuit à un étage où il y avais des travaux des 7h du matin réveil bruyant je pense qu’il aurais était préférable de le préciser. Présence de moisissure sur les VMC, change pas super propre …

The level 1 rooms are with minimum natural light, is a kind of semibasement with people passing near the windows, so we were forced to keep the curtains closed. The lights were very weak, it's not possible to read or even find something in the lugagge without the phone flaslight. The temperature was to low, even after we ajusted the thermostat.

- Sirun (10/5): - The staff is very friendly and helpful. if your stay included breakfast, it's mean you can use tea, coffee, fruit, and drinks all day long. Internet is good. It's not close to the center, but very close to the metro and the train station. The price - quality ratio is good.

They were doing some repair for an hour. What is sad about this, the reason of sound was them. Pillows were yellow color and they were smelling very bad. Room 102.

- BEN TURKIA (10/5): parfait - Petit déjeuner équilibré et copieux. Cafés, thé, jus et biscuits à volonté toute la journée. Nous avons pu laisser nos bagages à l’hôtel, ce qui a grandement facilité notre voyage. Emplacement parfait : en face de la station de métro et à 5 minutes de la station de bus. Nous avons payé 10 € car nous avons quitté la chambre à 12h au lieu de 11h.

L’hotel è di fronte alla stazione Zuid e ci vogliono solo 10 min dall’aeroporto e circa 15 min per il centro. La camera non è molto insonorizzata e la pulizia non era perfetta.

- phyllis (10/5): we really enjoyed staying here and its value for money. - This hotel embraces green, conservation and nature. the staff are extremely friendly and helpful. they offer free coffee and snacks throughout the day and whaooooh, the rooms are greater than they appear in photos. Station Zuid is just 4 minutes walk and the location is great and secure. You can access shopping around etc nothing everything was great

Nel complesso l'esperienza è stata molto positiva e confortevole la stanza era abbastanza pulita, con cambio di asciugamani ogni giorno La posizione fantastica,in meno di 3 minuti a piedi si raggiungono treno e metro, permettendo di arrivare in centro in pochissimi minuti Nelle immediate vicinanze si trovano diversi supermercati, comodissimi per ogni necessità Bagno davvero minuscolo, per pochi giorni ci si adatta, ma lo spazio è molto sacrificato. I cuscini un po' troppo piccoli per i miei gusti. Le finestre sono semplici vetrate fisse che non si possono aprire, quindi non è possibile cambiare l’aria manualmente.
