- Erik (4/5): - Parking completo, al llegar. La opción que hay está un poco lejos, al aire libre y de libre acceso aunque sea privado. Los ascensores se tuvieron que esperar una cantidad exagerada de tiempo en mas se una ocasión (más de diez minutos hasta que decidí subir 6 pisos a pie). Extra de 30 euros por una habitación con bañera de hidromasaje que se veía en las fotos. Si está explicado en algún sitio de Booking, desde luego no está claro ya que parece que el precio que ves ya es el completo. Desde luego muy honesto no es por legal que sea. Pon el precio completo y si tienes dos tipos de habitaciones, separadas como ya haces con las estandar y las suite. El hotel está bien pero todo esto hace que la sensación sea realmente mala

No me.gusto nada el trato del recepcionista llamandome a las 00:44 para decirme que estaba fumando en la habitacion cuando esa acusacion era mentira.Estabamos.yo y mi pareja dormidos y nos desperto para hacer las comprobaciones queriendo entrar a la habitacion a esas horas la verdad es que no me ha pasado en ningun hotel.Una falta de respeto y sin dejar descansar.Pesimo

No iba el aire acondicionado. Plato de ducha le faltaba 1 puerta. Hacía mucho ruido y mucha calor en la habitación. La habitación daba a patio de luces con el ruido de todos los aires acondicionados. Pasaba la gente por el pasillo y se escuchaba todo. No he podido descansar bien en ninguno de los dos días.

La piscine est froide et également vieillissante. Les photos sur Booking ne correspondent pas du tout à la réalité. Une vraie déception.

Al parking no hi poden accedir que segons quins cotxes, tinc un Volvo 4X4 i el vaig haber de deixar al carrer..altre vegada i per aquest motiu em repensaré tornar a l'Hotel, arribar al vespre i haber de anar donant voltes pels carrers que envolten l'hotel buscant aparcament es força emprenyador la veritat! preferiria pagar una mica més i agafar un hotel amb un bon parking.

Tienen la amabilidad de mantenernos las mismas habitaciones que són amplias que se comunican con una salita y con camas grandes y cómodas. Nos gusta el buffet para la cena y el desayuno. Tiene delante mismo la parada del bus.

Dans la chambre il faisait trpo chaud pour diminuer la température nous avons mis la clim une horreur le bruit de ferraille.Nous avons ouvert la fenètre le bruit est infernal nous avons passé la plus mauvaise nuit du séjour.

Cada vez que tienes que sacar el coche del parking una odisea para bajar la rampa ya que es inaccesible como no domines las dimensiones de tu vehículo lo rayas seguro rampa forma caracol que se estrecha Y al hotel le hace falta una reforma, habitaciones muy antiguas y camas y almohadas muy incómodas

Había zona de juego para peques...pero parecía que podía pillar una hepatitis. La verdad que podría estar muchísimo mejor y renovar mobiliario y paredes (los dibujos para niños no son...)

- Lourdes (9/5): - Está cerca del centro pero si quieres tienes una parada de autobús en frente del hotel y al volver te deja casi en la puerta
- María Belén (8/5): - La amplitud de las habitaciones y la amabilidad del personal . El desayuno y la cena buffet correctas, había opción vegetariana. La rampa del garaje era infernal y la piscina estaba fría. El hamman no funcionaba.
