Guest Reviews
Badkamer was vrij proper.

- Grether (3/5): -
- Denis (1/5): Disappointing - Not much Algo said 3 stars, but then it was 2, no counter for check-in a lot of discrepancies in general
- Julie (5/5): Would not stay there again too expensive - The location was close to the station The bed was very hard and the room was not value for money
- LefterisPiou (7/5): Good place , clean but expensive (like everything in Roma ) - The owner was brilliant! Key problem , toilet problem he was in the room in one minute !!! ...No Tv in the room , nothing else

- Arnt Ove (10/5): - Alt
- Navidi Dulansa (9/5): -
- Thanyalak (9/5): - - Room is OK. Reasonable price -
- Federica (8/5): -

- B Douglas (9/5): - This hotel owner has two properties near each other. We were booked in the Filippo location but taken to the Sky Hotel location. Absolutely no problem. The lady, Sabrina, was gracious and helpful. Excellent location. I've never had a 2 star hotel change out all the linens daily before. Quiet courtyard, comfortable bed. Unfortunately in 3 days they weren't able to get the wifi working. Wifi didn't get fixed in 3 days,
- Lovette (6/5): I had gone to rest but with no TV I felt lonely. The good thing is the hotel is in a good location. - Nearness to the Town centre. Also the security was good. There was no working TV or microwave to heat up meals. The tea and coffee facility is communal. That meant I had to go out of my room to get a hot drink.
- Kevin (10/5): Exceptional -
- Galoyan (9/5): Superb -
- Koobeshnee (5/5): Passable -
- Massimiliano (8/5): Good for a short stay in the city - Good bed, silence, good entrance. The electrical outlets are not the Italian ones! Thank god I didn’t have to charge anything. How’ that possible? There was not a single compatible one.
Also, the water flow of the sink was too small.
- Dubravko (8/5): Great location for price but not hotel - Location is great for the price and the room is ok. This is not hotel, room is in oldish apartmant building 100m from advertised location. Not bad location 5 min from Termini, but hotel in the name is misleading. Perfect for our trip - using room only for sleep and shower.
- Yusuke (7/5): Good - Location is perfect. Room is not exactly the place shown on the map, but still close to the station. Map only shows the place of the Check-in counter, the room was another building 5 minutes walk south from there.
The refrigerator didn't work good.
The toilet flushing is very week.
- Laoura (10/5): - Excellent
- Peter (6/5): - 3 night in Rome. My first time to Europe so not sure what to expect. I’m used to a lobby and people to meet you.
- Omar (10/5): Exceptional -
- Jeffery (10/5): - Very clean very safe people were very very nice and very very helpful will stay here again and will definitely recommend it to other people it's right where you want to be Winston wolf and Jeffrey button
- Silviu (8/5): Very good -
- Ivan (10/5): - buena ubicación.
- Clare (7/5): Good - The room was clean and soundproof. No noise from the busy outside area.
The bed was big and comfortable. Good coffee available in the morning.
The check in was easy The room was hot but there was no control for the air-con. There was no water in the cistern so toilet would not flush.
The host did not respond to my WhatsApp message.
- Kristina (5/5): Good option for 1-2 nights. - It was close to the Central Station, very nice host. He let me to enter the room much more earlier of my arrival. That was very nice as I came at night and was very tired. They did not mention that there are two buildings, and the building which is on the pictures has another address. Which is actually again close to the station but anyway makes you feel uncomfortable.
- Loren (7/5): Good -
- Mubasshir (6/5): The worst experience ever - When we arrived at the hotel, everything was going great until it got to the payment. At first, we were confused because we had paid online. But lee( the "manager") said we need to pay the city tax for me and my husband so we did, AND THEN, he asked for a $25 city tax for my 10 year old daughter! But my other daughter was free!? I was so confused. So then i was like, no! Either you give us a bigger room, or we are not paying. He did nothing, so my daughter was negotiating with him, so in the end, we paid 20 dollars. I was so upset. He even yelled at me, saying he's right and i'm wrong. The only reason i still gave the hotel 6 stars was because of the cleanliness. I would not come here ever again.
- Melissa (10/5): Exceptional -
- Mahmoud (8/5): Very good - good value of money , you feel like sharing a flat with few others, gives you somehow the feeling of owning an apartment in Rome 😀 too small to be called hotel, it is accommodation in the centre of Rome, it is one flat of 4 to 5 rooms .. but it did the job.
- Melanie (5/5): In our experience it is a clean place to sleep nearby Termini station, I would only recommend if you are staying one nig - Located very close to Termini train station Our room didn’t have any natural light due to the shutters over the window and it was quite noisy as near the station
- DIANA (10/5): - Buen servicio, excelente ubicación, limpio, cómodo y muy amables
- Devjit (9/5): Superb -
- Hadis (9/5): Superb - Sabrina was a great receptionist, friendly, polite, and kind. The location was great, close to Termini that made it easy for us to get around the city. Everything was GOOD. I will recommend it to others. During the day, the room was a little dark and it was not possible to open the persiana of the window. But for us, it was ok, since Sabrina was really nice to us, other things didn't matter.
- R (9/5): Superb -
- Andrea (9/5): Suprisingly elegant rooms in a convinient position - This hotel is in a very convenient zone, super close to Termini railway station. From outside, it does not look anything special, but inside the rooms are very nice and elegant, very comfortable. I totally recommend this place. The rooms have international electric plugs, which is surely a plus for international tourists. Unfortunately, Italian plugs do not fit, so you may need to ask for an adaptor to the hotel personnel.
- Lukas (10/5): Exceptional -
- Ana (7/5): Good -
- Kyle (10/5): Exceptional -
- Antonio (8/5): Very good -
- Ted (10/5): Exceptional -
- Marina (10/5): Nice hotel in a historic building, not far from the sights - The hotel is located next to the central station, it is 20-30 minutes to walk to the sights, it is quite comfortable. There is an elevator. A wonderful old building, with a historic elevator. Convenient check-in . There are dishes, a kettle and a coffee machine. It is a pity that there was no cot, but there is a large bed in the room, the three of us comfortably fit The hotel is located in the Asian area, in the evening it is not safe to walk there, according to my feelings. There are a lot of untidy-looking people walking around
- Samanta (8/5): Very good -
- Paul (8/5): It is good! - The location is really good!
- Jose (10/5): Exceptional -
- Sherry (8/5): - .
- Rami (1/5): Bad -
- Daniela (6/5): Comfortable and with easy accessibility to main transport and sights - Thel room was overall clean and bed was very roomy and comfortable.
The location was very close to Termini Station, the Mercato Centrale, and within easy walking to Piazza Sta Maria Maggiore and other attractions Wifi was rather slow and the TV was not working. The bathroom did not offer much privacy although it must be said that it was clean.
As is to be expected the area nearest to the station is shabby and at night requires some extra caution.
- Ruken (1/5): Very bad - nothing -)the bed was extremely terrible, the mattress so soft, that my back and neck were hurting the whole time.
-)Not clean bathroom
-)Very thin walls - you can hear the guests snoring in the next room
-) the surrounding is very scary. Everywhere creepy men on the streets. Don’t go there as a woman alone
-) poor communication with the owner
-) too expensive
- Anat (4/5): Disappointing -
- Iuliia (10/5): Great! - Great location! Place is very safe and quiet; Room is big with all facilities needed; I was happy with my booking 😊also personal is very kind and helpful!
- Renee (9/5): Clean, cozy, comfortable, courteous! - It was one block from train station, so conveniently located. Manager was very kind to hold my luggage for no charge. He went out of his way to show me how to get wifi. He was always available for questions. Very clean and comfortable. Nothing
- Renee (9/5): Superb -
- Monica (7/5): Good - very close to Roma termini station, buses and airport buses perhaps road a little noisy and the shower was just a mist of water but managed anyway, I just needed a nice and clean room close to all transportation needed and close to everything else I needed, restaurants, chemists, shops where to buy everyday things and food at normal price
- Miguel (6/5): I'll be back - Secure, Bed and room r comfortable n clean, Owner n wife r very professional n helpful. Close to Termini Station n restaurants n shops n can walk everywhere. Windows r double glazed can't hear anything from outside. Can't hear anything from outside but can hear noises from other rooms through walls but everyone was quite so it was OK. Cleaners don't speak English, they speak Italian only so be patient explaining to them in sign language what you want.
- Annabelle (8/5): Very nice place - Very Good! Yes
- Kleant (8/5): Very good - Cleaneess Caffe
- Kosinski (3/5): Poor -
- Elsayed (7/5): Very good as a value compared to money - Off course the location, the room was good and clean. Room service was daily. It feels like a house more then hotel, AC socket beside bed was not working, refrigerator was not working well.
- Dayane (6/5): Pleasant -
- Jim (9/5): Superb - Amazing staff!
- Lodela (10/5): Recommendable - my friend who stayed there said , she enjoyed her stay and that the owner is very nice and friendly. none
- Amj (9/5): Superb - Very Good 👌🏻
- David (9/5): Superb -
- James (7/5): I would stay here again - Staff Hard to find. One small sign. Easy to walk right by the hotel.
- Lythall (1/5): Bad -
- Svetlana (10/5): excellent stay - Room is big size. Location is fantastic, really 2 steps away from bus stop, where you can take bus to central attractions. the bath tap is a seating one - not used to it
- Silvia (8/5): - ….
- Badar (8/5): Very good -
- Michael (5/5): Passable - It served the purpose of my friend who stayed there. I booked for him. But it might not be to everybody’s likening. It’s not really a hotel, but more like a ‘pensione’. Someone is there to answer and give keys when you arrive. Bedroom clean, towel changed every day. No breakfast included, but a common area kitchen to make coffee. It is very reasonably priced, I think it was marked as 2 stars so you get what you pay, but my friend said it was fine.
- Colin (6/5): Close to Termini (10mins walk) Clean rooms with good security - Close to Termini station. Comfy bed. Lots of nice Trattorias close by for a meal if arriving in evening.
The Hotel also has rooms in an apartment block further up the street, so you may be staying there. Lee, the owner was very helpful with navigation and stored my bag. The place looks a bit dodgy at first but was OK in the end. If you arrive late at night it can be hard to find, as no big signs, so look for the correct street number.
A bit expensive for what you get, but Rome is expensive, so in comparison it was fine.
- Vradexx (10/5): Exceptional - Good location It was good
- Julia (7/5): Good -
- Dylan (5/5): Really enjoyed the city, the people were fantasic, hotel entrance looked like a building site but the actual hotel was n - Good location, near the station, good amount of space in the room Despite being next to the station the street felt a little dodgy, in the dark it was hard to find (having to use the doorbell to get let in the first night). Only times i saw staff was when checking in and checking out
- Ahmed (7/5): Good -
- Abraham (6/5): - If you have room 305 then the bathroom toilet will not flush completely. There are ants by the windows crack & the AC didn’t work. Nice place to walk around the area though.
- Asma (5/5): Passable -
