The air conditioning wasn't working, and although reception confirmed that they would fix it (apparently there was no battery), they never did.

• Melina (8/5): Muito agradavel (tanto que voltamos), donos muito simpaticos e receptivos - Muito bem localizado o hotel e a equipe muito disponível e solícita para nos atender mesmo antes da chegada, com serviços de transfer, mas também durante a estadia, com opções de cafés e agua pra compra, serviço de limpeza diário. Por fim, quartos com armarios, gavetas, permitindo boa organização durante estadia. Ficamos duas vezes no hotel, os quartos mudam, acho que vale pontuar as escadas (dependendo da pessoa, idade, e mala pode nao ser tão acessíveis), chuveiro da primeira acomodação razoavel, e o espaço é pequeno (pontuando, mas nao foi um problema pra nós)

We were with car, I tought it would be hard to find a parking spot, but there was actually a reserved parking spot for us right in front of the guest house. The host was very kind, gave us recommendations for restaurants. Overall great value for the price. The room was very small, but more than enough for what we were looking - to sleep there. However, it was clean.

There was a lot of storage space for my things and although it was not attached to our room we had our own bathroom which was cleaned by the staff everyday Nothing I love it

• Muhammad Aleem (9/5): Just felt like home with the hosts - The location is just perfect very close to Sultan Ahmet Square (hardly 2-3 mins walk) and bulk of shops and restaurants in near by vicinity (less than a minute walk). Staff was very polite and available always on short notice. It was a home like feeling overall. Well to be honest i liked everything but yes one thing which needs a bit of improvement is the breakfast. Standard was good but mostly it can be ranked a light breakfast and that is the only area which requires improvement.

Ahmet kindly picked us up from the airport and dropped us off there (for an extra cost, which was reasonable). The room was quite small and very simple, which was fine for us but may not be for everyone. The walls are thin so you can hear other guests.

Room was compact but comfortable. Very central location for old town. The walls are quite thin. We only got woken up once by other guests though so it was manageable.

Очень комфортно, особенно после долгого перелета, было заселиться в такой отель и просто расслабиться и отдохнуть в тишине и чистоте. Завтрак большой: пять видов сыра, колбаска, яйца, овощи, хлеб,оливки, джем, мед, сладости и т. д. Вайфай отличный. Видела усилители стоят на каждом этаже. В душе напор воды хороший. Также кругом чистота. Утром, когда завтракаешь, открывается прекрасный вид на Босфор. Хозяева прекрасные, дружелюбные люди. Спасибо. Обязательно вернусь, когда буду в Стамбуле.

• Takahiro (9/5): いつかまた、「ただいま」と言いに行きたいです - 毎日きれいに部屋の掃除をしてくれ、タオルも交換してくれる。 近隣のランドリーよりも安く洗濯もしてくれる。 建物は新しくないが充分暖かい。 ゲストハウスを運営する家族は、英語が話せる。女性は少し日本語も話せる。 チェックアウト時に、トルコ滞在中に困ったらWhatsAppで連絡をくれと言って貰えた。「私たちはもう家族です」と。 上階への階段の一部が暗いので、センサー付き証明を追加するといいかもしれない。 他は特によくなかった点は思い当たらない。立地と価格を考えれば十分すぎる。

• Mattia (3/5): - Good cleanliness. Central location (very touristy). 1): Small room. The bed, advertised as a "double," is actually a queen-size bed, uncomfortable for two people. The sink is tiny, making it difficult to even brush your teeth. 2): The window overlooks a wall 3) : Expensive and poor-quality breakfast: powdered milk very diluted with water. Coffee is soluble. Butter, jam, and chocolate are all in disposable plastic. The "vegetables" are two carrot slices. Two biscuits identical to the cheaper ones found in a supermarket. For a lower price, we had a much more abundant and, above all, fresh breakfast in the same area. 4): Thin walls offer little silent and privacy.

• Maryna (10/5): Very good, worth the price - The hosts are very nice and friendly, always in touch. No problems at all with late check-in, everything was easy and relaxed. The location is great, right in the centre, but at the same time quiet, so you can really rest. Price - quality ratio is honestly perfect. The room was warm. The bathroom was a bit cold, but it was December, so that’s understandable. If you keep the door to the bathroom open time after time, it’s totally fine. The room was one of the cheapest ones and the stairs were very close, so I knew in advance that the soundproofing wouldn’t be great. But for me it didn’t disturb my rest at all, I slept well. In the morning the owner offered to store my bags and even gave me an umbrella. It was very kind and really appreciated. Thank you so much for such a warm and kind welcome!
• Junquan (10/5): - The host is very friendly. The location of the hotel is 1st class that u just need several walk to the main sightseeing. The room is also clear and sweet. For solo traveller it is absolutely the best choice to enjoy Istanbul.
• Lorant Levente (9/5): Cozy room, private bath, daily cleaning, quiet street, friendly owners, safe parking, perfect stay. - We stayed 4 nights at this accommodation and were very satisfied. The location is excellent, just a few steps from Hagia Sophia, on a quiet dead-end street, perfect for rest, even though the parallel street is full of restaurants and shops. You can even see the sea from the window, which was a lovely bonus. The room with a private bathroom is small but very cozy for those who plan to explore the city and just need a comfortable place to rest — no TV or fridge, but with air conditioning. Daily cleaning is provided, which keeps everything fresh and comfortable. If you inform them in advance, you can also secure safe parking, which is a big plus in an area with narrow streets. The owners are wonderful people, always smiling and ready to help with anything you need. Definitely recommended for a relaxing stay in Istanbul. The only drawback: you can sometimes hear other guests arriving, so it’s best to come last :)
• Maria (8/5): Bien calidad vs precio, con una queja. - Su ubicacion es ideal para hacer turismo en Sultanahmet. En mi caso tenia una escala de noche en Estambul y queria aprovechar para ver algo de la ciudad. Queda a 5min o menos caminando de donde te deja el bus express (Havaist-6€), lo cual me vino genial para ir y venir del aeropuerto. Mi cuarto estaba muy limpio y me dieron toallas y jabón. La cama muy cómoda. Y los anfitriones muy amables. La entrada y recepción me parecieron un poco oscuras y no me dieron una buena primera impresión, creo que deberían mejorar la iluminación y el aspecto de la recepción, viajeras solitarias prestamos atencion a estos detalles ya que nos dan mas confianza del lugar. Otra cosa que no me gusto, fue la cercanía de mi cuarto a la recepción, estaba justo en frente separado por otra puerta (sin seguro), aunque no me molesto el ruido. Pero lo que mas destaco como negativo es la poca seguridad y confianza de las puertas de las habitaciones, es una simple puerta de madera con pestillo de botón y su llave, cualquiera puede abrir este tipo de cerraduras y eso me preocupó, por lo que en mi opinion que deben cambiarlas por otras que den mas seguridad a sus huéspedes. A pesar de lo anterior tuve una buena estadía, sin problemas.

Ahmet and his family were incredibly welcoming and made my stay a fantastic experience from start to finish. The location is excellent, with all the main attractions easily within walking distance. Świetna lokalizacja, blisko do atrakcji turystycznych oraz przystanku tramwajowego. W Turcji spaliśmy już w ponad 30-tu lokalizacjach, ta zdecydowanie jest najlepsza. Bardzo nas to zaskoczyło.
