Brud, grzyb,wilgoć , wszystko stare i rozpadające się , zdjęcia na booking zrobione bardzo dawno temu… w rzeczywistości stan mebli był okropny…poprosiłam o zameldowanie o godz 10 , która została przez obiekt zaakceptowana, niestety na miejscu okazało się że apartament był gotowy dopiero o 16!

- Steve C (9/5): Great apartment for the price and perfectly located. Easy access to Buses, Metro and restaurants. - Large spacious room, with very comfortable bed and the location was absolutely perfect for access to both tourist aspects and locality to the Stadio Olympic, our primary reason for the visit. Apartment are somewhat dated compared to the photos online but this is to be expected to a degree and did not detract from the stay. The bar across the road can be noisy and was especially on Saturday night, but in fairness, Italy had just beaten us at Rugby, problem solved by going down and having a late drink.

O atendimento da Danait era impecável, pois não falamos italiano e mesmo assim conseguimos nos comunicar muito bem e ela nos fez excelentes recomendações de locais e restaurantes. A cozinha compartilhada é super funcional e o tamanho do quarto muito superior para hotéis na Europa. Recomendo e voltaria. Detalhe importante: a localização muito boa para se locomover pela cidade de ônibus e metro.

- Joost (7/5): - Het appartement ligt erg goed voor bezoek aan allerlei bezienswaardigheden. Dichtbij Vaticaan en metrostation Het bed is een te groot matras op een metalen frame en krakkemikkig. Ontbijt niet super maar er zitten genoeg mogelijkheden voor een Italiaanse ontbijtbeleving in de omgeving
- Sebastian (8/5): - Bardzo dobrze usytuowany obiekt, blisko Placu św. Piotra, metra i sieci autobusowej. Tuż obok sklepy i restauracje, a także apteka i kawiarnia. Dobry kontakt z właścicielami i pomoc w transferze na lotnisko. Pokój wystarczający dla 4-osobowej rodziny. Śniadania "na słodko", ale jest też dostępna lodówka. Pokoje na zdjęciach wyglądają lepiej niż w rzeczywistości, ale dla nas nie stanowiło to większego problemu. Był lekki kłopot z zamykaniem i otwieraniem drzwi. Generalnie jednak na plus. Dostępna niewielka winda. Bardzo pomocy portier - Polak z pochodzenia. Oferta w sam raz na kilkudniowy pobyt nastawiony na aktywny wypoczynek i zwiedzanie. Bardzo wymagającego wynajmującego może przerazić estetyka. Ale nie jest tragicznie. Dla nas nie stanowiło to problemu.

- Mirosław (10/5): Comfortable staying close to the Vatican - Very comfortable accommodation close to Vatican (max 10 min by foot). Our room was prepared earlier than it was assumed (above 3 hours) - so we could spend the time inside when it was raining. Dana took care us from the beginning of our staying guessing everything what we would need. Explaining to us several issues. She offered us umbrellas when we going out into the rain. Each morning we have got new breakfast packages. Dana organized the luggage leaving possibility during last day of our visit, so we had the opportunity to take them in he afternoon. Thank you for so many positive expressions and talking. This place isn't only for sleeping but experiencing of kindness and human warmth. Friendly, comfortable area with human face.

- Małgosia (10/5): Blisko metro, włoskie śniadania, spanie w centrum - Bardzo przyjemne miejsce. Blisko do metra Ottaviano. Bliziutko Watykan i Plac św. Piotra. Ok. 100 m jest bardzo dobrze zaopatrzony Pewex. Na miejscu dostępne są parasolki, więc jak jest załamanie pogody to można sobie pożyczyć. Śniadania typowo włoskie. Każdy ma swoją półkę na której zawsze znajduje się chleb, kapsułki kawy, litrowy sok, słodkie przekąski i mleko. Jest opiekacz do tostów, duża lodówka i wszystko co jest potrzebne. Ręczniki i szampon. Powitał nas Niccolo, który pokazał nam pokój i oprowadził. Tak jak już większość tutaj pisała- poduszki są mega twarde. To jak spanie na kamieniu. I wi fi praktycznie nie działa. Ale to drobiazgi, które nie rzutowały na całościowym odbiorze

Las camas, la falta de agua caliente (tardaba mucho en salir y cuando ya salía en general salía tibia), la limpieza de acolchados, calefacción y opciones de abrigo para dormir.

- Josie (10/5): Highly recommended - Arches B&B has a very good location being near lots of restaurants and shops. Vatican City is merely 15mins walk away as well the shopping street in Otaviano. The hostel is clean and staff are very accommodating. Paolo gave information of places to visit, while the lady that cleans the place, however has limited English was also very nice and super sweet. Will definately recommend this hostel.

- Chiara Eugenia (8/5): Una comoda e pratica soluzione per un breve soggiorno a Roma - Posizione comoda sia per i Musei Vaticani e San Pietro (10-15 minuti a piedi), che per la metro (fermata Ottaviano, 8 min a piedi)) e gli autobus (il 70 porta comodamente in centro (Ara pacis, palazzo Attemps, Ara Coeli, Musei Capitolini…), fermata a 5 min a piedi). Personale gentile e disponibile a risolvere eventuali problemi (check-in tardivo o deposito valigie al check out). Comoda e attrezzata (frigo, microonde, piastra, bollitore, macchinetta del caffè) la cucina condivisa per la colazione (brioche confezionate, pane a fette per toast, marmellatine, yogurt, latte e succhi) ed eventualmente per scaldarsi una cena veloce. Camera ampia e dotata sia di tavolino e sedie per la colazione che di poltrona e armadio. Bagno con doccia grande e comoda. Ascensore e portineria (la nostra stanza era in un appartamento al quarto piano di un condominio un po’ datato ma signorile). Quartiere ben servito di pizzerie e ristoranti(romano , greco, …), farmacia, banca, minimarket, bar e negozi di vario genere. Tra i cestini della raccolta differenziata mancava il cestino per il secco indifferenziato e così alcuni ospiti buttavano rifiuti misti in quello della plastica o dell’umido. La finestra del bagno non aveva le tende e forse per sopperire a ciò le tapparelle erano bloccate a metà altezza, ma occorreva chiudere gli scuri per avere privacy. Comunque piccole cose.

- Claudia (8/5): - La ubicación, a 10 minutos andando del Vaticano. Barrio muy tranquilo y seguro. Había alguna cuestión descuidada, por ejemplo, la mampara de la ducha estaba rota, y se salía el agua al ducharse. La ventana del baño estaba rota y no podía abrirse para ventilar, condensando ligeramente la habitación.
- PABLINA ANDREA (1/5): MUY MALA EXPERIENCIA, NO RECOMIENDO EL LUGAR - NADA Lamentablemente, nuestra experiencia en Arches BYB Roma fue muy negativa. Llegamos cerca de medianoche y la persona que nos recibió fue amable, pero después de esa noche no volvimos a ver personal disponible. A la mañana siguiente solo apareció un par de jóvenes para limpiar, estuvieron unos minutos y no los vimos más durante los cuatro días de nuestra estadía. En ningún momento se nos informó que el pago debía hacerse presencialmente. En todos nuestros viajes hemos pagado automáticamente con la tarjeta registrada en Booking, por lo que asumimos que sería igual. Nadie, ni quien hizo el check-in, ni quienes limpiaron, ni la persona a la que avisamos que dejábamos el alojamiento, nos indicó que debíamos pagar antes de retirarnos. Las 2 primeras noches tampoco fueron buenas: la habitación daba directamente a la calle, justo frente a un pub, y el ruido duraba hasta muy tarde, impidiendo dormir. Fue muy agotador. El lugar es muy básico para el precio de la estadía y el desayuno muy pobre, todo añejo y envasado Al día siguiente de retirarnos, ya estando en Asís, recibimos un mensaje acusándonos de haber salido “sin pagar”. Fue una situación injusta y muy incómoda. Para solucionarlo nos pidieron ir a un banco, por lo que tuvimos que gastar 120 euros en Uber para llegar y volver, y al llegar el banco estaba clausurado. Finalmente, hicimos el pago desde Chile con ayuda de nuestra ejecutiva bancaria, lo que implicó una multa adicional de 150 euros. En total, perdimos toda una mañana destinada a recorrer Asís y gastamos 270 euros extra debido a la falta de comunicación de las personas que trabajan en Arches Ha sido una de nuestras peores experiencias viajando. No volveríamos ni recomendamos este alojamiento.

- Jakub (9/5): Dla znających realia kwater włoskich B&B w dobrej cenie, szczerze polecam. - Bardzo bezpieczna lokalizacja,z odpowiednią ilością sklepów i jadłodajni w okolicy. Blisko Watykanu więc oszczędzamy czas na dojazdach. Śniadania typowe, paczkowane +sok duży, a jego ilość,z kawą Lavazza z automatu, wystarczające na dobry start. Obiekt czysty, choć widać,że bardzo eksploatowny przez turystów, nie zawsze dbających o niego. Obsługa na medal,sprzętanie,wymiana ręczników jak trzeba. Kaloryfery i klima działają perfekt. Kontakt i ustalenia przez WhatsUp bezproblemowy.Nasz tygodniowy pobyt był wspaniały (oczywiście start musi być rano). Drobne uszkodzenia wynikające z zużycia (szczelność okien, armatura w łazience)

Белье чистое, на завтрак нам оставляли кофе в капсулах, булочки, йогурт, сок, это было очень удобно. Месторасположение очень удачное, все в пешей доступности, вообще район очень понравился. Спасибо большое!

Tutto è un po' datato e vecchiotto, sarebbe il caso di rinnovare qualcosa. A volte l'acqua calda è soltanto tiepida. Il riscaldamento non funzionava (ma non faceva freddo). Nel bagno abbiamo visto alcuni minuscoli animaletti che giravano sul pavimento.

- Andja (10/5): - We were here for 4 days and everything was perfect. We were here for 4 days and everything was perfect. First, the staff is very pleasant and accommodating. We came into contact with most of the people working here and everyone is wonderful. They also enabled us to have a late check-in, and on the last day, they looked after our belongings and allowed us to sit and wait for a taxi in the common areas. The apartment was perfectly clean and comfortable. The breakfast was a true sweet Italian breakfast, as everywhere else. The coffee was delicious. The location is perfect; everything is close by and very well connected by transport. The Vatican is a 7-minute walk from the accommodation. We are very satisfied and will definitely return here when we come to Rome again.

All questions were solved quickly by friendly personnel. But pls keep in mind that it is a room in the apartment, not the separate apartment, so it was a bit noisy when neighbors were preparing breakfast and coming back late in the evening.

- Mari (8/5): - Todella hyvällä sijainnilla, lyhyt matka Vatikaaniin ja metroasemalle. Ystävällinen henkikökunta ja ihan riittävä aamupala. Paikat olivat siistit ja naapurihuoneista ei kuulunut juuri mitään. Hintansa väärti ehdottomasti. Lähellä oli todella hyviä ravintoloita. Suosittelen ehdottomasti! Melua kuului ajoittain myöhään yöhön, mutta ymmärrettävää kun sijainti keskusta-alueella. Huone oli vähän pieni neljälle, erillissängyt kuulemma hieman epämukavat.
